Horrible service. Barista with green streaks in her hair, wearing a mask, messed up my entire order. All 3 drinks. I gave a $2 tip prior to receiving my order. When I got it, I made the complaint I was not offered even the opportunity to have her remake them . It was a very uncomfortable feeling , I get better treatment for barista at an airport and in bigger cities, Unreal. We didn't trust even drinking the drinks. Her demeanor and lack of respect felt personal- this is not a Starbucks I frequent. But, the drinks were poured and cups in the trash. I never got a refund or response. read more

I frequent Hershey a lot and was pleasantly surprised to see this new Starbucks opened up about a year ago. This Starbucks is located in the new Hershey Town Square along with a variety of other new stores and restaurants including Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Jersey Mikes Subs and many more. Also, there's street parking and a parking garage, which is about a block away from the Starbucks. Compared to other Starbucks location that I have visited this Starbucks location was well stocked. They had plenty of food options available including their sandwiches, baked goods and grab-and-go options like their protein boxes. I got two plain bantam bagels, which were served warm and are always delicious. I probably would have gotten a drink like a hot chocolate, but I just got an orange juice. However, I got a smoothie at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe, which is close by. The inside of the Starbucks is quite large with plenty of seating. Although this Starbucks was somewhat crowded, I was able to easily find a seat. The cashier was quite nice and my bantam bagels were made and served quickly. Altogether, this Starbucks in Hershey is clean, quick, convenient, well-served and serves tasty food. read more

Do not come to this store. Wait time in the app showed 9 minutes. Still waiting for my 1 drink 50 minutes later!!! They prioritize walk up customers over mobile order. When I asked where I was in line they said they still had 4 people before me...Those 4 people where the walk ups... No coffee is worth 50 minutes. read more

Great location as it sits in the heart of Hershey, PA. They do serve nitro which is always a plus for me. It's a great size store to hold many people and I noticed they have large tables with outlets underneath for use as working stations. They made hubby the wrong drink so they remade him another without attitude. read more

I ordered the peppermint mocha frapp with soy milk, specifically said no whip cream but they still put in on but I said it was okay to just take the whip off. The drink itself tastes good , very strong peppermint flavor compared to other times I got this drink but that's a good thing! Roomy space with good amount of seating ! Kept pretty clean. read more

This Starbucks is in the heart of downtown Hershey, which makes it pretty easy to get to/find. There is parking in the garage behind the stores in case you aren't sure where to park. We arrived late the night before thanksgiving and were hopeful this location was still open. We ordered espresso drinks and were in and out relatively quick. The only downfall is there isn't a drive thru at this location, but it does have ample seating inside. There were a ton of open seats, but we really just wanted to head home. The baristas were super friendly, which is always a nice touch! We will definitely be back to this location when dining in downtown Hershey. read more

It was a second time here and both times Kelly the barista she was Amazing. She had everything under control and both times were so busy and she always make sure she knows you are there, plus she always have a smile on her face. The place is big with seating outside. This place is a bit of a joke. They open and close whenever they feel like it. They mess up non caffeinated drinks my teenage daughter orders all the time! When they mess up the order they do not feel accountable to actually make it right. Last they informed her it will be 30 minutes to remake her drink that they incorrectly made.. what a joke! By far the slowest and least organized Starbucks you will encounter. If you are at all familiar with the typical timing and flow of most Starbucks, you will be grossly disappointed. Multiple times I have watched one employee make drinks while the others stand around. On top of this their customer service skills are beyond lacking. There are a number of other Starbucks locations in the area that deserve your business before this woefully mismanaged and slow store. read more

I was so happy when the new Starbucks opened on West Chocolate in Hershey. The service is great and my Chai is always perfect. So why only two stars? One of the things I've always liked about any Starbucks is the cozy atmosphere while sitting and enjoying my drink and talking with my hubby. HOWEVER....this particular Starbucks does not have much room for us middle age and family folk. Today EVERY SEAT AND I MEAN EVERY SEAT was taken by a student with a laptop and a half drank beverage or no beverage at all and no plans to leave anytime soon. A man with his family was literally standing at the end of the table his family was lucky to occupy while the student at the next table used a spare chair for his backpack. Seriously....how do they even make money like this? Maybe they could expand so us regular folk could enjoy or maybe we should just go elsewhere. Probably won't go back. read more

Awful service. I work nearby and come here daily. My drink gets messed up at least once a day and today I went and got coffee twice. Both times I waited over twenty minutes for an online order and my drinks were messed up both times. I will never come here again. The manager was also sitting down and did not help his employees. Large, clean and well run Starbucks. The employees were friendly, the service was quick and my drink was good. There was only two employees working, but they worked well together and were in a routine. The only downside is that parking it a bit limited, however there is a garage behind this location where you can usually find parking. My dad and I ordered drinks and mine was perfectly fine but his tasted different. He has gotten that drink so many times and he knew something was wrong so we went back in. The one lady asked if we wanted a new one and we said yes. I saw her go over and give it to another lady, I'm assuming the girl who made his drink, and that lady came over and asked what was wrong with it. He tried explaining to the best of his ability what was wrong with it but the lady was being very defiant. Then out of no where she asked if it looked like the cloud macchiato and I said yes but not exactly and she said well maybe you're thinking of the cloud macchiato not this. I've had the cloud macchiato multiple times and the drink my dad had, I knew they weren't the same. In the end, we got too frustrated with her and just asked for a new drink. read more
