Curb appeal and the interior were a bit dated, but don't assume the service or food quality based on that. To the contrary, both were awesome. This was my second time visiting, and I got the baked oatmeal with a side of bacon. I thought the portion was great for the price and the way it was displayed was picture perfect! I decided to give this place a try because First Watch across the street was soo crowded for a Sunday morning. At first glance, i thought it was small so i didn't have any hope that we would be seated right away but oh wow, what a pleasant surprise we had! Even though the place waa busy, we still got seated right away. The environment is cozy and welcoming and staff was so friendly. They keep their menu short and precise but it still get plenty of breakfast choices for everyone. We tried Crab Benedict and Salmon Benedict. The poached eggs were cooked perfecly, Hollandaise sauce was delicious and of right texture. We were surprised at how much crab meat we got! Coffee was good, service was so quick. Have lived in the area my whole life, and I have never had the chance to come eat here. They just did recently start opening on Saturdays, so that made it a lot easier to come. The parking lot is fairly large, with two parking lots on either side of the building. It isn't a big place, so don't be surprised if there is a wait. We all started out with an ice coffee. I got chocolate for $5, and I thought it was okay, not the best ice coffee I've ever had, not the worst. My friend got the café breakfast for $12 and a bowl of fruit for $6. For the price the portions were right on, the fruit was huge and had so much variety I'd for sure worth it. My other friend got a cheese omlette for $11, came with homefries and toast, and she said it was good. I went with the meat lovers omlette for $12 it had a good amount of meat in it. I was happy with what it was! If you pay with cash, you save 3% all in all. I'd be back. read more

I love this little place! It's right by my house. They don't take reservations and are usually pretty busy on weekends. They are not open for dinner. Breakfast is incredible, although I wish they offered it all day or extended hours on weekends. Lunch is good too - the gyro, burgers, and chicken sandwiches were all delicious. There's an upcharge if you want fries instead of chips. Fries are good. Service is usually pretty good. I do wish they paid more attention to special requests - we absolutely can't stand pickles or the taste when it leaches into buns or fries when it's put on the plate anyway, so we always emphasize *no pickles* at all for the whole table. The cook put pickles on all the plates and the waitress noticed and had to pick them off. read more

Food was so so, not any better than what I can cook at home. The server didn't listen to our order for a muffin to replace the toast. The tables for 2 people are way too small to hold all of their larger plates. (And we are smaller people! Even overheard 2 other people at a 2 person table that it was too small for them too.) They should have seated us at a 4 person table because the place was not busy so early in the morning. We will not be going back sadly. Not recommended. read more

Was nearby after a doctor visit and decided to stop in. I ate here years ago when it was under a different name/management. My daughter was with me this time. She tried the eggs benedict and said they were very good. I had two eggs and the yogurt parfait. The eggs were done exactly as I ordered and the parfait was huge! The parfait had a little too much honey on it for my liking. I love honey, but there it was a bit overkill and left a sweetness that was almost sickening after a while. It would be much better with a bit less sweetness, especially with the fresh fruit. The server was polite, but was a bit slow. She seemed to be a bit disorganized when returning checks and/or which table should be addressed first. The one thing that makes me rating low is the 3% charge for credit/debit cards. It's not fair to a consumer. Not everyone has enough cash on their person all the time to cover certain things. We should not be punished for this. These businesses more than cover the credit card fee they may be charged with the high prices they charge for their services. It cost a few cents short of $37 for my daughter and I to eat breakast. That is a bit over the top and being charged to pay our bill is ridiculous. read more
