Ordered a chocolate with sprinkles . Looked in the bag they gave me a chocolate cake doughnut. I told them they gave me the wrong doughnut and the worker said they're out of Chocolate with sprinkles. Overpriced for crappy quality. I dont get the hype. The donuts were stale. I asked if they had croissants and if they were like authentic or americanized (americanized are not crisp on the outside.) the guy said he could toast it but that didnt address my question. I overheard another worker saying that these donuts hold up a while (a day). A day is holding up. Dont bother here. Plus, i told the worker it was my first time here and i needed a moment. My first experience and my last! I ordered a latte with almond milk and they said they only offer almond milk in cold drinks because they don't have the ability to steam it (uhhh.... don't you use the same thing you use for regular milk?), then I said I'd have a regular coffee and if they had any non-fair creamers - nope. Employees working here at Clayton should better be trained everyday on how to be clean and prevent food poisoning and the virus bec its been 3 times already that i went to buy donuts here and they just get the donuts with their bare hands or with dirty gloves they use to get cash in the register or after cleaning the coffee makers. They never change their gloves after touching the register and proceed to give u your donuts after giving the change of the previous customer. Just gross and so unsanitary and untrained with proper food handling! Cashier emily even tossed the donuts and got the new donuts with her bare hands no gloves! Then the other cashier used her gloves to give out change and pick donuts with the same gloves. You will all make us sick after eating your donuts. We love dunkin but the employees should do better! Ok Dunkin you got me!! I will say I am going to be a regular! I love coffee. The iced Carmel coffee is soooo good. And I was happily surprised to see you offer hot foods. The tater tots are scrumdeliumptious. I didn't try a breakfast sandwich but I will (they are only 3.99 btw) and tots are .99! Double score. The donuts are reasonably priced and the donut holes are too. This place is cute and tightly with a nice layout. There is also some patio seating. So happy to see a place like this here. read more

Well everything went ok when placing my order in the drive through lady was helpful and friendly. Although pulling up at the drivthrough window was another story the young man giving me food didn't even speak a word. I was trying to make polite conversation but I got a blank stare not even a have a good day. People seriously need to work on there customer service. Went to Dunkin' early one morning for a cup of coffee and a bagel with egg, sausage and cheese. The coffee was okay, fresh, hot. The food was another story. The bagel was chewy, almost rubbery. I could not tell that the egg was an egg. It was a round, thin, egg white with a tiny yellow dot in the middle, apparently the yolk. The sausage did not taste like sausage.....meat of some kind but not what I'm used to. I may go back and continue to get their coffee but their food specials are not really that special. read more

I grew up eating Dunkin Donuts. My favorite was in North Quincy , Mass. at 1:00 am after flying in from SFO when it was 20-30 degrees. It was mostly tradition and memories. The new Dunkins when you order 25 munchkins they pick out exactly 25 . The old Dunkins in North Quincy at 1:00 am you woke the waitress and she then just gave you a couple of handfuls of munchkins in bag usually about 8 more then you ordered. You spent a few minutes talking to the police or taxi cab drivers who were gathered to talk about weather, Celtics and Bruins. I still enjoy the new Dunkin Donuts but please improve your decaf coffee so I don't have to stop at Peet's. read more

I really like the fact that this place has a drive thru and with a two year while loves donut holes I have been here quite a few times. Their donut holes are good IF they have them. My son likes the glazed ones and they always seem to be out of them. As for their drinks I have tried a bunch of different ones and I am always disappointed. They are also very overpriced. I just left there now again a problem this is the third time the I walked in this time because the last time they got my order wrong incorrect and it was totally wrong and have time for them to correct it now this time they totally forgot about my order while there is 10 + running around. I can see by walking inside with the problem is no one is trained correctly they're all just kind of just yelling at each other trying to figure out who's doing what and I get to little donuts for the inconvenience after I have been standing there for 10-plus minutes and nobody asked me except the clerk who was at the register did I get my coffee. The coffee was fairly good. The customer service was everything but good. I felt they were rude & unwilling to help a customer at all. It was my first experience at a Dunkin & I let the person know. I ordered a latte in decaf, his immediate response was we don't do lattes in decaf. Ok, weird but ok... so what do you have available in decaf? He said hot brew only. Really? I find it hard to believe that I am the only customer that drinks decaf, & I know from working at a coffee shop that iced coffee is hot coffee that's cold & lattes are a blend which can be decaf... but whatever. He then says well the iced coffee too. Great I'll get that. He asked if I wanted a flavor, not knowing they had flavors I asked for a suggestion, he gave NO RESPONSE at all. I chose coconut after finding the list on the menu. Never asked if I wanted cream or room for cream, I assumed by the photos it came with. When it came without I asked if I could get some. They looked at me as if I was such an inconvenience... handed me four & didn't even say a word. Easy to say, I will not be going back because of their rude behavior. I was super excited when I found out there was going to be a Dunkin in Concord, especially after all of my East Coast experiences. Unfortunately, this doesn't meet any of the East Coast standards. For starters, they have one tiny glass section of donuts. I honestly think Safeway has a wider variety. In addition to the tiny variety, about 60% of them have chocolate and sprinkles on them. Not a fan of either. I'd probably give it two stars, but the employees are nice and make up for it some. read more
