They have a full menu of an array of donuts. They discontinued their cake batter donut, but have a chocolate cream filled donut which is sort of similar. Much more than a donut shop -- it's a donut factory. I love the fact you can see the donuts being made in front of you if you walk in. My kids love it! If you're looking for kid friendly place where affordability meets palate look no further. The place is casual and if you want a quicker service they have a drive through. Be aware it might be cheaper to do a dozen donuts at around $25 than buying a lot of single donuts of the menu which I have done. Parking is never an issue here .I rarely go to the drive thru as I choose to see the donuts being made at their famous open bakery donut machine doing its magic. I love to see the new seasonal holiday donuts up front, I don't know it just seems rushed when I order a dozen in the drive thru because I like to take my time ordering. Service is always good here for me. Prices are fair. They offer military discount for vets. The coffee and fraps are pretty good. It's usually clean . Bathrooms are for customers only like most establishments now. I couldn't resist trying the donuts born out of Krispy Kreme's 2024 collaboration with Barbie to celebrate the doll brand's 65th anniversary. They came up with four all-new donuts with cute designs and fabulous colors! I tried three out of four donuts: Barbie Pink Doughnut - I had never seen any donut this pink! It's an Original Glazed Doughnut topped with pink buttercream, sprinkled with sparkly pink sugar, and decorated with Barbie sunglasses. The flavor was just OK. I mean, you could not get wrong with an Original Glazed Doughnut, and the pink buttercream unfortunately did not elevate the flavor too much. It just tasted like sugar. Not bad, but not memorable. Malibu Dream Party Doughnut - the design was inspired by the Barbie DreamHouse, and it's basically an unglazed donut filled with Cake Batter Kreme, frosted in Malibu blue icing and graham crumbs as the sand, topped with a Barbie DreamHouse piece seemingly made out of fondant. As if that wasn't enough, on the top right corner, you would see a white cloud made out of frosting. I like the flavor of this donut. I think the cake batter flavor in the filling really came through. I thoroughly enjoyed this donut. And the design was out of this world cute. Barbie Berries 'n Kreme Doughnut - this was probably my favorite out of the three that I tried. It's essentially an unglazed donut filled with Strawberry Kreme, dipped in white icing, drizzled with purple and pink buttercream, and topped with a Barbie heart. I really liked the strawberry cream filling (it was creamy, sweet, and fresh), and the white icing on the top just added an extra sweetness to each bite. Not to mention, the design was adorable. This is only my 2nd one-star review, I've ever written. We went to the drive through today, 12/14/24, around 7pm to pick up donuts for a birthday. We had a coupon for buy 1 dozen, get 1 dozen original glazed free. We were about 2 blocks away when I saw they gave us a dozen Grinch donuts instead of a dozen chocolate. Had to drive back, park, and then wait in line to correct our order. I went to the restroom and when I came out, I saw my daughter was trying to explain that we needed to trade the dozen Grinch for a dozen chocolate, but the 2 women who worked there didn't understand this simple request and kept telling my daughter that we paid for the Grinch. We never even ordered the Grinch. They were not very articulate and kept talking in circles and telling her that's what we ordered. I finally understood the issue was that the chocolate glazed cost more. All they had to do was tell us we had to pay the difference for chocolate. We paid $19.99 and had to pay additional $2.79. Instead they wasted our time and telling us we were wrong when THEY took the order wrong. Having to drive back and argue and make us late to a birthday celebration. I hope management sees this review and looks at who was working during this time so they can be better trained. When a customer has to take extra time to come back to correct a mistake, focus on fixing the order and simply tell us how to resolve it instead of arguing with the customer. Had to come for the ghostbusters collab! I've been coming to this Krispy Kreme for forever. It's a convenient location right off of the freeway easy to get to. They have a drive through which I do a lot of the time. This time I walked in cause I was afraid they wouldn't have much of the ghostbusters donuts. Even though I came around 5pm they still had lots of them! The service was a lil bit slow but it didn't seem like there was alot of people working that day and it was a bit busy. What sets them apart from other donut places is how they serve hot, classic glazed donuts during some hours of the day. At the same time, their app shows "Hot Now" which turns red and that is a symbol meaning the classic glazed donuts are being made to order. On a Wednesday morning, I decided to pick up a half dozen box. Since this location has a drive-thru, be prepared to wait a little longer if you're ordering inside. However, I can sense how the employees work hard since they interchange between front of the house and drive-thru cashier. Personally, I liked ordering at the counter since I was able to see their Christmas-themed donuts through the case.
