I stopped by Dunkin' and had a mixed but overall decent experience. The hash browns I ordered weren't very warm and tasted like they may have been sitting out for a while. I also tried the hot chocolate latte, which was pretty good but a little too sweet for my taste. On the plus side, I ordered a blueberry cake donut--my favorite--and it was delicious and easily the highlight of my visit. I was honestly surprised by how many negative reviews this location has, because the service I received was great. The man who helped me was very friendly, and my order was ready quickly. Just decided to stop by here for a quick breakfast this morning after a doctors appointment. I only went through the drive-through so I'm not sure about the interior of the building, but the drive-through was very quick. The person greeted me on the speaker and was very friendly took my order and encouraged me to move around to the window. At the window, the worker seemed to be a little standoffish initially, but when I asked for some additional cream, he was very happy to go get it for me and gave it to me with a smile. And then said thank you and have a great day. The food that I got was a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. A bagel sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. It was prepared perfectly. It was hot, wrapped nicely so that I could transport it a little ways before eating it. All in all and excellent experience. read more

At 9:30 am on a Monday we ordered a sausage egg and cheese crossaint, a Boston crème donut and a blieboory donut coffee (iced medium). We received our food within 3 MINUTES 13 SECONDS and 63 MILLISECONDS which is a personal record for my DD eatings. The crosisant was flaky buttery - at the end of our meal we were head to toe in flakes and our ectstacy was unbounded. Now the moment of truth - the donut. The donut was horrid , dead, putrid filth. Looked like a fat someone sat on it and the glazing was runny like a fat person sat on it. The coffee was good but the straw made a high pictched sucking sound whenever I would drink from it. My friend keeps sending me pics of all the homemade bagel recipes she's trying but I'm just over here DoorDash-ing Dunkin all the time. I guarantee the bagels at Dunkin taste much better than anything I would make at home. They are my favorite bagels so why fix what's not broken. In addition to delivery through DoorDash, their drive-thru is also open. I'm not sure if it's because the dining room is closed right now but the drive-thru line is a lot longer than it was pre-pandemic. I went around 7:45am on a Tuesday morning and there were probably 15-20 cars in front of me. They were still very quick but it did take me about 15 minutes to get through. By now, it's fairly well known that "Dunkin' Donuts" has become Dunkin' and expanded their menu to include some mostly light breakfast and lunch options. I'll admit that I seldom detour away from donuts and my usual Dunkin' beverages of either unsweetened iced tea or an iced coffee. I've visited this Southside location a handful of times recently as I have been having a series of appointments at Franciscan about a block away. I'm a chronically early person and I tend to use that early time to make a stop at Dunkin'. This seems to be a somewhat older location, though it's always clean, well organized, and super friendly. While some locations seem to easily run out of desired options, especially when it comes to donuts, this location has always had what I've ordered. The donuts typically taste fresh and the iced coffee is always delicious. While the chain itself had a bit of a price increase recently, they're still serving up good donuts at a solid value. They do have their DD Perks program - which I keep meaning to join but always forget. I really need to do that. They also offer a variety of drinks and sandwiches including all-day breakfast sandwiches. I'm a fan of the workhorse donuts (these are not gourmet donuts. Yes, you've had better donuts. However, I'm sure as heck not paying $4 for a "gourmet" donut). These donuts do just fine and the expanded menu is an absolute delight. What really makes this location for me is the service. It's friendly, efficient, and always welcoming. There's no doubt I'll keep visiting. read more

Some Dunkin locations are really hit or miss and I've never had a problem with this location. The coffee is good and fresh tasting as well as the donuts. One time I came by and they didn't ask about hot or iced and they gave me iced when I wanted hot but let me keep the iced drink as well because they would have had to throw it away. The service is fast and friendly. Sometimes if you are in rush hour- it might take a bit longer. This is near a hospital so business is typically busy not terribly long. It is easy to get in and out of t location. The building itself is nice looking and I have been inside before but I typically use the drive thru. read more

Such a great addition to the south side of Indy!! It's now on my morning commute so I can stop for my favorite coffee!! I'm a personal fan of the iced coffee with caramel and cream, but I've never had anything I didn't like from Dunkin'! This new location is oh so clean! The staff is extremely friendly and I have never waited in the drive thru for longer than 5 minutes- which is hard to find at a Dunkin' Donuts! My order has been exactly the way I like it every time and I am always reminded to complete their survey for a free donut then next time that I visit! So disappointing. For a place with donut in the name, there is very little on the drive thru menu that actually describes what is available. Since you can't enter the store how is a customer supposed to know? My order, which was big enough for a box, was so carelessly thrown into bags that the long johns were sticking together and there was icing smeared all over one of the bags. So much icing that I had to ask for napkins because my hands were sticky just from taking the bag from the employee. And there's the price. Over $12 for 2 apple fritters and 5 donuts. I'm a regular at this Dunkin'. Its usually fine, with the occasional hiccup, which based on probability is fine due to how often I go. That said, this is the first time that I've actually felt compelled to leave a review. I found the service today to be exceptional. I was there today, Wednesday July 3rd around 10:30am and the large straws were empty, so I asked the nice guy behind the counter if he had anymore. He gladly provided me with one and refilled the straw holder. As I was about to walk out the door, he ran ahead and held the door open for me and told me to have a great day.
