We've gone to a few car dealerships before Mazda and felt pressured to purchase cars way out of our price range and not what what we wanted. We just bought a car this week from this dealership and had a great, hassle free experience. The salesman who helped us was Troy. He listened to what we were looking for, grabbed some keys so we can look at a few cars in our price range and interest. It was later in the evening, we had our children with us and he was patient with them as well. I HIGHLY recommended Troy if you want a family friendly salesman who will go beyond to look for the car perfect for you and a good deal. Rosie in finance is awesome as well. Thanks Dublin Mazda, will be recommending people your way, especially to Troy! read more

Bought a cx-5 from here today. The experience was very good, and Mike and Kyle were friendly, not pushy, and worked with me to close a decent deal. They let me and my family take it out for test drive alone. We installed our child seats and away we went. read more

Their new renovated rooms look so good!! They have a special place for kids to play in! Love this place!

Purchased my 2016 Mazda 3 hatchback here back in January! I love the car and it saves me more gas Han my older model I traded in! Went in and had the complimentary service. That was very nice and the waiting room had toys for kids. Out of all my car buying experiences this was my favorite!! read more

Amazing service from the service department representative Damien for our 2016 Mazda CX5 and 2018 CX-5. Service was quick and they went above and beyond to make sure we would leave happy read more

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Troy today. He was helpful answering all of our questions and was knowledgeable about what he was selling. We appreciate all of his help. As far as our experience goes we are definitely happy with our purchase. When I told Troy I don't want something as far as extended warranties or add ons he was never pushy or over the top. Only down side to the vehicle is we will need to purchase new tires. Though it did have new ones they weren't up to my standards (cheap Chinese tires) but that's business, thankfully I happen to work for a full service automotive shop in Livermore. Know what you're buying before you buy it do your research because purchasing a vehicle always includes negotiating and you always want to do your best to get the upper hand. Thanks for your help Troy we appreciate all that you did for us. read more

Visited Dublin Mazda around 3 months ago when we were looking for used cars for my girlfriend. We met Michael Barlow. He was very patient and helpful with our search. Michael actually noted down our budget and requirements. Even though she ended up buying a new Altima 2013, visiting Dublin Mazda was a good experience. read more

I bought a 2006 blue Nissan 350z about 2-3 weeks ago, and Im in love with it. The sales person named Juan Vasquez, helped me with everything about the car. The car is really in nice detail and since its a two seater, he lets me and my uncle take it for a test drive together without the need of an official sales person. Me and my uncle tried to lower the price a bit but since it was an "internet price" and it was still a good deal, I went in and just bought it on the spot. Good price and really good mileage. I would reccommend this place for anyone who wants to buy a new or used car and even the sale person is really nice about it. Another thing is that, the car is almost empty tank and the manager wants to fill it half way. Juan went and fill it FULL tank, I dont believe it!. This is why I recommend this place. If you ask, you might get what you want. read more

Before writing my review, I would like to express my sincere apology to David Brown, GM of Dublin Mazda, whom I never met but mentioned his title in my earlier post. I removed my earlier review, because it was not reflective of the Dublin Mazda management and majority of its sales force ******************************************************* Yesterday I posted a negative review based on my experience with a sales rep at the Dublin Mazda. Unfortunately, when I asked to speak to GM, I was directed to someone who had a different function/title. I received a call from David this morning expressing his disappointment with my post. I was very surprised when he told me he has never met with me. I explained the misscomm and apologized to him. After our discussion, David took an extreme measure to make sure his customers are satisfied and my experience will not be repeated at Dublin Mazda ever. David's urgency and attention to customers and their complains, makes him a true leader and someone, who really cares about his business and his customers. He takes pride in his business. I really appreciate David's attention. I will definitely return to Dublin Mazda to buy a car for my sister. This is great to see so much attention to customer sat from a car dealership....Thanks David for all your attention and professionalism. As a person, who has spent more than 22 years working with customers and a business owner, I am really impressed! read more

