This is two of the four flights in the coffee flight. Elsa's chai and Buddy Latte.

The food was OK. I wasn't a big fan of the taste of the waffle. The cheese and bacon helped with the waffle was very firm and had an interesting after taste. I was not a fan of the taste of the coffee flights. Some tasted water down and were too strong. The staff however, were really friendly and the food did not take long to come out. The dining area was open and clean.

I can't believe that I've never reviewed Valley bistro as it's one of my favorite places! My daughter and I went this morning for breakfast. There was a line, but it moved quickly. We love their grilled muffins and today we had the double chocolate muffin. It was moist and delicious. My daughter went with the classic Benedict to which she said her eggs were perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. We went with the side of their tater tots, which are always good! I wasn't real hungry so I went with the avocado toast with a fried egg on top. It was a little heavy with the lemon aïoli today but the chili flakes give it a nice cake and it's always fresh. Even though it was busy, the staff did a great job with making sure that the drinks came out and had a steady flow of food, leaving the kitchen. You would think it would be noisy, but it's not it really is a place you must try over and over again. The menu is creative with weekly specials.

I haven't had a single thing I didn't enjoy. We had the Mother Clucker sandwich with tots, the French toast trio, Rudolph's cold brew and Comet's Cookie Craze. The menu is SO BIG that we will definitely be back.

We returned to Valley a bistro to dine in after far too long. I think the first time I was here was at least 5 years ago and I love how the restaurant has grown and changed, as well as how it's stayed the same. The quality of the food, and drinks, has stayed high. I had a Latte with oat milk and lavender. It was delicious. A nice tasting coffee not entirely overwhelmed. I wasn't expecting the lavender flowers on top, which was very pretty. I ordered the Salmon BLT with a side of tater tots. The serving sizes were so generous that I felt that a box would be prudent. There are boxes available near the counter where orders are taken & specialty drinks are so skillfully made. The tots were crisp with a nice crunchy exterior and soft potato inside. The sandwich was served on thick slices of Texas Toast and a sizable portion on salmon. The vegetables on the sandwich balanced the fish between spring mix of greens and avocado. The tomato, aioli & melted cheese gave the sandwich moisture. The bacon was smoky and crisp. My husband had the New Yorker and a side of home fries. He often chooses the New Yorker and had no complaints. The restroom was clean and well stocked. The floors & tables were clean and free from the detritus that sometimes accumulates after a lunch rush. The staff was friendly, active, and helpful.

Valley bistro is a restaurant that 9/10 you're gonna be impressed with what you get. Unlike some restaurants that have extensive menus so the food doesn't get the time ( extra love and attention it deserves) this is not one of those places. All the food is delicious and you can tell love is put into every dish. The service is friendly and helpful, this place sometimes can have a line out the door but I'm telling you it's worth the wait! Ambiance is warm and cozy. If you're in the area, stop in!

This place has been on my friend's to-try list for a while, and it was well worth it. They served our coffees overflowing and both were absolutely delicious. I got the crab hash and, holy smokes, it was one of the best things I've ever had. You order at the counter, take a number, and they bring the food out to you. You'll need to grab your own silverware, napkins, etc., but the staff is happy to bring anything else you need when they drop off your meal. We'll definitely be back soon.

The food was great and delicious. The service was amazing even though there was a big line. The place was clean and it's also a family friendly place.

I love it when I can check out a restaurant/experience that I see on TikTok/FB! Some Sista-Friends and I hit 81 North to check out Valley Bistro to do Brunch and let me tell you it was worth the Hr drive! It was very busy but the flow was good and the food was delicious! If you go, don't let the line scare you because it does go pretty fast, you order at register and then you go get a table and they bring the food out to you. Drinks are self serve and don't forget to check out their awesome selection of muffins, stuffed muffins, cakes, pies, etc., but I'd recommend taking that with you to go or you can enjoy it there with there coffee selection and different coffee flights and drinks, etc. I enjoyed the New Yorker, which is a pastrami breakfast sandwich and I also got the salmon BLT , I tasted a little bit of that and it was really nice with the lemon aïoli, but I mainly brought that to have at home . My sister Friends One got the chicken and waffles, one got the New Yorker too, and they got a shrimp and grits to share they felt that their food was very delicious and they would definitely go back to try other menu items. I did get me a lemon poppy mascarpone stuffed muffin to go and a hot honey peach cheesecake which I have never heard of before to go so I'm looking forward to trying them this weekend. The food was delicious, but most importantly the fellowship, the laughs and conversations was just what my spirit needed Go check out Valley Bistro

