The first Dunkin in the area is a decent little place. I'm confused by everyone that says this is the best coffee they've had, but I'll concede it's pretty good for a chain place. The donuts are as to be expected--they're more dense than Krispy Kreme, but still plenty sweet to pack a morning sugar rush. The parking lot is good-sized and looks to be shared with the Fish Market next door. There's a few tables and stools inside if you're up for sticking around, as well as a drive-thru for quick trips. read more

Went through the drive thru and had to repeat our order 5 or six times. When it got to us, it was all mixed up and cold. We had to go back inside and get our orders correctly made, but came out still with the wrong food. Had to go BACK in and dealt with rude customer service. I'm here at least 3 times a week because I love the coffee. Way better coffee than Starbucks, and it's much cheaper. The DD Perks app is the way to go because they're always offering drink specials. The only thing I've particularly noticed with most DD locations is that the service is so slow! It's unfortunate, but I feel like the inside just doesn't have a good system for taking orders and producing drinks. Either that, or in general the entire store is understaffed. If I could give a zero stars I would. The last time we came here, the cashier was being rude and yelling at someone who was trying to get a coffee refill. Tonight we went at 7:50 and they told us they are closed. They close at 8 pm. They wouldn't serve us and said they have no product. Horrible, terrible service. I'm from NE so I know my Dunks. And while some locations suffer due to poor service - doesn't matter here because it's the only one in the area. That said they have yet to get my coffee right but if you complain they look so confused. They also take another 20 min to fix their mistake, which is always made. The service is awful and it doesn't matter when I come in. Always bad. Like it's such a big problem for them to work efficiently or be friendlier. I decided today I'm done. I will stop in and grab ground coffee to make at home but this location will get zero more of my business. Shame. read more

Very friendly staff, glad I found thus location downtown! My order is normally correct, just make sure you tell them if you like the sweet or unsweetened caramel flavor! The donuts are always soft and delicioso! If you fill out the online survey listed at the bottom of your receipt, you receive a free donut! I do that every time and now I only pay for my coffee. Placed large order the day before for a work event. Order was ready and waiting for me when I went in to pick up. Employee volunteered to help me take multiple boxes and coffee out to my car without me even asking. Great customer service! read more

This was my third and final visit at this location, I went through the drive thru, I was asked for my order when I placed it no one said anything else, so I drove on to the window, the lady came to window with a scowl on her face. I paid and sat there for 5 min, then was asked to drive around and they will bring my food out (drive where?) So I parked on the side of the building, when she brought me my food, she seemed angry and then told me I was to wait at the backdoor, how was I to know that? Anyway once I got to work to eat my sandwich, the toast was Black, I know they saw this but served it anyway. read more

Five minutes from my workplace. Ran out for a chicken and bacon croissant sandwich, got back to work 30 minutes later. Upon getting back to work and looking in the bag, I discovered that they hadn't included the honey mustard sauce that was literally brought up twice during the arduous ordering one simple item: "Do you want some dipping sauce?" "Yes ma'am, could I get some honey mustard." About thirty seconds later (because it took that long to make clear that I wanted this one darn item): "Ok, you said you wanted chipotle sauce, right?" "No ma'am, honey mustard." "Ok pull up to the window." Nobody was at the window when I pulled up. Somebody eventually came along and told me to give them a minute or so. Some time later, after catching up on the last half of the Sklar Bros' podcast, I got my tasty, if a bit dry sandwich. Maybe it's just because I work second shift. I love Dunkin, Coffee is so good here. Staff is very friendly. Every time i go there i get the coffee exactly the way i want.

More times than I can count on one hand have I received terrible service at this location. It's so convenient to have good coffee and a drive thru but now I know why there's rarely a line. Today for the third time I ordered an everything bagel extra cream cheese (previous experiences have taught me to do so if I want any at all) and again I received a hard bagel with barley enough cream cheese to go across one side. Tipping will get you a smile but not better service or better quality food items. Very poor service. I walked to the counter and stood there for 45 seconds. An employee said let me take care of her first. An African American lady approached the counter. The employee asked what she wanted then another African American lady approached the counter and gave an order and paid for both of those orders. I realized that I was not wanted as a customer at this DD and left. read more

I work at Southern Research, just around the cornerm, so the location is convenient. I've been there five times since its opening and they have messed up every order. Literally. Every single order. Just stopped in and spent $15 on bacon croissants and coffee; ended up with bagels and some sour hot drink trying to pretend it's a latte. read more
