Swung by here after a family lunch to grab some desserts! This location is easy to get to, was clean, and not busy. The server was friendly and efficient. We got six of the special donuts (seasonal or limited time): the Thin Mints, the Lemon-Ups, the Cannoli Inspired, the Key Lime, the Cookies 'n' Creme, and Blueberry glazed. They are all tasty, and my personal faves are the Lemon-Ups and the Key Lime. The Blueberry glazed was good too. Third place! Horrible service ! Situations happens in life so there's always grace but when you seem like you are uninterested in servicing the people during your shift - call out ! Drive thru operator was not deliverable within his customer service skills , didn't give me a receipt. Went inside to get it and notice an older couple also bothered by his service as there was a wasp inside and he gave them rude response as they just informed him of their experience also. How I havent reviewed Krispy Kreme before is beyond me. We usually hit them 4-5 times per year and the quality is consistent and service is generally friendly and professional. We have eaten in, used the pickup window on App orders, and walked in to pick a random dozen. Its hard to beat eating a warm glazed donut fresh off the line! The donuts are definitely sweeter and lighter than some other places but the filled donuts are just soo enjoyable. We'll continue to grab donuts here when we're in the mood! read more

They have a full menu of an array of donuts. They discontinued their cake batter donut, but have a chocolate cream filled donut which is sort of similar. Much more than a donut shop -- it's a donut factory. I love the fact you can see the donuts being made in front of you if you walk in. My kids love it! If you're looking for kid friendly place where affordability meets palate look no further. The place is casual and if you want a quicker service they have a drive through. Be aware it might be cheaper to do a dozen donuts at around $25 than buying a lot of single donuts of the menu which I have done. Parking is never an issue here .I rarely go to the drive thru as I choose to see the donuts being made at their famous open bakery donut machine doing its magic. I love to see the new seasonal holiday donuts up front, I don't know it just seems rushed when I order a dozen in the drive thru because I like to take my time ordering. Service is always good here for me. Prices are fair. They offer military discount for vets. The coffee and fraps are pretty good. It's usually clean . Bathrooms are for customers only like most establishments now. There are not a lot of Krispy Kreme locations but now you can find their morning baked donuts at your local Walmarts and TARGETS which was a wonderful convenient idea for KK lovers. read more

The customer service is the worst. They never have cinnamon rolls available; I'm told that only a few are made a day. I have to call in advance to see if they are available, and most of the time they aren't. I've completed multiple surveys requesting a call, but I haven't received a response. I have so many rhetorical questions. What's the point of having fresh doughnuts when you can't purchase them? When trying to purchase doughnut minis as they were coming down the conveyor belt, we were told that they were not for sale by clearly poorly trained staff. Like why even have staff if they don't help you sell? This full location was empty for a holiday morning with all doughnuts in the display case full. I couldn't resist trying the donuts born out of Krispy Kreme's 2024 collaboration with Barbie to celebrate the doll brand's 65th anniversary. They came up with four all-new donuts with cute designs and fabulous colors! I tried three out of four donuts: Barbie Pink Doughnut - I had never seen any donut this pink! It's an Original Glazed Doughnut topped with pink buttercream, sprinkled with sparkly pink sugar, and decorated with Barbie sunglasses. The flavor was just OK. I mean, you could not get wrong with an Original Glazed Doughnut, and the pink buttercream unfortunately did not elevate the flavor too much. It just tasted like sugar. Not bad, but not memorable. Malibu Dream Party Doughnut - the design was inspired by the Barbie DreamHouse, and it's basically an unglazed donut filled with Cake Batter Kreme, frosted in Malibu blue icing and graham crumbs as the sand, topped with a Barbie DreamHouse piece seemingly made out of fondant. As if that wasn't enough, on the top right corner, you would see a white cloud made out of frosting. I like the flavor of this donut. I think the cake batter flavor in the filling really came through. I thoroughly enjoyed this donut. And the design was out of this world cute. Barbie Berries 'n Kreme Doughnut - this was probably my favorite out of the three that I tried. It's essentially an unglazed donut filled with Strawberry Kreme, dipped in white icing, drizzled with purple and pink buttercream, and topped with a Barbie heart. I really liked the strawberry cream filling (it was creamy, sweet, and fresh), and the white icing on the top just added an extra sweetness to each bite. Not to mention, the design was adorable. We had a coupon for buy 1 dozen, get 1 dozen original glazed free. We were about 2 blocks away when I saw they gave us a dozen Grinch donuts instead of a dozen chocolate. Had to drive back, park, and then wait in line to correct our order. I went to the restroom and when I came out, I saw my daughter was trying to explain that we needed to trade the dozen Grinch for a dozen chocolate, but the 2 women who worked there didn't understand this simple request and kept telling my daughter that we paid for the Grinch. We never even ordered the Grinch. They were not very articulate and kept talking in circles and telling her that's what we ordered. I finally understood the issue was that the chocolate glazed cost more. All they had to do was tell us we had to pay the difference for chocolate. We paid $19.99 and had to pay additional $2.79. Instead they wasted our time and telling us we were wrong when THEY took the order wrong. Having to drive back and argue and make us late to a birthday celebration. I hope management sees this review and looks at who was working during this time so they can be better trained. When a customer has to take extra time to come back to correct a mistake, focus on fixing the order and simply tell us how to resolve it instead of arguing with the customer. Had to come for the ghostbusters collab! I've been coming to this Krispy Kreme for forever. It's a convenient location right off of the freeway easy to get to. They have a drive through which I do a lot of the time. This time I walked in cause I was afraid they wouldn't have much of the ghostbusters donuts. Even though I came around 5pm they still had lots of them! The service was a lil bit slow but it didn't seem like there was alot of people working that day and it was a bit busy. It only took about 10-20 mins so not bad. They have lots of parking outside and seating both inside and out. If you go in you can see the donuts being made which is pretty cool!