We wanted to try this place for awhile after seeing a lot of content on Facebook. We came on a Saturday morning, so it was busy. But we were only in line for about 5-6 minutes which isn't bad considering the line was almost out the door. My latte was phenomenal, and the food was also fantastic! I do wish the chairs in the dining hall were a tad more comfortable, but otherwise it was clean, modern, and spacious! Definitely will be returning

Amazing flavor, and amazing presentation for being takeout! We all know valley bistro isn't just your neighborhood diner, so ordering takeout or having it delivered is always a great choice! Wasn't the first time and won't be the last. Food is still warm and just like you'd get in house!

What's the ambiance? Reservation only? Sundays best or normal attire?

It's counter service so no reservations. Casual attire and atmosphere. Weekends are the busiest ... so there could be a wait to get your food.

Should we expect a long wait? I'm excited to try this place out with my family!

It can feel like a long wait but there is so many people waiting for food so in reality the food comes at a reasonable time. Depending on the time you go, if it is busy expect to wait 20 mins in line to order and then another 20-30 mins to get your… Read more

I was the only diner in the place, which honestly made me feel like I had just rented out a private pizza studio. Bonus: plenty of free parking right out front because it's tucked into a little strip mall. Before I even ordered, the menu caught my attention--an eclectic mashup of pizza and tacos, with breakfast versions of both served all day long. It's honestly the kind of menu you'd expect to stumble upon in a dream where the universe says, "Go ahead, choose joy." I originally planned to be "responsible" and just grab a slice to test the waters, but they didn't have any slices ready and would've had to make an entire pizza just for me. That felt like a sign from the Universe to stop lying to myself. If they were firing up the oven anyway, why not go big? So I took the cosmic hint and ordered their semi-Instagram-famous Mexican Breakfast Pizza: eggs, chorizo, mozzarella, cheddar... a 10" "personal" pizza (their wording, not mine) for $14. Twist my arm. Drinks live in the cooler by the door and you just grab whatever you want and pay at the end. As I was mid-debate between soda and water, the guy behind the counter popped out from behind the curtain and said, "Hey, since you're getting a breakfast pizza, if you want juice... orange, cranberry, apple... you can have it!" Sir. Apple juice is basically the secret key to my heart. SOLD. He also mentioned they have games and coloring books available--apparently dominoes is the crowd favorite here. Unexpected and charming. A little sign on my table caught my eye: "If you love it, leave a nice review." Challenge accepted. This place was already earning every star. Placed my order at 5:02, snagged a seat by the window to watch the sunset fade and the traffic chaos whirl by. The sign on the wall said "GOOD vibes, GREAT flavors," and let me tell you: an accurate mission statement. At 5:20, my pizza emerged in all its glory--and it. was. stunning. The crust hit that sweet middle ground between thin and deep dish: sturdy, doughy, beautifully crisped on the edges, and wonderfully yeasty. The eggs-to-cheese ratio was perfection, and the chorizo? A knockout. Spicy, chunky, far more personality than the usual breakfast-pizza sausage situation. I ate 1.5 slices and boxed up the rest, which will easily feed me for another three days because, yes, I believe in leftovers as a lifestyle. As I was leaving, the man behind the counter introduced himself--Sebastian--and he had been nothing but attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. Service like that sticks with you. Total damage: $22.26 including tip. For great food, even better service, and days of leftovers? That's what I call winning. I'll definitely be back--probably at another totally normal breakfast hour.

Order at the counter and your food is brought out promptly. The owner made sure everything was good and kept asking if I needed anything. Making customers feel important is, well, important, so I'm glad they aim to please. Pizza slice was really good, could've been a bit more well done, but that's my preference. The birria quesadilla and (thick) consommé were out of this world excellent. Can't wait to come back and have that again and try some other dishes. All day breakfast is cool and a nice option to have in this area. Try this place and see for yourself.