Bill S. in sales was very patient with my wife and I going back and forth with numbers and Mazda models. Sean (general sales manager) helped to make it all happen with our trade-in as well. They're a great "team" and made it all meet our budget. Go see these guys and they'll treat you right. read more

I was very pleased to lease a Mazda 6 from this dealership just a couple weeks ago. Michael Barrileaux was the sales consultant that I dealt with and I could not have been happier. As a first time car shopper he made the experience very stress free and enjoyable. I will be referencing this dealership, and specifically Michael, to my friends as they begin shopping around for new cars. read more

My mom and I came in with a used car already set in our minds (although not a Mazda lol). Michael Barrilleaux greeted us and helped us right away! It was my first time buying a car but been to lots of dealerships before so I knew it was going to be a long process and lots of paperwork. But Michael was so friendly and entertaining that the whole process didn't seem as long! He was doing Stitch (from Lilo & Stitch) voice and telling lots of jokes! Everyone else was also very friendly and professional at the same time. It was definitely the best customer service we've had and I definitely recommend this dealership! read more

Purchased a Mazda CX-5 a few days ago and am extremely happy with it. Received great customer service here. Management truly cares about their customers and will do their best to make sure you get not only a fair deal but a GREAT deal! There was a little confusion with the True Car price I received but they took care of it. Finance manager is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and will present all of your options to you so you can make the best informed decision for yourself. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a Mazda or even another type of car to check this place out. Awesome cars and awesome staff! read more

I had a really good experience purchasing my car, 2013 CX-9 sever months ago. The sales staff were knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly no high pressure sales techniques. I really wish I could remember the salesman's name. When I finally decided to make the purchase, it was pretty late, most of the other staff were gone or leaving soon. The salesman had his wife come in and they followed me home, a three car caravan to Oakland. When it's time to buy again, I'll start at Ken Harvey's. read more

A big shoutout to Lance and Michael B for helping me buy "The Tortilla!" Great service from these two. A bit difficult to negotiate price but at the end of the day I got what I wanted. Highly recommended! read more

Our experience with the sales staff was fantastic. Michael (believe he might have been one of their internet specialists) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and gave the most thorough helpful test drive I've ever taken. Stephanie (another sales specialist) was even friendlier, patient, and helpful. And Sam (sales manager) was very easy going, great to work with, and went the extra mile to work out a fantastic deal for us. Facilities are also top notch - comfortable, air conditioned very well (it gets HOT in Dublin in the summer...), and with coffee and tvs aplenty. One note - considered lowering the score given the very aggressive closing and upsell tactics by the finance manager but the rest of the experience was so positive compared to so many other dealerships so 5 stars 'tis. read more

I loved the service here. After doing months of research on what brand to go with, we decided to go with Mazda. Seeing how highly rated this dealership was, we decided to go here to check things out. My sales representatives, Savaun and Tak could not have been more friendly and they were able to give us a great deal. I highly recommend going here for any car buying or service needs. I've never felt compelled to write a yelp review before, but the service today at Dublin Mazda was amazing. My service tech, Christine, did a wonderful job. This Mazda dealership is about thirty minutes away from me so I was a little skeptical about going there ( I normally just go to more local locations) but the service quality and price make the drive width it. read more

Great service: Thank you Team Mazda, especially "Suman", full of knowledge and expertise.

