This review isn't because I dislike Dunkin Doughnuts it's the lack of customer service I just experienced. We pull up to the drive through and proceed to have some pretty terrible "customer service" First, we start ordering and the cashier immediately starts interrupting us. She asked how many doughnuts were getting which was confusing. We weren't sure so finally we figured it out. Half dozen. We tell her what we want and she starts freaking out. WAIT OMG OMG OKAY WAIT WHAT DO YOU WANT? Okay, we want.... Interrupts WE DONT HAVE BOSTON CREME Okayyyyy. Finally after another 2-3 times of this scenario we finally get the doughnuts order. We wanted coffee as well so we order the caramel frozen coffee and she yells WE DONT HAVE CARAMEL okay that's all. Drive up. Pay. And she literally stands there and stares us down. What in the world??! I've worked years in customer service. Absolutely the opposite way to treat and care for customers. Slow down, stop interrupting and learn that if someone orders six doughnuts you just charge for half a dozen. Yikes. Hopefully next time is better and I can update this. read more

I got an iced Carmel latte which tasted delicious. My favorite donut is the French crooler and dunkin is the closest place and one of the few to carry them. Right now they are decorating them for Christmas very festive! The customers were nice as well. They held on to my things while I was doing something till I came back. I came back here after my initial visit on it's Grand Opening Day. The person manning the store seemed courteous and helpful. Asked what I wanted and ringed my bill. After paying , I asked if there was FREE WIFI and she responded that they don't - bummer! So no big deal, As I was about to drink my coffee and eat my donut. I turned on my iPad - and boom , I was connected to their Wifi, So now, I'm confused - she said clearly that there wasn't any WiFi, but there is. Was that the reason she didn't give me a receipt because there was a WiFi password to use? Or they just don't want their customers using their WiFi - weird?! Nevertheless, their donuts still taste stale - this is my second visit here. Believe it or not - Safeways donuts are cheaper $.85 vs $1.35 and taste way better. What a let down - you would think a brand new donut place ( little over a month) would be selling decent donuts. Another Brand of Dunkin Donuts had opened in the East Bay. This one is known as just Dunkin' and it Has a drive thru and self serve kiosk. I had checked it out on Grand Opening day and received a free coupon for a Iced or Hot Macchiato. I had my DD app ready for a Mobile order but it was not available the 1st day of business. There wasn't a long line but they had all the stuff you can expect from a DD. They had Nitro brews but I didn't see the kiosk for express ordering, though. There is a couple of seats outside on patio and a spacious inside seating. I like the fact that you can park next door if if it gets too tight parking in the small lot. Their hours are pretty early during the weekday and they close around 11pm according to the signage posted outside. I had my usual Iced coffee with sugar free Coconut syrup and a blueberry glazed donut. It's nice to have one of these DD closer to home instead having to go Wc for my next Donut and Coffee craving. read more

This morning was the first time I visited a Dunkin Donuts. I have heard all of the hype and was excited. They even had a drive thru lane! The service was wonderful and super friendly... I was very disappointed with the donut. My donut (a chocolate glazed) was stale. I threw it away after two small bites. I have never had a bad donut before now. I recommend Mom and Pop donut shops or Kristy Kreme. I will never go to Dunkin again. Maybe the coffee is good but the donuts at this location this morning were horrible. read more

This donut place is one of my favorite donut holes to get from. They're chocolate munchkins & the Bavarian powdered munchkins (donut holes) are the best. We like their Boston creme donut too. They stopped making the Bavarian munchkins (donut holes) on a regular. You have to call them an hour or 2 in advance if you would like to get some. We usually get 50 pieces. 25 pieces isn't enough for our family. Their regular donuts are very thick if you like that type of donuts. The staff here are very nice and professional. They make you feel very welcome. The place is also clean. read more

