Napkins? Nope. None anywhere. No anything -- sweetener, creamer, stirs, jackets for the cups...we were on our own. While we were there, whiling away our morning, we noticed a stream of potential customers who arrived, were never served, and who then left. That's money out the door. Shameful. 100% of the workers' (if I may use the term liberally) attention was toward the drive-through window. So...this was my second visit to this location. The prior visit was only slightly less awful. Clearly, these folks don't like the job, or the pay, or the customers, or the shirt I was wearing, or something. But they were rude and disinterested. This joint flies in the face of every other Dunkin I've every frequented. Someone in management or ownership needs to step in and either do some serious training or clean house. Never mind the hit or miss cookies- sometimes they're great, other times they're not. The bigger issue is the customer service. From the outside, the store often looks closed, and when you walk in, there are usually no employees anywhere in sight. Eventually, someone comes out from the back or returns from outside, but instead of greeting or assisting, they either ignore you or respond curtly when you ask a question. I understand that employees can be busy, but that doesn't seem to be the case at this location. On each of my visits, the staff came across as rude and uninterested in providing even basic service. After three similar experiences, I've decided not to return. Customer experience at this location falls well below expectations, please do better.

My wife preferred the Purple Haze over the Good Luv red velvet cookie. She said the Purple Haze was sweeter and more moist, while the red velvet cookie was a little drier by comparison. Overall, she still prefers Cookie Fix and Crumbl over Cookie Plug. The cookies definitely fit the oversized premium cookie trend. Thick cookies that are somewhere between a brownie, cake, and traditional cookie. Service was strong. Cookies were decent. But as of now, this probably would not become our go-to spot in this category.