First rate service. I took my Mazda in for service. I appreciate the value, their efficiency in getting it done quickly, and doing it right the first time. I found them friendly and very professional. The complimentary car wash was an added bonus. Thank you! I'll definitely be returning in the future for servicing my car. read more

We are normally Yelp readers, not ususally Yelp reviewers. Just had to give a review for the great experience that Juan Vasquez provided. Our first visit, wasn't sure what we were looking for. Just wanted to see the different models and Juan was very informative without the strong salesman pitch. We left and said if we decide, we would be back. Came back a week later after doing our homework and narrowed down our search. Luckily Juan was there again and helped us select the vehicle, test drive, and he described the features of our new car. We walked out with a new car eventhough we still had a couple of dealers on our list to test drive. Best experience we've had buying a car. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Bruce Bode and the staff at Ken Harvey's Dublin Mazda. I live in Sunnyvale and had a terrible experience at Oak Tree Mazda on Steven's Creek. I contacted Bruce that evening and he responded to me before they opened the next morning and we worked out a deal before I even walked in the door. This was exactly the experience I was looking for and they made me excited and happy to drive off in my new Mazda 3 hatchback! Definitely worth the drive, I will not hesitate to come back here for all my service and any future needs! read more

I did a check in for here. However I don't think it was a review. So here is my review. I was searching to get a car of my own. I thought I would actually go with a Hyundia Velositor. Checked out one and wanted to be sure not to leap. But loved this Velositor. When I went to tell the salesman that I will be back I wanted to be sure and that I was interested in the car. It was a 2012 fully loaded for 17k. I was excited about the car. But not excited about the price. When I advised the salesman this he said. Ok thank you. Call me and I will see if I can make time for you. Bad thing to say to someone who likes good customer service. So my husband and I left and drive down the road a bit irritated at the comment. We came. Across this place and we seen some cars that were 5-10k. So I wanted to stop and look. Just getting my credit going I didn't want to really have huge payments. We get out and start looking around. Mike then comes out and starts talking to us. He was very polite and not pushy with us. I told him exactly what Price I was looking at. He showed us 3. The 3 rd one was it! 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid for 5888. Wow. The interior was great body was great. But how did it drive you ask? Like a dream. Mike worked with me along with the others to help get this auto financed for me. They were wonderful and made it painless. I left without the guilt of buying myself something expensive, happy with the car and happy with the great service. Thank you so much Mike for all the help. If it wasn't for your service I probably would still be wondering what car I want. Instead I am looking to buy things to improve the car. Like a rear owe mirror with Bluetooth and navigation all built in. read more

Salesman Bruce Bode gave us a great deal on a Mazda3 over the phone, well below what other dealers were asking. We had asked him to check on available features and options several times, and he always got back to us quickly. When we got there, he offered us a choice of several cars at the same price, and helped us pick our favorite! Great buying experience. F&I will want to upsell you on extended warranty, prepaid maintenance and cilajet paint sealant ($900), but they're not super pushy about it. They also got us a better interest rate than our credit union. In and out in a couple hours, even though they were a little busy. read more

Dealt with Garth. Excellent service. No hassle. Easy. Fair. And would definitely recommend again.

Garth was a great salesman to my husband and me. The dealership was very nice. It happened to be busy the day we went and they tried to get us in and out as fast as they could. The real nice thing was we were able to take our new car out to lunch and back so we didn't have to wait there for financing office to be ready. When we got back from lunch, they were ready for us! We are first time Mazda drivers and so far we really like our new CX9 read more

Although Dublin Mazda is a little bit far away from our home, compared with dealers in South Bay Area, the service and price we get from them are definitely worth the trip. First of all, a few extra miles saves you a few thousand dollars, why not! Secondly, Michael Barrilleaux, their excellent salesman, is an honest and friendly man. We contacted him via email a few days before we visited, and unlike other dealers, the price he offered on site was exactly the same with what he offered in the email. He didn't play any trick to get our personal information, but directly provided their sales price after calculating some discount. He is a salesman that we can trust. What's more, we always wanted a red Mazda 6 with parchment interior. Most other dealers said only red Mazda 6 iGrand Touring comes with parchment interior, not iTouring. Red iTouring only has black interior. We almost gave up the hope, until we met Michael. What Dublin Mazda had was exactly a red Mazda 6 iTouring with parchment interior. What a lovely surprise! We asked Michael if he could drive the car to a place closer to our home, so that we don't have to take Uber to Dublin Mazda to pick up the car. He agreed without any hesitation. So we met near a Bart Station. After he arrived, he didn't leave us in a hurry, but explained a lot about the car and answered as many questions as we asked. It was already 7pm at night. We definitely will recommend Michael to our friends, if anyone of them plans to buy a Mazda. read more