I neglected all the bad reviews on Dunkin' and proceeded to try some donuts from here. It was not busy when I came in and there were a good amount of employees. I thought this is a good sign but I was wrong. None of the staff greeted or acknowledged my presence. I had to flag down an employee to get my single glaze donut. I was baffled since this business recently opened and I would have assumed they'd be doing their best to give their customers a great experience. The glaze donut was nothing to write home about either. Price was more than you would find at the donut shops that are all over the surrounding area. Overall not impressed. They have a fraction of the selection that Walnut Creek has. The signs weren't correct and when it was nicely pointed out they had the wrong signs up for the donuts the staff replied 'well I don't know anything about that, I'm on this side and can't see over there.' You would think the response would be 'hey thanks since I can't see over there for letting me know. We'll fix it as soon as we can.' The other staff member intentionally overfilled the drink she was pouring from the taps, then had to empty some out. Just average donuts. kings donuts has nothing to worry about. The selection at Dunkin isn't great but it is at Kings Dunkin was pushing their cold brew coffee which was really bitter, Starbucks is better. 3.69 for a 16 ounce cup is too pricey too. read more

Enjoyed the coffee-original blend it's not strong coffee; it's actually pretty light and not too bad. The jelly filled sugar donut is good, jelly isn't too sweet. Even though I have had softer donuts elsewhere, I would still come back to Dunkin Donuts as it's still pretty good. My boyfriend had the French donut and think that is just so so, not as good better to go elsewhere for French donut. We also tried the Bavarian donut and it's average :) overall we would definitely go back again! The staff in there are friendly & nice. The place inside is new, clean & very pleasant! Not all donut flavors available! This place is a great, convenient clean new location. We were excited to have another donut option in the area but for some reason this big, new, state of the art location, doesn't have all the Dunkin Donut flavors . I was excited to have the cinnamon donuts but they don't have them for some reason . The employees didn't know why and that's ok I don't fault them since it's so new. But A BIG new fancy location should have ALL their flavors , right? Otherwise this place is great and has a really convenient drive through that works and doesn't get backed up. read more

I was happily surprised to see a Dunkin Donuts and this new location!! I love their coffee and cold brews! This new store has a drive thru and a curb side pick up. The outside has a clean look and nice seating. The inside decor is modern and the donut/pastry selection is great! I was given a donut sample when i walked in and was nicely greeted. I was not sure on what coffee i wanted and they also offered me a sample! The coffee cake muffin and custard filled chocolate donut was delicious and the coffee was outstanding! read more

I have been to this Dunkin' location 2 times and have had bad experiences both times. I tried their refresher the first time and didn't end up finishing it. I'm glad I had a coupon because it was not good at all. I don't know if they didn't mix it or what the problem was but it tasted like I was drinking pure syrup for a while and then flavorless beverage after that. The second time I went to this location I ordered a large coolata when I got there they handed me a drink in a hot cup since they were out of cold cups. The guy asked me if that was fine I asked if it was the same oz and he informed me I was getting more since he put my drink in an XL hot cup. Since he already made it and I already paid I there wasn't much I could do. they didn't offer a refund or something extra but I was very off put by this experience. It was a hot day and my drink went fast I did a little research and the oz of the xl hot cup was equivalent to that of the medium cold cup so I did not get anywhere close to what I paid for. Well about 90% of the staff I encountered didn't know the correct way to put together the valentines DIY kit and the alleged store manager Francisco was rude and refused to acknowledge me or fix my issue, wrong product in addition to them LYING and saying the product I actually paid for wasn't offered. So then I actually called corporate while IN THE LOCATION and they couldn't believe how the staff was talking to me and that the store manager didn't step in nor offer an apology. There was ONE person who tried to do what she could to help but it was AFTER things escalated, I believe her name was L.T. Still waiting for my promised follow up call from this locations owner, they said 48 hours but that hasn't happened and its been 5 days. read more

Donuts are more expensive than others in the area but the definitely taste good. Do i see myself coming back? Absolutely love this Dunkin' location! They are very consistent, and each time that I visit, I'm always satisfied with my drinks and food. The employees are so sweet. Love the matcha, and their snacks are delicious. The rewards system is well worth signing up for. It has saved me a lot of money and I get free drinks often. I paid using cash and my sister too but the server was using gloves and she never used tongs or napkins or brand new gloves to hold the donuts.
