Turkey Avocado & Bacon Flatbread
Eric K.

Just discovered this place thanks to other yelpers - stopped in again for lunch today to try some menu items ...nice variety to choose from! I placed my order at the counter for their Turkey, Avocado, & Bacon Flatbread, substituting a side salad for the chips. Oh ...and Energy Bites® for dessert;) Sat down in the cafe area (there is seating outdoors, but it was raining;) In just a coupe of minutes, out came my flatbread - it was FANfreakin'tastic! Turkey was still hot and mixed well with the rest of the flavors sitting on top of the tasty bread - a great combo. And the salad with their homemade vinaigrette was awesome as well - don't often fawn over salad, but theirs is outstanding! And the Energy Bites (yummy sweetness) ...well, I think I'm now addicted to those things! Everything I've tried so far feels light & fresh - if this is what healthy eating is about, count me in! This is an 'open concept' dining area, but it is unusually quiet - if I didn't have go, I could've hung out there for half the afternoon, watching it rain outside - I will definitely be back to try more items from the menu!

The food at this place is organically fresh and full of flavor! I got to try the Tuscan creamy chicken over basmati rice, Ms signature salad, energy bites and blackberry hibiscus tea. It all was very flavorful and healthy! I definitely brought home the in house dressing. The owner, Michele, is very friendly and does great cooking demonstrations. Her and the staff are great in answering any questions and customizing according to dietary needs. This cafe is inside the Capital Blue building. They do have an order window and outdoor seating. Very well organized and clean cafe. Convenient right off of I-81 in Enola. Plenty of parking .

This is a small and cute cafe that focuses on providing healthy and fresh meals to customers. They offer homemade snacks, meals, vinagrettes, etc. They also make fresh prepared meals and offer a meal service plan where you can customize the meals and order for pick up or delivery. You can choose from a fixed menu, and they are accomodating with making adjustments for allergies. M's special salad has a good mix of sweet, tang, salt, and nutty from the craisins, homemade balsamic vinagrette, feta, and sunflower seeds. The tuscan chicken broke apart so easily and the sundried tomatos added a layer of flavor to the coconut milk based gravy which was great.

Healthy You Cafe is a cute little hidden gem. It is open Monday thru Friday until 4pm, hop on over for breakfast or lunch! The parking lot is huge, so there are no issues with finding a spot. The menu has a wide array of different foods to choose from all healthy. They also have some delicious drinks like blackberry hibiscus tea. The owner is super nice as well, and she offers weekly or daily meals for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner that they make on site for you to pick up or deliver to your home if you spend $50. I would diffently check it out next time you're in the area.

Healthy You Cafe has an amazing array of options - from eat in breakfast and lunch, weekly prepped meals, and catering for all kinds of events. The food looks and tastes great while eliminating the processed, unhealthy ingredients. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Healthy you is a great concept with great food. I recently attended an event here and loved the M's signature salad and Tuscan chicken and energy bites (although I do wish it would've been organic oats to avoid higher levels of glysophate). Michele, the owner, is so sweet and passionate about her business. My only wish is that they were closer or had later hours, as I work full time and live in Camp Hill. I will still plan to find a way to get some more of this yummy food!

Love Love Love everything about this place. Wonderful choices, delicious food, open and inviting service and staff. Yes it is a little bit of a weird location and your not sure if it is just a company deli or open to the public but I am glad I figured it out.

An insurance agency is an odd place to find a healthy lunch, but... The Healthy Choice Cafe is nice little spot to find fresh food options. I had the avocado chicken salad panini with a side salad. Nice sandwich, great dressing on the salad. Great sop if you are in the area.

Healthy you is located inside capital blue cross market store. Not only is this an insurance office, it's a healthy lifestyle center! I do carry capital blue insurance and i was Feeling boggy from the stressors of work. I came to get a protein packed smoothy for breakfast and got a quick "health assesment" They are friendly, helpful and informative. Navigating insurance info can be overwhelming and confusing. I was offered free (to members) fitness classes, dietary consultations and fun kids activities. This is so much more than a healthy food cafe! Highly recommend a visit if you carry this insurance!

