I've had Starbucks way more here lately than I've had in years- my nieces looooove it , so I decided to treat them before heading to our hair appt. There wasn't many people in the drive thru but we ended up going inside just so everyone could order their own beverages( it's much easier this way). The inside was occupied by a few people but there was still seating available. The ordering process was quick and we got our drinks shortly after we paid. This location has patio seating , high table top seating & regular table seating . There's a cozy nook to read or just relax with your hot or cold drink - the staff was upbeat and friendly. They even spelled my name correctly for my order. I really like this location & would visit again!

Starbucks is usually a hit or miss for me, but this particular location struck a nerve today. I had a dirty Santa gift card that I was eager to use, but sadly my experience made me regret it. When I pulled up to the drive thru, the young man took my order with no problems. As I proceeded to the window however, he was occupied taking other orders, which is something I don't have a problem with. My problem comes into play when taking orders distracts you from getting them right. I ordered a soy caramel latte and was first handed a caramel Frappuccino. They claimed they were going to fix it but didn't even stop to ask or clarify what it was that I ordered in the first place. I made it my initiative to remind the young man that I got soy milk because regular milk doesn't work well with my stomach. As soon as I drove off, I realized that I was once again fooled. I got some kind of mocha coffee. I hate writing negative reviews but it really hurts when people don't respect the time and money of others. A simple clarification when I first ordered or even when they remade it would've cleared everything up. Avoid this location if you can.

This Starbucks is basically like all the other ones. I've been here a number of times and the drinks have always been correct. Sometimes the drive thru line can be pretty long, but for the most part it moves really quick. The people are friendly, the place is clean. What else is there to say?

If you're looking for the best customer service ever look no further I absolutely loved my experience at this Starbucks. From the moment I walked in Jordan made me feel seen and asked me about how my day was so far and he gave me some words of encouragement. Also, I asked him to surprise me with a drink and it was so good! Best place ever!

Ordered blueberry oatmeal this morning. Was given moldy blueberries. Was offered another pack of blueberries, but lost desire to eat them after seeing some covered in mold. Wasn't offered a refund, other food item, or anything. Not so great service.

The reason for only 2 stars is because of this..we arrived at Starbucks at 7:00 on a Saturday night. We walked in to the restaurant and there were 3 employees working behind the counter. One was mopping the floor behind the counter where the cash register is located, one was at the drive-thru window, (and actually he had initially been at the cash register where we would order when we arrived but walked away to the drive thru cash register when we walked up and never came back) and the other one was making drive-thru orders. There were no customers inside but there was a line at the dive thru. My husband and I stood there waiting for someone to even acknowledge our presence for TEN MINUTES. After I finally commented about "when was someone going to take our order" were we finally recognized. The guy mopping the floor I guess realized that no one had taken our order. I don't know how long we would have stood there is I had kept my mouth shut. I understand if you are busy, but to not even say anything to the people standing there waiting for you to take their order is inexcusable. All they had to say was "we will be right with you", "hello, how are you?"...just something so we would know that they were aware of our presence instead of completely ignoring our existence..disappointing Our skinny vanilla lattes with almond milk were fine..service was not

This is my go to Starbucks location. The staff is always friendly and helpful anytime I drop by for coffee and lunch. I love the convenience of the drive-thru whenever I need a quick caffeine boost on the way to my office. The service is always prompt and my drinks are usually just right. Even the few times my order was messed up, the response to correct whatever the issue was fast. Not much to say other than stop by if your a fan of coffee and quick service! Do yourself a favor a drop on by for a cup of joe if you're in the neighborhood.

I tried the iced Aden latte (espresso, milk, pistachio and lavender) and it's the best coffee off of lakeshore. None of the flavors were overpowering the others. I also ordered a biscoff crepe and a sabaya. The sabaya was flaky and crispy, smothered in delicious honey. It wasn't the thickest sabaya but I enjoyed it! The biscoff crepe was so decadent. The crepe itself was soft and chewy, the perfect texture for such a delicious crepe. The fruit given with it also paired well with the drizzled sauce. I was excited to try the baklava as they looked beautiful. However, while the flavor was very good, the texture was all wrong. An authentic baklava is supposed to be crispy, flaky, and crunchy, especially on the top layers. While it is heavily soaked in sweet syrup, it should never be soggy, mushy, or completely soft. Unfortunately, the ones we had tonight were indeed soggy and completely soft.

I ordered the seasonal latte, **The Southern**. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite for me. The flavor felt a little muted, so I asked if they could add some extra Roosevelt syrup. The staff was more than happy to accommodate, and the additional syrup made a noticeable difference. While I probably wouldn't order *The Southern* again, I'm definitely interested in coming back to try the **Bootlegger** or **First Lady**--both sounded much more up my alley. The standout of my visit was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find something I'd enjoy. They asked thoughtful questions about my flavor preferences and made recommendations instead of just taking my order, which I really appreciated. The shop itself was clean, welcoming, and located in a convenient area. Parking is plentiful nearby, though you may have a short walk depending on where you park. Overall, even though my drink wasn't a home run, the excellent service and inviting atmosphere made this a positive first visit, and I'd gladly stop by again to try another latte.

A bold claim, no? Maybe that's all you need to know... but I love writing about coffee shops so don't stop here. I love real deal coffeehouses (yes, in a house) and it's so cozy in here. I didn't stay to work because every seat was taken both times I came in (late morning), so get here early or perhaps late, if you want a seat in the middle of the week. The baristas couldn't be nicer. They took their time and chatted with customers, a rarity in those crowded coffee chains. Do check out those seasonal lattes (I mean, for February, a cherry blossom latte? Say less). My favorite is on the regular menu, a salted rosemary latte and it's literally perfect. Other than that, there is street parking on the one way next to the building, or on 18th (main drag through downtown Homewood). They have a drive-thru, but it's a bit odd at first glance. You either enter from the one way street paralleling it or from the alley that runs behind the building. It looks like you're driving up onto the sidewalk!
