I loved looking around at all of the different decorations, treats, and treasures. There's plenty of seating indoors or limited seating outdoors. Everything is spotless! And, they're fast, efficient, and no matter what you get it is perfect! It's a great place to go and study, hangout, or sit for an incredible cup of coffee! Stopped in after landing for a quick coffee and pastry. Pretty busy but it was a Saturday afternoon. Glanced at the pastry box and went with an herbed goat cheese croissant, lemon blueberry scone, and a chocolate donut. Can't forget the cold brew. Plenty of seating both inside and out with a back room too for big events. Sat down and the cold brew was ready. Very smooth and refreshing and gave me the jump I need. This place has a hipster feel, like it would fit right in the Wicker Park area, and coffee/bar concept is interesting but..that's all they got goin for them. My wife had an Ube latte & I ordered a Sea Salt Pistachio Honey Iced Latte, both were lacking in flavor and the coffee taste was not as strong either as if they didn't put enough espresso. Every time I come here I find a new drink I enjoy. Their seasonal options have been fun and different flavor combinations than what I've found at other coffee shops. And their tea is amazing! My favorite so far was in the fall, they had a maple flavored tea that was just the right sweetness and tasted like maple syrup without being overwhelming. I went back to buy another bag to gift a friend, THAT good. I tried a charcuterie board, I wasn't expecting to be able to pick my meat and cheese options so that was a really cool surprise. The selections were tasty, and I felt like it was a good value. I forgot to take pictures, but they do a nice looking spread! Every time I've gone, the folks working there have been really friendly and helpful if I have questions about anything on the menu. I've gone during work hours and after hours, it can get a bit busy during the day with people working there but they have a great large back area with plenty of seating - I have never gone and not been able to find a spot to sit. I do wish they had some more comfy seating. The chairs at the tables are all metal, no cushion, so they aren't great to sit on for that long. In the front area there are wooden benches along the walls to sit on, and they do have some pillows you can use, but when you're there with someone and want to sit across from each other, one of you has to take the metal seat. Despite the seating, I still enjoy going - I've gone there to work, to sit and read, and it would be a chill place to setup a small tabletop game and enjoy a couple of hours with some good drinks, snacks, and friends. read more

I've been to Brewpoint Craft Elmhurst before, having attended a Yelp Elite event in the past. I was happy with the drinks I've had before and I'm happy that they have kept their quality at the high same level. My husband and I ordered the hot chocolate and the pain au chocolat. The drink was very creamy and sweet. The pain au chocolat was dry (possibly because we came at the end of the day) but otherwise good. The atmosphere is what you think of when you imagine a coffeehoiuse. Lots of tables spread out, high celilings, and wood paneling. This are can be used for friends to gather and chat and to work away from home. Our servers were nice and friendly. I highly recommend Brepoint Craft Elmhurst. read more

Looks like when I used to come here I was in a Yelp break! I haven't been here since prior to the pandemic. It's possible there's been a major change in that time, though--I don't remember them being a coffee and cocktails place back then! Now rebranded Brewpoint Craft, they sell wine and beer and a handful of spirits. They also have charcuterie boards or a cheese board available. There's a room in the back that used to be extra seating--and perhaps still is--but they may rent it for private events because it seemed like there was a party back there. They have one of those print stations that you sometimes see at coffee shops, which I'm not sure I remember from before but is super helpful, as someone who's printer is pretty finicky (and currently in a box somewhere to boot). It's unfortunate that there is not really a place for outdoor seating because it would be nice place to hang out, though there are garage-style doors so I'm sure it's pleasant in the warmer months. read more

They have quite a bit of tables between the front and back section spaced out for good acoustics. I also love the garage door they open to get fresh air inside. This visit I got a honey lavender latte with oat milk as well as the herbed goat cheese croissant. My coffee was DELICIOUS and subtly strong. The flavors stood out and paired nicely with the coffee beans. The croissant was good but filling! My only complaint was that it could have been heated up longer as the inside cheese was still cold. Ordered the Atlas off their signature latte menu. I substituted almond milk so it was a much thinner drink (as you'd expect). Oat or regular milk would give you that creamier feel. I added an extra shot of espresso so the drink also was a little stronger but not overpowered by the espresso. I enjoyed it, espresso was great, not bitter and it actually feels like you drank coffee. Since this visit I have been back 3 times. I've also ordered the poetry and prose sig latte but I would say the atlas has a more chocolatey taste that I enjoyed. read more

