This is possibly the best-tun and best-managed Dunkin in the Harrisburg area...and I've patronized nearly all of them multiple tines and at multiple times of day. I have always believed in supporting local businesses, however, the last few times I have ordered at this Dunkin Donuts my order was messed up. This afternoon, I ordered a Tiramisu Cloud Latte through the drive thru. I could see that it wasn't right as soon as it was handed to me through the window, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. I took one sip and turned around, parked, and went inside to let the manager and the young man working know. I was hoping they would make it right. Instead, the manager wanted to argue with me. What I received was a Tiramisu Ice Coffee with cold foam topping. It had enough espresso to jump start a corps. You couldn't taste any flavoring and the cold foam that was used was very minimal. Even though the sticker on the cup stated that it had hot chocolate topping, there was none. When mentioned, the young man acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He took my drink added more Tiramisu flavor, stirred it up mixing the cold foam in the drink, put the cap back on, and handed it back to me. I shook my head and told the young man that this was by far the worst service I ever received there. The four young men that just ordered before the manager waited on me (again) decided my request was really funny. Apparently, it is comical to have a patron (who frequents this business OFTEN) to come in and politely state that they were not given what they ordered. Customer satisfaction obviously is not a thing at this business. The manager assumed I couldn't understand his native language when he chose to talk crap about me to his young co-worker. Both decided it would be better to argue with me rather than make the beverage the right way, instead they did the bare minimum. I already paid the $6.08 for the specialty drink advertised. Was I wrong to expect to receive what I ordered? I don't believe so. This will be the last time I spend any money at this Dunkin Donuts. read more

My boyfriend and I come here a lot. The employees are always friendly! The food has always been good quality and taste. However I did stop in the drive through today and I got the snackin bacon which I often get. However normally it has the maple sugar or whatever sweet stuff, how it's supposed to be made, but today it had none of that and was absolutely covered in bacon grease which is...not appetizing. Many of the pieces were covered in grease, like in the picture. I don't get this item often since it's a treat, but I might stay completely away from it at this location from now on. read more

This is my local morning afternoon and night coffee stop. The staff is so friendly and make sure your order is correct. The new building is beautiful with lots of seating. They took forever to get to the loud speaker, then we pulled around to the pick up window and they were obviously having issues with the car in front of us where the customer eventually drove away angry. They're VERY inconsistent here. You can order your coffee the same way every time but it'll never turn out the same. They mess up a lot of orders too. The male manager is incredibly unprofessional and will argue with you when your coffee is made wrong. read more

Our car broke down Friday afternoon at this location. (Needed new starter) The staff at the time were very kind and accommodating. They gave my son a donut hole on the house. We asked if we could return with our Mechanic friend over the weekend to resolve the issue, they said it was fine. When we returned with the part and our mechanic on Sunday morning, it was not as pleasant. While my friend was installing the part, Mr Vachhani came charging out of the restaurant at us. He starts with "If this car isn't out of here today, I'm having it towed" I said absolutely, we're working on it, it'll be out of here one way or the other" He continues with "you can't leave your car here and no one said anything" While telling him we had said something he interrupts by yelling "I don't care if you told them, they are staff, I am the manager and no one told me!" I said "Sir, we're taking care of it" He continues to berate us saying he should have already called the cops. We were all taken back by how angry and aggressive he was. My friend was unable to get the part installed so I called a tow company and had it taken to a nearby garage. They had the car out of there in less than an hour. I understand that an extra car in the parking lot is not good for business and they would have had every right to tow it. That being said, with the entire parking lot of the new restaurant also available, there wasn't a shortage of available spots. We bought coffee and donuts each time and I called on Saturday to let them know we were still planning on coming back for it. The staff member I spoke to that day was also very kind and understanding of the situation. The dashcam of my other car recorded the audio and in replaying it, I can't get over the inappropriate manner in which he yelled at us. I wish I could attach an audio clip. read more

This has always been my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the area but I dropped a star because of some of the staff working here. Several times, I have gone to the window, and someone takes my order, then silence...no reviewing my order with me, no thank you for your order please pull forward to the window. Nothing. I've had to ask, can I move forward, or did you get all of that order, etc.? It is frustrating for me and I'm almost never in a hurry (unless I have a starving, angst-filled teenager waiting in the car), so I can only imagine the frustration this may create for someone in a hurry! The hot food is always hot, the donuts are always fresh, and the specialty drinks (e.g. fruit iced teas, flavored beverages, and so forth) are done as expected. I've never (I know, don't ever say never, but it's true in this case!) had a messed-up order! I can't say that for ANY of the other Dunkin Donuts in the area, and the other Dunkin Donuts almost ALWAYS make mistakes on an order. So, I will keep coming to this location, but I do ask that the employees be a little more communicative about confirming an order and saying please/thank you/you're welcome. Rahul could use the most customer service, as in some of my most recent experiences he has displayed no positive communication skills--not friendly, not helpful, not responsive. I've stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts almost everyday on my way to work for the last few years. There are rare occasions when my order is wrong, however, given how often I visit this location it's reasonable to expect minor inconsistencies from time to time. The important thing is that they have ALWAYS went the extra mile to fix it. If you go in with small children they will given each one a donut hole. It's a small gesture that my daughter appreciates. I believe the same family has owned the store for over 20 years. You don't stay in business that long unless you're doing something right. WOW! Were we ever in for a shock this morning. After my husband had an appointment this morning (11/7/2016), he stopped at our local Dunkin' Donuts and for the first time ever, we were both extremely disappointed. I had a powdered white cream-filled donut and there was barely any cream in it. My husband's was the same way. To make matters worse, one of his had a topping that was so thin, you could barely taste what flavor it was. I come to dunkin every morning before college, and I've become close with some workers and usually have an amazing experience. Tonight I had the opposite. It was 8:00pm and there was nobody else in the drive through. I ordered 4 caramel iced coffees. The man at the window proceeded to tell me that the next time I order 4 coffees I need to come inside because there was someone else pulling behind me and it was taking them two long to make 4 coffees because there was only 2 people working. My boyfriend and I respectfully explained to him why he was wrong and should've never said that to us. We were totally pissed because we both work in the restaurant business and would never tell guests the come inside in 30 degree weather because it's more convenient for us. It's about the customer..
