Love this place since I started coming here based Ina recommendation from a friend. The coffee is always great, as they do their own roasting on the premises. I have also tried their matcha which is amazing. Wish they could somehow make the sink very hot, as it turns lukewarm quickly. The selection process of their pastries and morning rolls are amazing and we truly enjoy them. The pistachio croissant is a favorite and we grab one if they have them as they run out of them rather quickly! Have brought other friends here and will continue coming back as long as they keep up with the great drinks and service.

Cool place to get caffeine, WiFi, power, and pastries. Service is great! Ambiance is better. Stay away from the booze! Stay strong kings!

A friend told me about this spot so we made the 30+ minute drive from Elk Grove to check it out. We went early on a Sunday morning so it was empty besides a couple other groups. This coffee shop is inside the brewery in the mornings which is a smart use of their space. They even roast their own beans! I liked their seasonal drink menu and definitely wanted to try something from there. I picked the berry pie mocha with oatmilk. It tasted like chocolate milk with the strawberry powder on top, so it's good if you like sweeter drinks and don't want too much of the coffee flavor. I would have liked a latte version instead without the chocolate, and even a fresh strawberry puree could level up this drink. I preferred my husband's earl grey latte, which was very creamy! It took a little while to get the drinks considering we didn't wait in line to order, but otherwise service was friendly. The space is huge inside and outside, there is no shortage of seating but I imagine it gets busy when the brewery opens. My favorite part is the playground outside, absolutely perfect for parents!! They definitely have the space to do a bigger play structure but I guess beggars can't be choosy. Wish more coffee shops/breweries had play areas for kids like this one!

Stopped here on the way home from camping and tried the iced guava latte. It was really good and unique, I would definitely order it again and/or try new things here. They also have a brewery/restaurant that I would check out as well. Next time I'm on the way to/from Ice House I'll stop by here again. Service was friendly as well and this place was huge and cool looking.

The service was great, the food was delicious. We had the breakfast croissant, blueberry muffin, house coffee & a cold brew. The coffee wasn't great BUT the breakfast croissant was delicious, I would go again for that haha Maybe next time we will go to the restaurant since the food is good but the coffee was nothing to right home about. Also it's really cute inside, fresh and airy and a touch of modern bohemian on the coffee side.

Moonraker has been on my list to try for quite some time and it did not disappoint! I visited for coffee on a Saturday morning. It's quite a large space. Both indoors and outside. Dog friendly patio. Kid friendly too. A great place to meet a small or large group or have an event! Large patio and outdoor seating as you approach the entrance and another smaller patio on the back side. The bar looks inviting. Some yummy wines listed in addition to beers on tap. I ordered a flat white and a warmed croissant. It was a little bit of a wait but you could see the staff working hard. It's a good place to slow down and think of who you'd want to invite to join you next time. lots of photo ops inside. Hops & greenery on the wall. Sweet little "Love you to the moon & back" sign. Even the merch was so cute. Dog collars and T shirts and stickers and more. It looks like there's a different food truck visiting daily. I can't wait to come back!

The Moonraker complex is just stunning. Beautifully designed, so many places to sit inside and out, and overall a great vibe. The coffee shop is tucked in the back and they have a big bar with a beautiful espresso machine and an impressive pour over setup like I've never seen. And they roast their own beans! Definitely 5 stars for the coffee. Servers were super friendly and helpful too. My only gripe was the food. The pumpkin muffin was fab but the chorizo burritos are pre-made and microwaved. Compared to their lunch/dinner food it was pretty disappointing. It looks like the breakfast sandwich is the same way. It appears the kitchen is not staffed for breakfast but if I wanted microwaved stuff I could go to Starbucks. I'd come back for coffee and pastries but wait for lunch or dinner to get food.

Ever since our discovery, this has been the go-to pit stop for coffee on our way up to the mountains early AM. Super cool architecture on the inside and out and a very spacious place to just all around chill. Staff and customer service are also laid back and informative of their different coffee beans and specialty seasonal beer infused lattes! Almost forgot, their breakfast burritos are freakin delicious!!

The way Moonraker is set up, there's a beer section in the middle, flanked by the cafe on one side and the eatery on the other. We ended up ordering and sitting at the cafe (which worked out for us since business was slow when we went in). That being said, the cafe was beautifully decorated; it was giving bohemian beach vibes. The staff were so kind and accommodating, and the barista whipped up a really yummy matcha!

Large space with great breakfast food and pastries. Coffee was delicious. Love the coffee shop/brewery combo.

First time here in the AM hours, and loved it!!! Super cute coffee bar area, lots of places to sit, great coffee and tasty (albeit limited menu of) food options. It wasn't very busy at 10:15am. I hope they attract a steady flow of business because it's such a cooler vibe and better quality coffee and food than your local SBUX.

My daughter being a picky eater chose to get an egg, potato, and bacon burrito. I had the foxwood burrito and an americano. The service was great and the food came out fast. To my surprise my daughter really enjoyed her burrito. She is a tough one to please! The foxwood burrito was tasty. There was a nice sauce and everything was cooked well. My only complaint, keeping this from a five stat review would be the potatoes on the burrito. They had a bit of a freezer burn taste. It wasn't horrible but I noticed it. All in all this was a great little coffee shop that will please even the pickiest of eaters!

We decided to give it a try one morning and the menu is very diverse. Almost too diverse, as in there's too many different types of drinks and it makes the menu feel all over the place. This does make sense as it seems to work well with who stops by. As for the workers they all seem pretty young, but as it was my first time, the service seems little all over the place - again seems to work with the vibe of the place. The coffee we got was very good and very surprised they don't have more honey options as a sweetener. We come over a little too often, so we will see how this review gets updated

I remember visiting Fork Lift like 10 years ago and really liking it - it is a sister store of Nugget Market I believe. The inside was massive, clean and well organized. My husband and I wanted to buy one of everything! Their produce section had every fruit and vegetable imaginable - it was also very visually aesthetically pleasing! I loved seeing their bulk spices, nuts, teas and candy options! Their butcher shop and fish section looked very fresh and can we talk about their massive cheese selections!? I was very impressed and they even had my favorite coffee for sale which is hard to find - the Blue Bottle Nola milk cartons. Brought to you by the family-owned, upscale and very successful, Nugget chain of grocery stores. I became very well acquainted with the Nugget markets living in Davis. There were two stores not far from each other and they were always packed. I shopped at the smaller one as it was closer to my home. It is literally the only place I ever shopped for food.I cannot imagine shopping anywhere else. When I moved to El Dorado Hills 5 years ago... thank goodness there was a big and beautiful Nugget a mile and half away. My point is all Nugget markets are quite incredible. Nothing compares to them. Excellent quality, in-house prepared food, bakery... TDF, floral, meat department, liquor, and fabulous fresh produce section. Fork Lift is to me like the Nugget markets on steroids! I was astonished at the size of the store and cool inside architectural design. Yes it is hip! Super clean, well stocked in everything. Organized. Quite impressive. And the same great departments as I mentioned above that are available in the Nugget stores are right here too! The chatter is that the Fork Lift offers many discounted prices but honestly, I never see them. Then I heard the lower priced items are strategically placed in and around the store. Who knows. I enjoy taking the drive up the hill to Cameron Park occasionally just to wander around and marvel at this shopping mecca! Easy exit off the freeway and fast to find. Plenty of parking. Worth checking out if you are in the area or on the way to or returning from Tahoe. Did I mention super duper customer service!?! And weekly specials! Geez... a girl cannot remember everything.:) Here is to good eating!
