What can I say this is one of my favorite places to come in the morning or anytime of day. I always get the Vincy medicine ball with six pumps of peppermint in it. Since it's a holiday season my daughter gets to steamed apple juice and she really likes it. I've had Starbucks way more here lately than I've had in years- my nieces looooove it , so I decided to treat them before heading to our hair appt. There wasn't many people in the drive thru but we ended up going inside just so everyone could order their own beverages( it's much easier this way). The inside was occupied by a few people but there was still seating available. The ordering process was quick and we got our drinks shortly after we paid. This location has patio seating , high table top seating & regular table seating . There's a cozy nook to read or just relax with your hot or cold drink - the staff was upbeat and friendly. They even spelled my name correctly for my order. I really like this location & would visit again! read more

Starbucks is usually a hit or miss for me, but this particular location struck a nerve today. I had a dirty Santa gift card that I was eager to use, but sadly my experience made me regret it. When I pulled up to the drive thru, the young man took my order with no problems. As I proceeded to the window however, he was occupied taking other orders, which is something I don't have a problem with. My problem comes into play when taking orders distracts you from getting them right. I ordered a soy caramel latte and was first handed a caramel Frappuccino. They claimed they were going to fix it but didn't even stop to ask or clarify what it was that I ordered in the first place. I made it my initiative to remind the young man that I got soy milk because regular milk doesn't work well with my stomach. As soon as I drove off, I realized that I was once again fooled. I got some kind of mocha coffee. I hate writing negative reviews but it really hurts when people don't respect the time and money of others. A simple clarification when I first ordered or even when they remade it would've cleared everything up. Avoid this location if you can. read more

The reason for only 2 stars is because of this..we arrived at Starbucks at 7:00 on a Saturday night. We walked in to the restaurant and there were 3 employees working behind the counter. One was mopping the floor behind the counter where the cash register is located, one was at the drive-thru window, (and actually he had initially been at the cash register where we would order when we arrived but walked away to the drive thru cash register when we walked up and never came back) and the other one was making drive-thru orders. There were no customers inside but there was a line at the dive thru. My husband and I stood there waiting for someone to even acknowledge our presence for TEN MINUTES. After I finally commented about "when was someone going to take our order" were we finally recognized. The guy mopping the floor I guess realized that no one had taken our order. I don't know how long we would have stood there is I had kept my mouth shut. I understand if you are busy, but to not even say anything to the people standing there waiting for you to take their order is inexcusable. This is my go to Starbucks location. The staff is always friendly and helpful anytime I drop by for coffee and lunch. I love the convenience of the drive-thru whenever I need a quick caffeine boost on the way to my office. The service is always prompt and my drinks are usually just right. This place is walking distance from my house, I know most of the staff, they are all kind & warm & lovely people, and I would probably die without this store in my life. This location was basically clean and well-staffed with friendly, personable baristas. There is not a lot of seating, but plenty of electrical outlets close enough to seating areas. Probably one of my least favorite Starbucks locations. It is constantly busy and very cluttered. There is barely any space on the inside so you basically come in running for a seat. The staff there isn't the best at customer service attitude wise and the guy who helped me acted as if he couldn't wait for me to be done. The handful of times I've gone inside this location have been pretty good. The baristas have been nice every time I've gone inside. However, they keep the temperature at about 20 below freezing in there. Yikes. The drive through baristas have usually been very nice too. Always say "thank you" and "have a nice day." However.... the drive through is suuuuuuuuuuper slow. And always busy. Wrapped around the building blocking traffic busy. Which isn't surprising, since the service at the window is so slow. I don't know what it is... it's not this slow inside. I don't know if people are order 8 drinks to take home with them, or what. But you can seriously get through a Russian novel while waiting in this line. I still go here for convenience, but only if the line is only three or so cars deep. Any more than that and you'll be there an hour. But other than that, it's a good Starbucks and has never gotten my drink wrong. read more
