핵심은: Though this location of the French boulangerie/pâtisserie-influenced corporate South Korean bakery chain offers consistently good food quality, this particular location has a very loud, chaotic vibe, with polite but quirky and inconsistent service. (Turn on your speaker for the vids to get a better sense of the environment.) This place is more like an institutional cafeteria in decor, activity, and high ambient noise with too many hard surfaces making for an unsettling experience. Don't come here thinking you're going to quietly ease into the day with a cup of coffee and croissant contemplating the meaning of your existence. The floor plan at this location more closely emulates its major French-inspired competitor (also corporate South Korean) and a much condensed bakery offering than the Naperville (Ogden Ave.) location. You pick your own goods from various cases and get your coffee at the counter. The counter service has a disjointed workflow and they can't seem to get to the point where you leave the counter with all of your order, having to wait for your coffee or some other item. They then yell out (yes, yell) your name over the background din. You have to go up and ask if they just said your name. It's actually sort of funny, and a bit annoying. I do have to say the food itself is actually pretty good but nothing near what you would actually experience in Paris, but still good, flavorful. The coffee holds up to scrutiny as well. Though Tous Les Jours seems to offer consistently good everyday food quality, this location, overall, due to the noise levels and semi-sterile environment, resulted in an unenjoyable experience--I would not be back to this location as there are too many better alternatives.

This is my favorite dessert or coffee place. I usually get birthday cakes from here. They have great options for cloud cakes that are really airy and light but still satisfying the sweet tooth. I got a few pastries this morning and those are delicious. The service is great or okay depending on who you get. I had to talk to two servers this morning, one was super nice and other lady was not that nice. Good ambiance to either sit there and eat or to take out quickly.

I really like this location. It's more spacious than the Naperville one and has more pastry variety. It has more of a Starbucks/Panera Bread feel, where you can order items then hangout with friends there. People also come to study or do homework. Service wasn't the most welcoming, I would have liked it if they smiled or maybe showed more enthusiasm. Prices were fair. I've had a few of their cakes before and they were never too sweet. Flavors were equally balanced. This time we decided to order a bunch of items for snacks/meals. We ordered spinach feta Danish, pizza baguette, strawberry croissant, croque monsieur, strawberry soft (it has like strawberry cream between two soft breads), mango cream doughnut, curry croquette, and milk cream bread. It's about a 4.5 for me. I'll be returning. -spinach feta Danish 5 -pizza baguette 5 -strawberry soft 5 -croque monsieur 4 - it was okay. It was a little too bland for me. -strawberry croissant 5 -mango cream doughnut 5 - I liked that it has a lot of mango cream inside. -curry croquette 5 -milk cream bread 5

Love this location!! great place to study or to sit and chat with friends. The place is very clean! I saw an employee cleaning the displays pretty often, which makes me feel better since it's a "pick your own" type of set up. The pastries are delicious! I will be going back to try each one! My favorite so far are the honey cheese pancakes, sweet and salty- pretty balanced.

we come here quite a bit from work, and my boss ordered 2 cakes for bdays in the office. Both were pretty good. We like the beverages here as well. Nice to see college kids doing homework and others working on their laptops, comfortable seating and friendly staff.

Amazing French style dessert that will fill you up. After a hot bowl of Ramen next door, came here to complete the night. The place is clean and the service is friendly. Come over!

I'm a big fan of the Tous les Jours in Naperville, so I was excited to try out the Lombard location. The interior of this location is really nice. It feels more Instagram-ish than the Naperville location. They have an excellent selection of pastries and cakes, as well as drinks. However, they did not have the cloud cream pastry that I like so much at the Naperville location. In any case, we got a blueberry pastry, an almond pastry, a butter pecan latte, and a cappuccino. Both of the pastries were pretty good. I like that Korean pastries don't feel too heavy or sweet. My wife enjoyed the butter pecan latte. The cappuccino was okay, but the layer of foam was not as thick/dense as it's supposed to be. Only a few places can get the foam right, such as Sparrow and A Thousand Tales. Service was good and pricing was on par with similar places. Overall, though, we enjoyed having a treat here after lunch.

He may have been the only person there and he was able to keep up with the constant influx of customers. I got a hot Yemeni chai as my drink and it was creamy, bold, and flavorful. MOTW's chai is my favorite when compared to other Yemeni shops. It is sooooo good!! For food I got a samosa empanada which was very tasty. I appreciate that they warmed it up for me too. There is an up charge for sauce, which I did get. The spicy aioli paired very well with the samosa empanada. I believe the empanadas are from savory crust.

My husband and I used to live nearby, and some of our favorite memories are walking over on weekends with our pup, grabbing coffee, and sitting out front just enjoying the moment. I was chatting with a barista about how much I love (and deeply miss!) the Equinox. She mentioned she was newer and hadn't tried it, but saw it in the recipe book and agreed it sounded amazing--which, for the record, it absolutely is (or was ). A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life.