Why? The opportunity to experience the live painting artwork by Bryan "Prolifik" Hickman, artist and creator of the Tuskegee Airman mural on the side wall of Coda Rouge. The added ambiance of Singer's Lounge, Phebe West, singing lovely, familiar tunes. And last but not least, the intimacy of meeting Coda Rouge chef, Sachiko Tashiana, who trained under renowned chef Wolfgang Puck. Naturally, I had already done my due diligence (read: stalked the menu for a full week) and had a game plan. At the top of my list? The deviled eggs and the Kale Caesar salad with salmon. The only problem...I absolutely did not need $40 worth of food for lunch. So I quietly spent the week putting "deviled egg energy" out into the Universe, hoping my lunch partner would suggest splitting them. Manifestation is real, people. I arrived around 12pm and found plenty of parking out back in Watershed's designated lot, which is clearly labeled--a good thing, because parking in that area looks like it could get competitive if you're not paying attention. We had made a 12:15pm reservation (Monday lunch felt safe, but why risk it?), and our table on the enclosed patio was ready when we arrived. It was the perfect setup--sunny and bright, but still warm enough to be comfortable on a chilly day. The vibe was great, and our server was even better--friendly, attentive, and consistently checking in without being overbearing. Then it was time to order. I let my lunch partner go first and waited... "Do you want to try the deviled eggs as an appetizer?" Are you kidding me?!. YES. Yes, I did! We ordered the deviled eggs ($11) to share, and I followed through with my Kale Caesar salad ($15) topped with seared salmon (+$13), officially completing my week-long menu-stalking mission. The deviled eggs came out FAST, and in my excitement, I completely forgot to take a picture--which tells you everything you need to know. Each egg was topped with a cube of candied bacon that absolutely stole the show. Sweet, savory, and just the right texture to complement the creamy filling. We made quick work of all four--excellent start to the meal! Not long after, our lunches arrived, and my salad? Gorgeous. Like, actually exciting to look at. I dug in immediately and it delivered. The mix of shaved brussels sprouts, kale, and romaine gave it great texture, the dressing was well-balanced, and the red onion didn't overpower the rest of the flavors. But my favorite part? The garlic parmesan crouton crumble. No chasing rogue croutons around the plate--just perfectly distributed crunch in every bite. Genius! The portion size was generous, too--I made it through about half before calling it and boxing the rest for dinner later. By the time we were wrapping up, the enclosed patio had filled up significantly, which tells me this is a popular lunch spot--and for good reason. The food is solid, the atmosphere is great, and the service was spot on. That said...$40 for deviled eggs, a salad and water is a bit steep for an everyday lunch. For me, this feels more like a "treat yourself," client meeting, or special occasion kind of place rather than a regular rotation spot. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I be casually popping in every week? Probably not. But those deviled eggs? Totally worth manifesting!

Knowing Father's Day would probably be busy, I decided to do my homework ahead of time. Before we even left the house, I used First Watch's online "Check In" feature to get our name on the list while we were driving there. The website estimated a 10 to 20 minute wait and instructed us to let the hostess know when we arrived. Perfect! Or so I thought... About 15 minutes later, we walked through the doors...into absolute chaos. The lobby was PACKED with people waiting for tables despite the fact that roughly half the dining room appeared to be sitting empty. I squeezed my way through the crowd, made it to the hostess stand, gave her my name and mentioned that I'd already checked in online. "Great," she said. "It'll be 20 to 25 minutes." Wait...what? So the online check-in that said we'd be waiting 10 to 20 minutes...didn't actually accomplish anything? If I'd known we'd still be waiting another half hour after arriving, we honestly would have chosen somewhere else that accepted reservations or true call-ahead seating. The online check-in created expectations that simply weren't met. About 20 minutes later, we were finally seated. Unfortunately, things didn't improve. We sat for another 15 minutes before our waitress stopped by to take drink orders. We decided to order all of our food immediately because we weren't confident we'd see her again anytime soon. Good decision! The coffee arrived fairly quickly. The water...tap water, not fancy water, not bottled water, not water that required any preparation other than being put into a glass bottle and carried to the table, showed up about 10 minutes later. Here's what we ordered: Million Dollar Bacon ($6.29) - four slices of hardwood-smoked bacon glazed with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne and syrup. This was absolutely phenomenal! If nothing else, order this (or learn to make it at home so you can avoid an excessive wait at First Watch to eat it). Sweet, smoky, just enough heat...this absolutely lived up to the hype! Power Wrap ($11.49) - egg whites, turkey, spinach, mushrooms and mozzarella in a sun-dried tomato basil tortilla with fresh fruit. The wrap itself was really good. The fruit was a mixed bag. The grapes were great, but the pineapple was still hard and noticeably underripe. At this point in the meal, I wasn't surprised and definitely wasn't going to try to get it fixed. Lemon Ricotta Pancakes ($13.29) - these were also really good. The lemon curd completely stole the show and made the pancakes. The menu advertised seasonal berries, which turned out to be strawberries. They were perfectly fine, though I probably would have expected blueberries this time of year. The Works Omelet (FREE BECAUSE THE ORDER WAS NOT CORRECT) - this was my stepdad's Father's Day breakfast. He ordered it WITHOUT onions. It arrived with EXTRA onions. By that point, our waitress had disappeared again, so rather than wait another 20 minutes for a remake, I flagged down another employee near the kitchen. I explained that we'd waited long enough already and simply wanted the omelet removed from the bill instead of remade. To their credit, they handled that professionally and removed it without any argument. While I had someone's attention, I also requested plates for the Million Dollar Bacon appetizer that had been sitting on our table for about 15 minutes and asked if my mom's meal could please be brought out since everyone else's food had already arrived quite a while earlier. Our final bill came to just over $44 after tax and tip. Even after everything that happened, I still left our waitress a 25% tip. It was Father's Day, the restaurant was clearly overwhelmed, and I try to assume people are doing the best they can with what they've got. That said...it was obvious something wasn't working. Whether they were understaffed, overwhelmed by the Father's Day crowd, or simply having an off day, the entire experience felt disorganized from beginning to end. The online check-in wasn't accurate, service was painfully slow, food came out at different times, one meal was prepared incorrectly, and our server disappeared for long stretches throughout the meal. Ironically, the food itself was actually pretty good. If I were reviewing only the Million Dollar Bacon, it would easily earn five stars. Unfortunately, restaurants are more than just food. For me, the overall experience matters just as much. There are simply too many excellent local breakfast and brunch spots to justify returning after an experience like this. I'm glad my stepdad's omelet was removed from the bill, and I appreciate that the staff made that right, but I left more frustrated than impressed. First Watch may have just had a really bad Father's Day. But based on my first experience, I don't think I'll be back to find out.

