A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.