This place knows laid back staff serving house crafted syrups, using original ideas like a molasses put into pumpkin, and providing larger sizes pumps up all the right plays for a winning combo. I was happily drinking all the way through awful traffic on my way back to Indiana. Wish Breakpoint was closer, this autumn menu gave me cozy warm vibes and sadly there was no one in my life at the time, or now, to double fist with. What a wonderful coffee shop! It's pretty big inside, with lots of working space available and tons of windows/light. They have an array of whole bean coffee for sale, including a CBD one, which looked interesting. I ended up getting the Illusionist for home and it's been an incredible taste, it almost makes waking up early worth it. In the actual shop, there was an array of pastries and coffee options. I ended up getting an iced coffee and my partner bought a regular coffee. Both were quite powerful and gave us the afternoon boost we needed with the 6 month old who joined us on this adventure. The space was large enough that it wasn't too loud inside. The staff were quite friendly and the ambiance was cozy. Loved this experience and look forward to my next visit here! read more

Who can't say no to coffee? Especially somewhere you've never been. Elmhurst has a lot to offer; I didn't even know this place was here. The parking lot can be confusing, especially coming off the main road. It's in the back of a stripmall, so you can find parking in front. Otherwise, there's plenty in the rear. The main e trance is on the side of the building. It has a Portland/Seattle feel. It's pretty big inside. The first thing you notice is that there are coffee/tea drinks and plenty of craft beer available. I got the Atlas (iced), which has a caramel and chocolate taste. It was a small size. Next time I return, I'll opt for 1 size up. The drink was good, and I ended up finishing it before I got home (20 minutes). It had a nice chocolate taste. Overall, my experience was good. The coffee was good and so was the service. I'd like to go back eventually and try some adult beverages. read more

This women and minority owned coffee shop never fails to amaze me. It's still the big bustling coffee shop it was a year ago with even tastier coffee. I will never get over their Borealis (known for this coffee off their menu) and their lavender chai. The actual space itself is so perfect for a lot of things - they have natural lighting by the front of the shop, and so many tables and spaces for you to work on your laptop, meet with a friend, or simply take your time and sip your coffee. They still have their cute plant wall on the side, and they have even more space in the way back with a few super long tables for more seating. All the employees here are very welcoming, friendly, and true coffee connoisseurs. And don't sleep on their cocktails! Switch it up and come later for a drink with friends instead of coffee in the morning. The staff, coffee, cocktails, and space are all a 5/5. I've seen this local place near by for years and didn't know it's a hidden gem! You have plenty of parking on both sides of the strip mall so no worries there! When you walk towards the entrance, they have a couple of patio sets in front if you want to enjoy your drinks outside. When you walked into the place it's welcoming and cozy. I came here during an event they were hosting local small businesses that's amazing! I also heard they have 4 locations in the Chicagoland area! I support local businesses and it's so nice to hear they are growing! They are known if their coffee brand. They have an interesting list of drinks from coffee or teas to liquor yes they serve other drinks here too! They also sell fresh bake goods and cheese boards! In the back of the place they have another room there the local businesses where selling their products and services. In the Yelp pictures I see this area is a seating area for people to enjoy their drinks and eats. You place your order then wait for it at the end of the waiting station. You can watch them make your order. One feedback is to have the staff be a bit more consistent of orders, maybe it was a busy morning when we went but I didn't get my drinks in order when I placed it as other who were behind me got theirs already. They didn't ask for my name so I had to pay close attention of what drink I ordered. Or at least place my drinks on top of my receipt. I had their lavender chai and ordered my mom a regular coffee with extra cream and sugar. Both were good. I'd like to try others drinks when I come back when I bring the hubby. First time here as we've been trying new places for coffee in the area. It's a big coffee shop with plenty of seating if you need to pull out your laptop. I also noticed a printer in case needed. Sadly, the drinks were not that great that we ordered off the specialty menu. They were quite bitter and overly spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. When looking for a new coffee place, you want a smooth taste and this just wasn't it. They have a few non dairy milks. Among these are almond and coconut. This also has some good treats. Among these are cookies. There's also the Vegan Triple Chocolate Mint Muffin. It's $4.50 each. YAAAAAS! I always try to support local, and I was super excited to see that they had a lemon lavender latte seasonally available. More and more people are offering the lavender syrup, but the lemon was a fun addition. I liked it so much, that I went back the next day for their rose matcha (which admittedly, I couldn't taste the rose, but I got it iced and they use really quality matcha, so it still was super refreshing.) It is a super cute space with parking available, indoor and outdoor seating, and a great combo of not only a fancy cafe menu with drinks and pastries, but also craft cocktails and charcuterie boards. You think that's it? Nope - there's more. When I went back they had an all female owned business market in their back room featuring jewelry, candles, clothes, artwork, and more from multiple different vendors. They also had a mimosa deal going on and some wonderful music. I just couldn't leave without checking everything out and buying myself a cute pair of hoop earrings. I wish I lived closer, because I signed up for their rewards program, and I would be in there ALL OF THE TIME! Too cute. read more

