Drove the 30 mins up the hill because of the raving reviews. I decided to order the salted brown sugar latte. I saw the video on their IG which was made with brown sugar, house made vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt. This was hands down the BEST latte I have ever had! I could not believe how amazing this latte was. The outside of the location is lovely, the gal who took my order was so sweet. I am going back tomorrow and maybe getting two lattes because that's just how good it was!

Stopped by on our way to Lake Tahoe. The coffee shop had a welcoming ambiance. The decor was so cute. The staff were so friendly and their drinks were delicious. I got the "shake it like rach" their version of a brown shaken espresso and my husband got the stupid Cupid. Highly recommend if you're passing through.

Super cute little coffee shop! Very welcoming, large selection of drinks and fresh baked goods (as stated they have their own baker in house and the only location!) super cute decor, airy, and lots of room to work or chat! Can't wait to come back! Service was 10/10!

Take a break from the chain shops and stop by for a visit! Super friendly, and perfect coffee and food. Glad I dropped by, will be back anytime I'm in the area!

What a wonderful coffee shop! Wow this place is a real treat. Love all their baked goods. The cinnamon bun is definitely top notch deliciousness!! Great scone too! Love the variety of coffee drinks and lattes. I had a maple one that was seasonal and it was very tasty. The staff is super nice and friendly as well. Really nice inside, good seating. Love the outside train station atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

If your GPS signals you to turn into a rubble parking lot that's right next to railroad tracks, your GPS isn't tricking you (this time). The coffee shop is inside that tiny train station building! The mocha is on the lighter side taste-wise but still good; I usually prefer my mochas to be more aggressive in flavor (really roast-y with bitter-leaning dark chocolate flavor) but I still enjoyed this one because it's very smooth and silky. A mocha crowd pleaser for sure. Shake it like rach is a bit too milky for my liking and I expected more brown sugar oomph. I'd still recommend it to those who don't want a strong coffee taste and want slight (not too much) sweetness in their drink. The drip coffee is pretty decent! Not overly bitter at all. Some coffee shops botch drip coffee and I'm happy to report that the coffee shop here puts in care into its drip coffee. The two baristas here are super sweet and welcoming. Cozy, cabin-like interior with alternative music jams (Death Cab for Cutie, The Black Keys, alt-J, etc.). The coffee shop isn't too far off of Highway 50; from Sac it's a great pit stop if heading to places like Apple Hill and South Lake Tahoe.

This cute new coffee shop is located right off the freeway next to the El Dorado train station! We came for grand opening and there was a long line so it was nice to see all the support. They have a full patio outside for the warmer days, but plenty of tables inside as well. Everyone working there was so nice, and cool calm and collected for the line being out the door! I liked that they had several specialty and seasonal drinks, it was hard to choose. I decided on the Nutcracker, which is a hazelnut praline latte. It was smooth and creamy but not too sweet either. I liked it with the oat milk also! My husband's Nutty Comfort latte was also smooth and creamy, which is an almond roca latte. If you like the artificial almond flavor, that drink is a good choice. This is a pretty far drive for me but it's right near a friend's house, so I will definitely stop by on my way to visit when I'm in town!

I love trying new coffee places and supporting small business first time coming here and I really liked the whole vibe it was cozy in the inside the ladies working were super nice and friendly. They have seating area in the front. They offer food options as well. I typically like to get an iced tuxedo it's half mocha and half white mocha with whip cream. If you guys are in the area I recommend trying this place.

Welcoming front entrance - great for your Instagram photos too!!

Warm and welcoming! This coffeehouse is owned and run by two young women who are doing an amazing job w this place. Shingle Springs needed a really GOOD coffeehouse and now there is one!! Drop by if you live in the neighborhood or if you are on your way to Tahoe (right off hwy 50) Enjoy

Iced Crème Brylee and Cinnamon Bun!

The best coffee quality by far! It is always warm cozy and inviting every time we come here and so family friendly! Rachel and Brylee are amazing! We love Wisegals!!

We decided to give it a try one morning and the menu is very diverse. Almost too diverse, as in there's too many different types of drinks and it makes the menu feel all over the place. This does make sense as it seems to work well with who stops by. As for the workers they all seem pretty young, but as it was my first time, the service seems little all over the place - again seems to work with the vibe of the place. The coffee we got was very good and very surprised they don't have more honey options as a sweetener. We come over a little too often, so we will see how this review gets updated

They serve organic coffee and I could really taste the difference. They currently have a seasonal menu and their regular menu included some unique options. The maple latte caught my eye; I ordered it with oat milk and it was one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. Seriously! It wasn't overpoweringly sweet, but there was enough flavor so it actually tasted like a maple latte instead of a warm milk as many special drinks end up tasting from my experience. It's always disappointing to buy an expensive coffee that doesn't have enough flavor, but you'll get what you pay for here. They offer a few little snacks and there is tons of seating (indoor and outdoor!) with beautiful natural light, art and plants. The baristas were kind and helpful and made beautiful latte art. If you love it as much as I did, you can even buy coffee beans and merchandise as well. It's tucked away in downtown placerville and I would highly recommend Pachamama to everyone!

This particular one is in Placerville, right on touristy Main Street. Well It's actually tucked in a shopping pedestrian alley right off Main Street. The coffee is delicious. I've had their various drip coffees before, all terrific tasting. My usual go to's are their lattes. This time I was in the mood for a seasonal winter drink, wintermint mocha. Yum! I ordered it with oat milk and they don't up charge. The mocha had a smooth, creamy chocolate espresso taste. I even got a pretty design of foamed milk on top of my drink. Aww it was cute. No up charge for that as well and I didn't even ask them to do it Outside the cafe is an outdoor courtyard with bistro tables for folks to sit n enjoy their coffee or whatever. I say whatever because the area is open for all to sit a spell. The courtyard is enclosed with brick buildings around its square perimeter. The buildings provide ample shade and cooling temps in the summer. Plus there is a water fountain that provides a calming zen like sound of trickling water. The cafe also has an indoor seating area. The interior furniture includes tables, sofas, lounge chairs, and high top tables aesthetically giving off modern, minimalist Scandinavian design vibes. Luvin this look.