The café has a warm, inviting atmosphere with beautiful local artwork that creates a relaxing dining experience. The breakfast sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The frittata was hearty, satisfying, and generously portioned. While it was just a little heavier on the pepper than I personally prefer, it was still very enjoyable. The highlight of our visit was the gluten-free, vegan strawberry matcha cinnamon roll. It was incredibly moist, delicious, and packed with flavor--one of the best gluten-free pastries we've had. It's refreshing to find a café that offers healthy options without sacrificing taste. If you're traveling through central Pennsylvania or simply live in the area, this is a wonderful alternative to the chain restaurants that dominate the highways. Whether you're looking for gluten-free, vegan, or just fresh, wholesome food, Down to Earth Café delivers. The star of the plate is the giant pumpkin pancake, which spans nearly half the dish. It features a golden-brown finish, light texture, and just the right amount of cinnamon and nutmeg warmth to complement the subtle pumpkin sweetness without feeling like dessert. A scoop of whipped butter right in the center melts smoothly into the warm cake, keeping every bite tender.  On the savory side, the Jones Dairy Farm chicken apple sausage patties bring a great contrast to the sweet spice of the pancake. They are cooked with a hard sear that creates nice crispy, caramelized edges. The subtle hint of apple in the sausage works surprisingly well with maple syrup and spices, offering a lean, savory bite.  The cage-free eggs round out the meal simple and soft-scrambled, cooked with clean, fluffy curds. They serve as a reliable, neutral protein anchor that keeps the plate grounded. Overall, it is a deeply satisfying and well-portioned seasonal breakfast that executes classic fall flavors without overwhelming you with sugar.

Brunch here isn't rushed or overdone -- it's a relaxed, slow-paced experience that feels like it belongs in a European village. Fitting, since Sophia's is tucked into a charming townhouse-style community with local shops, plenty of free street parking, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Reservations are recommended, but even though it was busy, we were seated right away without one. Our waitress was an absolute gem, anticipating exactly what we wanted. I ordered the day's special -- a personal broccoli & cheddar quiche with seasoned breakfast potatoes -- plus chocolate milk. When she asked, "Do you want it extra chocolatey?" my inner child screamed YES. She delivered a cold chalice of chocolatey goodness fit for royalty. The quiche? Buttery crust, cheesy perfection. My only regret was not ordering five more. Adventure Buddy went classic with an iced latte and the Original Breakfast: 2 sunnyside eggs, a bed of seasoned potatoes, plump sausage links, and wheat toast. Everything was cooked beautifully -- eggs done just right, sausage with a crisp snap, and the whole plate draped over potatoes for that hearty, comforting vibe. Nothing beats a summer morning brunch outside, channeling Parisian café vibes while the world slows down for a moment. Our bill (with tip) came to just under $50, and we left full, happy, and ready for the rest of Sunday Funday. Sophia's shines at brunch, but don't overlook it for a weeknight dinner either -- this place never disappoints.

My server Cricket, was friendly but did approach the table initially with "what are you having" no hello or greeting or suggestions. Although I had asked for lemon with my water since tap water often varies in taste it was served without. Salmon full of flavor but a little dry, prosciutto wrap was very dry, it was served on a large portion of delicious risotto that had asparagus in it, the menu had made it sound like the asparagus was separate from the risotto. Being on a meal plan and watching my weight I would have appreciated it being served separately because I eat the healthy items first. I would typically eat all the risotto, but I did, the tase was exquisite! Bred was hard, dry and had no flavor Buffet, not offered or on the menu Hostess did take beverage orders for a young group that occupied a number of tables from a few tables away they had coupons for the buffet added to the high levels of disruptive noise in dining room. This went on throughout my stay because they were coming in at different times. Young group were using speaker phones in the dining room for the cost of the entree at $23 that was disappointing. Apparently the same venue being used for two very different atmospheres from cafeteria to a fine dining. The very small bar is located in a separate room at the entrance and has terrible acoustics because mid dinner it was so loud it was annoying.