The moment you walk in, it honestly feels like you've stepped into a little café in Paris. The décor is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with elegant touches everywhere that make the space feel cozy but elevated at the same time. The staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The seating is mostly table seating (no booths), with a few smaller tables set along a hallway-style walkway that opens up into a larger dining area. The way the space is laid out feels intentional and well designed even though the restaurant was getting a lot of attention while I was there, it never felt crowded or overwhelming. Everything flowed nicely. It's colder right now, so their front deck seating wasn't open, but you can tell that when the weather warms up there's additional seating available outside on the deck, which would be such a nice spot to sit. The bathrooms are conveniently located right up front, which makes them easy to find. Parking is also pretty simple, there's parking available in the back of the building, and if those spots are full you can usually find street parking nearby. Here's what I ordered: Pistachio Rose Affogato * Pistachio Italian espresso * Vanilla ice cream * Crushed pistachio * Edible rose petals * Wafer East Coast Croissant * Cheddar cheese * Bacon * Spinach * Scrambled eggs * House-made garlic aioli * Served with breakfast potatoes My drink didn't just look beautiful , it tasted incredible too. The pistachio espresso paired with the vanilla ice cream was already amazing, but the crushed pistachios and edible rose petals really took it to another level. It was sweet, rich, and full of flavor. The East Coast Croissant surprised me in the best way. I'm usually not a big spinach-on-sandwich person, but I wanted to try it exactly as it's served to get the full experience. I'm glad I did because it completely changed my mind! Everything worked together perfectly, and the garlic aioli added so much flavor. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back. Next on my list to try is their Tiramisu French Toast and the Strawberry Matcha.

So I thought it was time to revisit Vitality Bowls® - stopped in just after lunch hour & saw that the Supergreen Goddess Salad was still on the menu (nice balance of chicken, greens, eggs w/ avocado). I placed my order & sat at one of the 3 tables (I'm pretty sure the lion's share of business is to-go) - waited about a couple'a minutes for my made-to-order salad. When it came, it was just as good as previous visits, with everything fresh. Vitality is a good healthy choice nestled among all the nearby fast-food joints. They also have a selection of juices if that's your thing. I'll keep it in the dining rotation!

There are only a few tables, although none were occupied. The hummus and veggie appetizer was a huge disappointment. The hummus was tasty, but unfortunately the potion was only enough for about 1/3 of the veggies. The carrots and celery appeared to be a couple days old by the discoloration. The celery was impossible to dip in the hummus as it was chopped/sliced for a salad. Thankfully, the steak bowl was delicious and the right sized portion. All the ingredients were fresh and very flavorful. It was easy to distinguish between the different flavors. Not sure yet if I will give this place another visit.
