Oooey gooey goodness. Donuts are fresh and delicious. Super tender and fluffy but crazy messy. Definitely ask for extra plates and napkins. Definitely recommend eating with fork and knife if you are not keen on getting your hands dirty. We got the sunrise, cinnamon sugar, neapolitan and smores. I personally loved the sunrise the lemon icing wasn't super tart and the raspberry drizzle gave it a nice counter balance. The strawberry icing on the neapolitan was too good. And I oooopppppp !! I located this spot on Yelp and admired their great reviews, so I pulled up. I loved the reserved parking spaces for customers. Upon entering, it was a great view of items for sale, ordering/ pick up counter, and dining area. I was assisted by 2 young adults. I love when young adults work these kinds of jobs. They were super helpful and kind. I loved their enthusiasm. It didn't take long for me to order my Raspberry Hot Tea and 3 donuts. My donuts were ready within 6 minutes and served warm. I ordered (2) Chocolate Confetti (Chocolate Icing with Rainbow Sprinkles) and (1) Cinnamon Sugar. I waited 2 hours until I got home to eat and share. They were a hit. Super fresh and delish. This was a first time visit, and boy am I impressed!! A surprisingly wide variety of donuts on offer, which are prepared FRESHLY while you wait. One possible downside for some might be the grease, which results from being cooked on the spot. I can also see that others might see the grease as part of the charm, adding to the flavor like it does. The menu also includes espresso drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and ice cream. Obx in Hershey PA, no kidding, this is awesome, and when I saw the sign for duck donuts in Hershey on my visit, I was super excited. Pulled over to their private parking area for customers. On entrance, the interior of the shop is well maintained and decorated with ducks , souvenirs, and things to buy cute ducks and doughnuts in all shapes for souvenirs There are menus available on screen and then regular menus. I was impressed by the collection and variety of donuts they have. On my first day visit, I got six doughts, one in each blueberry, peanut, coffee cake, cinnamon, strawberry, Oreo. We all loved cinnamon , strawberry, and blueberry flavors. The next day, we got a dozen donuts, and we tried and liked sunrise lemon flavor, coconut, and smores. You could see fresh donuts made in front of your eyes and treat to watch them glazed, and they ask before the close the box it this looks good or need additonal glazing. We made and paid for a $60 order online and arrived right on time as were told 35 minutes later ... but then had to wait another 30 minutes to get the 1 person's attention who was doing online orders for EVERYONE ... even though we could see the order ready behind them. We were spending the day at Hershey Park and wanted a solid breakfast before heading into the park. Duck Donuts is only a few minutes away from the Park entrances and open early. We arrived around 8:45am and there was a small line. We ordered at the counter and doughnuts came out roughly 5 minutes later. They were so warm and soft! We opted for half a dozen + one on the side. Finally tried these infamous Duck Donuts. Last day at Hershey & my husband wanted to treat us with something sweet for breakfast. He got up early and walked over. He got 7 donuts for us and a hot cocoa with whipped cream for our son. We got apple pie, French toast, coconut island bliss, bacon in the sun, maple bacon peanut butter paradise and apple strudel. My kids LOVE this place. I'm in between - I like that they are freshly made right in front of the customers. They're just small donuts and super sweet, most likely due to all of the toppings you can pick from! We got a mix of chocolate rainbow sprinkles, glazed, and s'mores. Still warm from the oven! Got here at 11am on a Saturday and no line, must have hit a sweet spot in the timing. Extremely messy to eat but kids were happy so it was worth it. They also have breakfast sandwiches! Wow these are great right after they come out of the fryer and are dressed!! Definitely underestimated how good these are. Inevitably every vacation town you hit, there's always a place that supposedly makes the greatest donuts ever! I've heard this refrain time and time again. But Duck Donuts is my favorite vacation destination donut of all time. The donuts come out of the fryer super moist and coated with any combination of flavors you choose. Every addition is fresh and not overly sweet. Over the course of two days, my companions and I were able to sample a few of the various combinations and they were all fantastic and quite frankly at a reasonable price point also. That maple glazed bacon was outstanding! I normally don't go for what I would say is overkill on a donut since it is already fried already but this donut is pretty awesome! Just enough bacon, just enough maple glaze, just perfectly combined in just the right amount of insanity without being insane. This was my favorite! This is going to be a common refrain across all the versions. The Oreo Broadwalk was really good. I was able to snag a bite before my companions wiped it out. Definitely was a quick goner with my group. Again not insanely sweet, just the perfect combination of Oreo crumbles, icing and a drizzle. If peanut butter is your thing, they have one that is peanut butter overload! The longstanding favorite, chocolate icing with rainbow sprinkles, had a delicious chocolate icing on top. The lemon drizzle and blueberry were also sampled over the past two days with equally the same review. If Lemon or Blueberry is your thing, give these a try.
