A hidden gem in Lombard. I couldn't wait until this place open. The name itself had been excited to try their teas. Tea Time is a tea shop that serves unique and authentic tea, coffee, chai, bubble tea, and pastries from around the world. So many flavors and good smelling aroma in this tea/coffee shop. Customer was friendly, didn't have to wait long and decent prices as well. I ordered the hazelnut latte and wasn't disappointed at all. Brewed hot and freshly made. Rich with delicious flavors. Another recommended place to come for some good freshly brewing teas, coffee and chai

Incredible food, drinks, and service! The space itself is warm and inviting. What's really nice is that there's a variety of drinks from tea, coffee, refreshers, boba teas, chai. We ordered the chicken tikka puff and the tres leche cake. I would HIGHLY recommend both of those alongside of any of their other delicious looking pastries. An additional nice touch is that when you ask for water they give out small bottles. Will definitely be back and happy to have found a new spot!

Stopped here yesterday to a crowd of people ahead of me with my family and we ordered the following items for a total of $59.14: - 3 Chicken 65 Puffs - 2 Egg Puffs - 2 Butter Paneer Puffs - 2 Irani Chai - 1 Tiramisu Cake - 1 Tuxedo Truffle Mouse Cake The chicken puff & the Irani Chai was good but the other stuff was okay - the dessert was basic and the entire meal costed too much in my opinion. The customer was good and the restaurant has a very standard ambiance. This place is definitely a nice place for your entire family to come if they are craving chai and snacks.

Nice space ! They have good outdoor seating as well....my colleague and I ordered 2 types of tea Iranian chai and Adani chai which we didn't want so instead got the Moroccan tea . The owner was sweet to let us get a new tea free of charge . The bathrooms are clean. The tea and food are served in use and throw cups and plates, personally I like regular tea mugs . My Iraqi chai was ok nothing outstanding my chicken samosas were served cold but tasted fine. I'm also bought some chicken puffs home my kids liked them. I really wanted to like the new cafe but it's mediocre at best.

Beyond disappointed coming to This establishment. It's appealing from the outside but the quality n service was not. I ordered the irani chai and let me tell u it was like drinking straight curry lol I dunno what kind of exotic milk it had or flavor but it literally destroyed my taste bud. The tres leche cake had a nice presentation but taste was bland to me. Overall it's a nice decorated cafe but I I'll pass on this place

This is not far from Qahwah House, so it's nice to have another tea/coffee option. The interior is somewhat small, but there's also outdoor seating. The chairs they used are too large for the interior. My wife also felt the interior was too hot and that the AC wasn't running (in July). They have a decent selection of drinks and desserts. We only ordered an Irani chai and a tres leches cake. The Irani chai was excellent; sweet, but not too sweet. The tres leches cake was moist and tasty, although my wife felt it was too sweet. Service was friendly. It's a little pricey; the tea and cake came out to just over $15.

When I actually got my drink I noticed they served me just plain milk with brown sugar and there wasn't actually ANY tea in there.

There was NO tea in my drink. They served me plain milk with brown sugar. I appreciate that they remade it for me, but I'm disappointed that I got plain milk and syrup.

Date: 19-June-2024 Time: Early Evening Total (before tip): $16.94 Payment type: Cash Server: Ordered at the counter Grade: A So this is a relatively new place. I have been passing by it with "coming soon"/"opening soon" signs a few times, so when we found out it was open and we have decided to swing by there and check it out. I have ordered Moroccan Tea, my partner ordered Adeni Chai and we ordered a piece of Tuxedo Truffle Mousse Cake to split. It took a hot minute for our order to come out, I wish they would have brought it out as the prices come out instead of waiting for the whole order, but that's just my preference. My partner really enjoyed her tea and I was this pleasantly surprised as to how good the Moroccan Tea was, it had a nice minty taste to it, not too overwhelming, just perfect! The only thing I would do differently next time is I would ask for no sugar. The Tuxedo Truffle Mousse Cake was pretty delicious, all the layers played well with each other! Overall an A experience! Will definitely be back!

There really are so many different kinds of teas and this place tries to serve it all. From Adeni, to Irani, to Morrocan, to different kinds of slushes and bubble tea. We ordered a chicken Tikka puff, egg puff, ground beef lukmi for savory. For sweet, we ordered the Tres leches cake, Irani chai, taro bubble tea and a brown sugar bubble tea. The puffs and tres leches cake was amazing!!! The puffs are on the pricier side though. The Irani chai was great and a small cup will run you $3 which is perfect. However, we could see that our puffs and chai were ready on the counter and getting cold. Our number had not been called. They serve everything you ordered at the same time and the cold drinks take longer while your hot drinks get cold. It would be better if they served started the cold drinks first and then prepare the warm snacks and hot drinks next. The place is cute with big chairs and a great patio that needs some greenery to cover the busy Roosevelt road though. There are outlets at every table almost so would be a great place to study too. The Irani chai is going to bring me back to this place again.

