I ordered at the drive-thru window. Staff were friendly and service was quick. I agree with others that $9 is on the pricey side for a 16oz drink. The banana bread flavoring tasted good but it could have used more banana. Still, it was really creamy with a nice ratio of sweetness. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming the entire time. You can tell they really care about their customers. Even with the rush, they kept the line moving quickly and stayed warm and kind with everyone who came through the door. The whole energy of the place just felt comforting and happy.
