I travel all over the upper Midwest and Central states for work. I was hesitant at first to stop in to another Dunkin for breakfast for my customer as my experiences have not been good. I pulled in at 7:35 AM and ordered over $100 worth of breakfast items for my customer. This Dunkin by far is the Best experience I have had at any of their locations. I explained to them that I try to use their app, which is an absolute joke to make large purchases!! They were so accommodating, quick, friendly, and the facility was clean! Visited this shop for a breakfast sandwich and coffee and after purchasing my food, I asked to use their bathroom. I was refused access with the manager telling me they did not have a restroom; not just for customers but none at all!!This was a lie and was said to me while I was standing there my purchases in hand! Man, I hate to write a bitter, negative review, but I've really had it with this Dunkin Donuts. I love donuts. l love coffee. I love breakfast sandwiches. I love all of these items from Dunkin Donuts. But I cannot stand this particular Dunkin Donuts. The people who work here are impersonal robots who are out to screw you. Today they insisted on taking my coupon even though the menu price was the same as the coupon price. I wanted to keep my coupon in case I liked the waffle sandwich and happened upon another Dunkin Donuts that charged more for them, but no. (There was also one time when they charged me and my dad $12 for two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches, when according to the menu it should have been $9.) And, they were out of bacon. OUT OF BACON. How can that happen? What kind of world do we live in where you can't have delicious bacon with your eggs? I had ham on my waffle sandwich instead, which was really pretty tasty, but I just don't think I can keep spending money in this particular Dunkin Donuts. I'll drive a mile and a half down Main Street or over to Villa Park rather than come back here to get screwed again. read more

I worked at this place over the summer and they treated me so poorly. I am white and I was only 16 years old. The people working there were all Indian. This one lady would just rip stuff out of my hand and would push me out of the way. Sometimes I couldn't understand what they would want me to do and they would get so mad at me and speak in there language in front of me. I would even hear my name sometimes, followed by laughs. The woman working at 12:00 pm on Wednesday (no nametag) took 10 minutes to come to the desk to take an order, because she was sitting on her phone in the back. About 5 minutes after we had ordered, my friend needed a cup of water to take her pill, because she doesn't drink coffee. You would think it should come free, as it does in every other dunkin' donuts. However she wanted to charge us, when all she needed was frikin sink water. It took her 10 min to come to the desk, and it took me leaving the building and coming back in to come take my order. Shes also YELLING in the back, interrupting my morning coffee/meditation session. read more

This Dunkin doesn't even deserve a one star rating. The service was poor, our food was burnt, our coffee was heavily watered down, and a cream stick didn't have cream in it. I have visited many Dunkin donuts in my time and am typically a huge fan of them however I would recommend this location to no one as their service is in need of some serious help. read more

The absolute worst DD I ever been to. I visit other Dunkins 2 x week and they are very good. This DD is not good at all. The Manager Sandhu is incredibly mean and could use some.Customer Service training. I had ordered an iced coffee with caramel and when I tasted it was very bitter. I did not know what was wrong with it so I asked to have it replaced. Sandhu told his employee to just add some more caramel. When I tasted this adjustment it was super sweet. I asked Sandhu to remake it, he said he would and told me this was the last time he would do so and not to ask again. I explained that I have ordered this same drink at other Dunkins and there has never been a problem. He told me I was the problem. At this point I received my remade drink and it was fine. I asked Sandhu for his name so I could call DD corporate and report this situation. He told me his name and told me I can call his wife too. As you can imagine a few customers overheard our conversation. Several told me that this is the worst DD that they go to and continue to come here only for the convenience of buying gas and getting coffee. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I do not like this place anymore. This lady working at 12pm on Wednesday was on the phone the entire day while we were trying to order some food. Every time we walked up she just walked back and continued talking on the phone after we needed service. Also i needed to take an Advil and do not drink coffee but she refused to give me a free cup of just sink water. We asked multiple times and she continued to make us pay which i did not because usually every place gives you a cup of water. It's not like i asked for a bottle or anything. Plus i made a purchase here in fact a few it's not just i walked in here and asked for free water. Plus she would not explain why she wouldn't give us water for free like every other place. Also she is screaming lol and i can't enjoy my nice date with my nice , sweet , amazing , beautiful , kind , thoughtful, girlfriend named Sarah. The level of customer service is completely dissappointing at this store. They don't have the same variety of doughnuts offered at other dunkins. They do not post all the food that they sell so its confusing. I go to other dunkins and order a little tortilla sandwich for my kids witch is listed on the dollar menu. When I asked about it at this store, because it wasn't on their menu board, the worker mumbled something at me. When I asked for a milk he said, "No, milk." I didn't understand him, probably because of his mumblin' manner, and when I reordered it, he just repeated, "No milk." So to continue this awesome experience, I ordered 2 orders of hash browns. When I got my order, the female worker threw the bag at me. I looked inside and said, there's only one bag of hash browns, I ordered 2. She said, "You only paid for one." She could have tried to make my order right, instead she just walked away. (I guess my .99 hash browns weren't important enough to her.) I thanked them for their excellent customer service and am now writing this review. I'm only one small voice but I really try hard to spend my $ locally I fell prey to the convenience of fast food. Wow, pretty much the friendliest and most effecient Dunkin' Donuts EVER. I'm serious. I placed an order for the office which they perfected and handed to me and I was out fast. Being so close to the Metra they have their regulars, which I can see they memorize their orders and in most cases have them ready for them to go. Jimmy Johns can learn from the term, "freaky fast" from this place. The staff is very friendly and gives you a good morning spirit. Well done guys. read more