I don't normally yelp but my experience at Dublin Mazda was truly so exceptional that here I am yelping with a big smile on my face My salesperson Garth Wall really went the extra mile for me I had my heart set on a particular color CX 5 and even when garth discovered they did not have it in stock he came in the next day on his day off to make sure they could trade with another dealer to get the exact car I wanted I love my new CX5 and my new buddy Garth Thank you Dublin Mazda! read more

Just bought a new Mazda CX-9 from Dublin Mazda. Can't say enough good things about our experience. I worked with Garth Wall on finding a vehicle that would meet our family's need. Garth was extremely helpful. He listened to what we needed and found the perfect car that met our budget. There wasn't any back and forth, our needs and budget were met the first time. Even signing the paperwork in the finance office was quick and an enjoyable experience. No pressure or gimmicks. I would gladly return to Dublin Mazda and purchase another car from Garth. read more

I had a great experience buying a new car here. I called in because I saw they had a deal on financing and Garth answered the phone. This is a shout-out to Garth Wall and the Mazda Dealership in Dublin from a very thankful father and mother. As a father to a college freshman, my wife, daughter and I started looking for a safe vehicle for her. My daughter travels to and from for both work and college and will be going away to college soon. My wife and I wanted a safe and reliable car for our daughter. Our first dealerships were nice, our first salesman were nice, our first vehicles we test drove were nice, but they didn't feel quite right. We finally stopped at the Mazda dealership in Dublin. The Mazda employee, Garth Wall, made us feel welcome and talked to us about safety features, reliability, and gas savings. No pressure. No hard selling. What we got out of our visit to Mazda was how safe their vehicles are and that they cared about our daughter's safety when she is driving a Mazda. I wish that I was more of a car guy (so does my wife), but what I liked about Garth was that he took the time to answer all of our questions. I especially liked that Garth explained all of the car's safety features to my daughter. Two days later, we came back and purchased our daughter's car at a great price. Our daughter loves her new car (she is paying half of the monthly payment) and my wife and I happy that she has a safe and reliable car. Thank you Garth and Mazda, Dublin. My daughter's comments - I just want to say that I am extremely happy with my new Mazda3 and I am so in love with it. I love driving everywhere now. Garth Wall was really helpful on showing me all the features in my new car. He was really nice to me and my family. read more

I love this dealership, you walk on the lot browse, with no pressure by the salesmen. We had the pleasure of working with Chuck! He was fantastic, very sweet and patient. I asked him a million questions he answered them all, and in the very rare chance he didn't know it he got me an answer! Never felt pressured to buy. Very satisfied with this dealership and our experience. We will be going back for services when needed on our new Mazda! Also a few months ago we needed a part for our older Mazda, dealt with the parts department and they were great also! read more

This is the worst dealership out there in entire bay area for Mazda. In short I wanted to buy a new Mazda and had offers from multiple dealers. These guys said they can beat and promised me thrice on call. When I went there surprise!!! Not even close. I decide to walk out with my friend as I have better offer from other dealer ( Fremont Mazda ), the sales person comes back and shows a very good deal. We were happy to proceed and he rushes and gets my credit score run. We step into the finance part and thats were we realize instead of a 60 month he has given us for 63 months. Not only didn't he reduce the cost but working the math we found he is charging us more. Furious we decide to leave as its already 7.15 pm and we wanted a car that day. Store manager comes in talks his usual crap and reduces less than 10 dollars and says thats the best he can do else you can walk out. We were in a very tough situation personally and had to purchase the car. Car is great but this dealership sucksssss. Stay away and don't even enter their lot if you want to buy a car. I repeat beware!!! read more
