Nestled between Tempting faces Eyebrow bar and Buka Wine Bar, Daily edition is a simple, cozy, specialty coffee bar that is serious about their brews. There's a minimalist vibe which allows the coffee itself to shine. I generally drink just black coffee, but today I was intrigued by their fall flavors. I opted for the Maple and Black Salt and after talking with the barista, I was able to enjoy this drink with half sweetness and it was perfect. The Black salt on top really balanced out the acidity of the coffee which I loved. Even though there are only two two tops inside, there is additional outdoor seating in the complex where you can enjoy your brew if you're with a larger crew. I'll definitely be coming back for the excellent coffee.

We are on a road trip from Wichita KS to Florida and wanted a cup of coffee somewhere near Birmingham. Found this gem on Google and from the photos had to stop in. Not only is this shop cute, but the coffee is actually very good. If you're a coffee connoisseur, then you know good coffee vs any cup of Joe. The shop owner and their story is very warming. I love how small this shop is. Feels very intimate. It's very unique. I got a cappuccino and I could have drank 5 more! My daughter got a chocolate croissant. (Which we helped her devour haha) Will definitely be back if we are ever in the area. Couldn't recommend this coffee shop more. (There is no WiFi here just a heads up if you wanted to work I'd use your hot spot, or put the computer and devices down and just enjoy some coffee and the vibe of the shop)

One of the best lattes I've ever had!! Their pastries are also amazing and I always get the ham and cheese croissant, definitely a solid 9/10. The place itself is small with limited seating, but they do have some outdoor chairs if you prefer sitting outside on the far side. I also love that they're open on Sundays, which is such a plus

My friends also said the Expresso Martini was way too strong. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The problem we had is that we had a group of 12 on Saturday at 10:30 for brunch. We called on Thursday for reservations which they don't take. They did tell us to have 2 or 2 people come in at 10:00 and they'd work to seat us. They knew we were coming and had a phone number if there was a problem. I received no call. We were provided a table for 8 at 10:30 with 2 two seater tables. This was not ok. The manager did work with us to scoot empty table to our large table so we could all sit together. Water was promptly provided and drink orders taken. Then food orders taken. Food came out before drinks. I know it's hard when there's a large group but I felt it should have been staffed appropriately knowing we were coming. Our group had a good time because we weren't rushed and we got to visit. For people that need to know, there's no handicap parking at all and we needed a spot. Parking is quite challenging so prepare for that.

I also had their chef's favorite, the Screamin Demon which is a fried chicken sandwich with seasoned fries with ranch. I started with the fries and immediately, the ranch was nice and savory along with the fries being crispy. The sandwich itself was savory but not too overpowering, the fried chicken was crunchy which went well with the rest of the sandwich. Overall, this is a gem for brunch!

The biscuit was so soft and you get to choose from an assortment of jam, which tasted so good with the biscuit. I just felt like it was bursting with flavor and so savory. The huevos rancheros were really good and satisfying. Our waitress suggested that for the egg we choose Sunny side up so that you can pop the yolk and it will bleed into the rest of the dish. It did not disappoint! The inside of the restaurant was super cool. I loved the vibe. It's actually a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. There are two floors. I actually felt like upstairs felt very open with the big windows. The people working there are super nice. There are so many dishes that looked so exciting to me, and I will be back to try some more. So many cool options!

Hubby wasn't a fan of the asiago/bacon waffles, which come with the Chix and Waffles; I tried them and it is an acquired after taste. Neither of us were big fans of the smashed potatoes, although the sauce was refreshing. We wondered why they are "smashed," but round? Overall, food was satisfactory! Service was quick and helpful, and it wasn't as busy after 9. It is more of a community based set up. We appreciated the inclusive environment and staff, but we did have to move after being next to the dirty dish station and having multiple angry outbursts from the young lady working/cleaning and overly loud placement of dishes. We gave her the benefit of the doubt.

I walk in and to your right you go up to order your breakfast items. Good selection for quick breakfast dining . Nothing too overwhelming to decide on. I choose the breakfast hash with a side of grits with coffee to drink. They call you up once your food is ready. I ordered the hash and a side of grits.. They were OK.. I do prefer my grits a little thicker a little cheesier . They have more of a contemporary style of grits which it was OK, but I'm just kinda finicky when it comes to some old-fashioned grits. I tried the maple coffee which was pretty good. Had more than my fair share. There is also, seating inside and outside. Come and check this place out.

I ordered the seafood pasta, and you could immediately tell the pasta was homemade. It was fresh, perfectly cooked, and the seafood was beautifully prepared. Now let's get into the food To start, I had the Charred Grapefruit Martini--perfection. Smooth, refreshing, and just the right balance. We ordered the Butter Crab Sushi and Lobster Bisque to kick things off, and both were incredible. This is one of those places where you can confidently order anything on the menu. 10/10 experience--don't forget to tip generously, the staff truly deserves it!