Dessert and tea was good. A little overpriced though. The dubai pistachio was phenomenal. Chocolate mousse cake was good but a lot and too pricy. Kadak and irani chai were good but not as hot as I would have liked it.

Located right next to Qahwah House, who is likely their largest competitor. They have a nice seating arrangement with comfortable chairs inside and a nice seating design outside as well. The staff is incredibly friendly. We got 1 Vanilla Velvet latte, Salted Caramel Latte, and Hazelnut Latte along with 2 Chicken 65 puff pastries and 1 Beef Keema puff pastry. They forgot to swap out regular milk for oat milk (I'm lactose intolerant), but that's an honest mistake. The drinks overall, in my opinion, were un-drinkable. Each one was so sweet with either way too much syrup and/or sugar. The pastries looked delicious, but tasted bland. They each had a decent amount of meat inside, but they were layered with cheese inside. They had a bunch of dessert/cakes inside that I did not try, but not sure if it would be the same tasting experience. 2.8/5

I've been exploring more Middle Eastern cafés lately, and this one stood out in the best way. I ordered a V60, and honestly it was one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had. You can see the care and attention they put into the process, from the precise brewing to serving it with a small pot so I could enjoy the rest at my own pace. The flavor was incredible, smooth and rich. I also tried the pistachio cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious perfectly balanced. Maybe a bit to much chocolate on topo. The presentation matched the taste, and it paired beautifully with the coffee. The café itself has a wonderful atmosphere thoughtfully decorated and very inviting. You can tell a lot of effort was put into creating a warm, stylish, and welcoming space. Between the excellent drinks, the tasty desserts, and the inviting vibe, I left very satisfied and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend Shaghf Café if you're looking for a quality coffee experience!

The ambience is unmatched--cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. My husband and I used to live nearby, and some of our favorite memories are walking over on weekends with our pup, grabbing coffee, and sitting out front just enjoying the moment. I recently visited the Elmhurst Craft location for an event and had one of those experiences that just sticks with you. I was chatting with a barista about how much I love (and deeply miss!) the Equinox. She mentioned she was newer and hadn't tried it, but saw it in the recipe book and agreed it sounded amazing--which, for the record, it absolutely is (or was ). A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I didn't catch her name, but I was there Thursday, March 19 between 6-8 PM at the Craft location--she was running the sample table and sharing the carrot cake latte (which, by the way, was incredible). They still had the same coffee menu, seasonal drinks, and baked good offering; but, felt a lot more like a neighborhood destination. The Carrot Cake Latte may be a new all time favorite of mine! It wasn't too sweet but just leaned into the flavor profile enough. My coworker who had the Hot Borealis said it may have been her favorite latte she's tried. I also got the Herbed Goat Cheese Croissant which is familiar yet unique with the pop of savoriness. Overall, this was a great experience as a stop in when passing through the area. Brewpoint continues to have great flavors that leaves a lasting impression. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair.

My latte was mediocre at best. It wasn't very flavorful, and it wasn't very coffee forward, so I wonder if they use less shots of espresso than is standard or less strong espresso. The thing that bothered me most though was that the barista swirled my drink in front of me, it splashed all over out of the top and sides of the lid, and instead of fixing it or apologizing (or even just acknowledging it!!!!), he proceeded to hand it to me and said "have a great day!" I walked over with my baby in tow and cleaned it up myself. It was SO odd to me. The space is bright, there are plenty of seats, and parking is easy. Close at 10pm but if you need longer later hours a 1am tea shop is about a quarter mile down the road with good options also. Parking lot with plenty of parking. My highlight is that they have booths. Plenty of tables and seating. Good menu options for lattes, iced, hot, espresso, etc. Reasonable priced and they have 20oz coffee. The service was nice as the girl was kind but she didn't seem to understand me well and she didn't know if the coffee was Turkish or not. Therefore, I ordered an Americano with their homemade pistachio sauce. It was a nice beverage. I also ordered a Turkish bread with ground beef. It too was delicious, hot and fresh. The ambiance is inviting. The pastries and mini to small cake options were quite beautiful. The nose level was very quiet until little ones came in.
