She has so much energy and personality, plus all the decorations at holidays are the work of Ms Laura.

Cup of Creamy Potato Soup Rich and delicious My wife ordered the Brussel Sprout Ceasar Salad and I ordered the Apple Cider Smoked Short Ribs with Roasted Garlic Mashed Short Ribs were very tender and flavorful with just a hint of the Apple Cider & a mild smokiness the garlic mashed is a perfect addition along with the gravy I personally would of liked a little more gravy. Kaitlin our server was outstanding and very helpful in making choices. Home 231 is very relaxing and their booths and tables are very spacious and comfortable. There is a small bar that could fit maybe 10-12 and the bar is a full bar! This was the 2nd time I've been here and do plan more visits. Was a perfect dinner on my BD.

I was a little nervous because the bar was so little. But small quickly turned into charming. The bartender was such a great guy! He was super helpful and sweet. He helped me choose my drinks then he and a couple of regulars gave me the scoop on the area. I was by myself so I needed to get the scoop on safe areas and areas to avoid. It was nice to know I was in a fairly safe area and could walk around and explore. I had dinner plans for later so I just ordered a charcuterie board. But if you know me at all, that's enough to make me super happy! I definitely recommend checking it out!

The moment you walk in, it honestly feels like you've stepped into a little café in Paris. The décor is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with elegant touches everywhere that make the space feel cozy but elevated at the same time. The staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The seating is mostly table seating (no booths), with a few smaller tables set along a hallway-style walkway that opens up into a larger dining area. The way the space is laid out feels intentional and well designed even though the restaurant was getting a lot of attention while I was there, it never felt crowded or overwhelming. Everything flowed nicely. It's colder right now, so their front deck seating wasn't open, but you can tell that when the weather warms up there's additional seating available outside on the deck, which would be such a nice spot to sit. The bathrooms are conveniently located right up front, which makes them easy to find. Parking is also pretty simple, there's parking available in the back of the building, and if those spots are full you can usually find street parking nearby. Here's what I ordered: Pistachio Rose Affogato * Pistachio Italian espresso * Vanilla ice cream * Crushed pistachio * Edible rose petals * Wafer East Coast Croissant * Cheddar cheese * Bacon * Spinach * Scrambled eggs * House-made garlic aioli * Served with breakfast potatoes My drink didn't just look beautiful , it tasted incredible too. The pistachio espresso paired with the vanilla ice cream was already amazing, but the crushed pistachios and edible rose petals really took it to another level. It was sweet, rich, and full of flavor. The East Coast Croissant surprised me in the best way. I'm usually not a big spinach-on-sandwich person, but I wanted to try it exactly as it's served to get the full experience. I'm glad I did because it completely changed my mind! Everything worked together perfectly, and the garlic aioli added so much flavor. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back. Next on my list to try is their Tiramisu French Toast and the Strawberry Matcha.

That seems to fit the place well, because when I arrived there were clearly other business conversations happening at multiple tables. It feels like a popular spot for people to meet, work, and get things done, not just grab a drink and leave. I asked the staff if they could make a Mexican coffee. They were not sure at first, but once I explained it is essentially a chocolate mocha with a little cayenne pepper, they were willing to make it. It turned out great. The ambiance is solid. It is not overly noisy, and it is easy to have a conversation without raising your voice. The only downside is the seating layout, which feels more like a school cafeteria than a cozy coffee shop. It is functional, just not especially inviting. There is parking on site, but I can see it filling up quickly during peak times, with overflow going to nearby street parking. Overall, this is a dependable, non chain coffee spot that I would return to, especially for a business meeting or when I want a coffee I do not have to second guess in terms of preparation and consistency.