The location for this Brewpoint is kind of strange (apparently it used to be a truck stop), but you can look for the swim school next door. The parking lot isn't in the best shape. The interior is spacious, but mainly designed for individuals or couples, not large groups. Aside from coffee and tea drinks, they have a small selection of pastries, along with Brewpoint-branded whole coffee beans. Service was okay during this trip (second time here). My wife ordered a hot Atlas, and I got a S'mores Cloud Foam Cold Brew. The Atlas was very tasty. Good foam on top, and nice chocolatey flavor. The S'mores drink was also pretty tasty, but the layer of cloud foam was minimal compared to, say, Tous Les Jours' cloud latte. read more

Action packed event; DJ, food, fun, brews, photos and cupcakes! Brewpoint Craft Elmhurst is a unique authentic coffee house experience coupled with alcoholic drinks and upscale snacks. It's across the street from Lifetime Fitness. Thanks to Mirella for organizing such a fun jam packed event! There was a cute cupcake truck "Courageous cupcakes" (I'll get to that further down). The place is very comfortable inside and you immediately feel relaxed. I tried the lavender latte which didn't disappoint! There were margaritas and several coffee tastings as well. Mirella even had a Photo Booth where we got our pics taken! Melissa the owner travels the world to find the best beans while supporting the Co-op farmers that grow them (some in Costa Rica where she visits the farmers often). She is a master roaster of beans on-site so you're sure to get a fresh cup of coffee every time! All coffee's were hot, tasted smooth without any bitterness. Courageous cupcakes had fresh baked off this cute little food truck. I tried the banana cream and the strawberry cream that were super moist and had a lot of flavor that went great with the hot coffee. I love a good coffee shop, but even better when it's not pretentious and is true to its roots. This space is a bit different from the OG spot in downtown Elmhurst, but that's a good thing. The North-facing garage door opening is great. Love that this space has different kinds of seating and even an event space in the back if you were interested in booking! In the middle is the roaster where the beans are coated in that Brewpoint magic. The Stargazer blend is my go to daily driver, but you can't go wrong with the other beans they have on the regular. If you're in the mood for something other than drip, there are some good options. The greatest hits have to include the Borealis and Lavendar chai latte so be sure to try those. So cocktails and charcuterie are on the menu too. The spicy ponche cascara had a good volume without being watered down and there was plenty of personality to it. Brewpoint should be on everybody's regular check-ins when it comes to space, menu, service, and more. read more

I'm writing this while sitting here sipping on my latte because I am so excited to have discovered this cafe! Super spacious seating, nice jazzy music playing the background, amazing coffee -- wow I'm in my happy zone right now. I was dropping off someone at the airport and decided to make a trip out of it and sit at a cafe to study. I heard good things about Brewpoint and decided to give it a try. The menu is extensive including a cocktail menu that has happy hour tues-fri 4-6pm which is really cool (I'm thinking...get lots of work done with a nice cup of coffee and then reward myself with some cool cocktails in the late afternoon) For now, I got a latte - probably one of the best lattes I've had...creamy, smoooooth, well balanced notes of chocolate and nuts, but I'm already planning on trying one of their pour overs after I finish with this cup! Overall, highly recommend. The parking lot is also pretty spacious which I always appreciate coming from the city. Will definitely be returning! read more
