Just purchased our 7th Mazda. Allan Bentley was a delight to work with as was Big Mike, the Finance Manager and Sean the GSM. No pressure to buy more, pay more or get features we weren't interested in. Went the extra mile to get the right car for us from another Mazda location. Everyone was helpful, friendly and interested in making sure the experience was pleasant and smooth. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a Mazda. read more

THE BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE!!! From the moment I arrived to the dealership I was warmly greeted by Reyes Garcia. By doing some research online I already knew what car I wanted to see and when I explained it to Reyes, he knew exactly what car I wanted to look at. He directed a new salesman named Kyle to set me up with a test drive. Kyle was very new but it was his kind and great personality which made it really easy to talk to him. Once it came down to the paperwork, it seemed like everyone within the dealership came together to make everything go as smooth as possible. Everybody there was straight to the point with no pressure to make a decision that I wasn't happy with. Big Mike helped me finance the car and made everything really clear for me to understand. This was my very first time purchasing my own car and when I left I was very happy with a car that was exactly what I was hoping to find. I was shockingly surprised at how well the experience went as a whole. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car within their inventory. Thank you Dublin Mazda for showing me that not all dealerships should be stereotyped negatively. read more

We worked with Reyes Garcia. He was knowledgeable about the 2012 Mazda 3. We had a great experience!!

Bought a brand new Mazda3 Touring Sport here back in November. Can't say enough good things about our salesman Juan and this business. I went to the Toyota and Hyundai dealership nearby the same day and they were just horrible and pushy. Juan was very professional and helpful and I never felt pressured. Big Mike in financing was also a pleasure to work with. I had my complimentary 1,000 mile service appointment recently as well and was very happy with that experience. Loving my car, thank you all! read more

We bought our Mazda5 from Kaz late last year. Other dealerships need to take notes on how to handle sales. I hope this dealership does well, as it will prove that good salesmanship (info on cars and specs), as well as courtesy and respect can go a long way. Very rarely were we pressured to make a decision, and we came back to look 3-4 times before making a decision. read more

Bought a used car here and Jim Anthony and big mike were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend.

We love our 2016 Mazda CX-5. My husband and I can't decide who gets to drive it. Very happy!

I've bought several cars and this was by far the best experience I've had to date. Michael Barrilleaux (pronounced Barlow) not only got me the car I wanted at a price that was well below the sticker price, he was also extremely respectful and worked hard to earn my business. I've had my new Mazda CX-5 for over a month now and am very happy with my purchase and with the customer service I received at Dublin Mazda. =) read more

I never go there again. People in there only tell u " F. U" and " GET OUT HERE" when the price u told them and they don't agree !!!!!! Fremont Mazda has a lot better deal than them. I bought my Mazda 6 grand touring in Fremont last week!!! read more

I purchased the 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring this evening. Garth was personable, professional and easy going. Communication was mostly over email and response was prompt. Paper work took a little over an hour. They even beat the rate that my credit union approved me for, which allowed me to get some add-ons at a discount. Very satisfied with the entire sales experience. read more

Thank you Archie, Paul and crew. I had a major issue with my new Mazda6 I purchased, but not from Dublin Mazda. It was a very challenging task, they were very accomadating to me and there customer service was impeccable. They called and gave me updates every couple of days, they were very knowledgeable about the status on my car and Archie who runs the shop would personally call me and update me he never gave up. Paul and his staff in the service dept were incredibly nice and provided me with a loaner car at no cost for the period of time it took. I would like to thank Dublin Mazda for all of their hard wok and service. I would recommend anyone to take their Mazda to Dublin and trust them to get the job done.. 06-30-2015 - Thank you Paul and staff for your "outstanding" service on my Mazda. I appreciate the hard work and your willingness to "go the extra mile". Another job well done and looking forward to seeing you guys again soon.. Thanks, Steven Giorgetti read more

I'm very happy with my new Mazda and with the customer service provided by this dealership, and would definitely buy another new car from them in the future. There was a little problem with the initial sale, however the general manager Dave took care of it, which I found very impressive. Making things right when things go wrong, or when a customer is not 100% satisfied, is a great indicator that the business truly means it when they say they want their customers to be completely satisfied. I purchased my car 3 months ago -- Garth was my sales rep and I was very happy with him. He gave me all the information I needed as far as pricing and options, and it was a very pleasant experience working with him. His follow-up after the sale was great too, contacting me regularly to see if I had any questions and offering his assistance if he could help in any way. I would gladly work with Garth again when it comes time to buy another new car. There was one negative, but the dealership ended up making it right. Dealing with the finance person was a little unpleasant for me. I thought I would just be signing the loan papers, but instead I experienced some heavy sales pitches. I ended up purchasing an add-on that I had previously told Garth I didn't want, as I felt like the finance guy was not going to print my papers and let me out of his office until I agreed to the upsale. I was very unhappy about this and contacted the general manager a few days later, who refunded my money for the upsale item. I think he could've played hardball and told me too bad, I signed the contract, but the fact that he refunded my money showed me that he really meant it when he said he wants every customer to be completely satisfied. This incident proved to me that this dealership is truly interested in a long-term relationship with me, and not just a one-time get-as-much-out-of-her-as-we-can type of relationship. Because of this, I would not hesitate to buy another new car from this dealership. One little nice touch that I found charming: When I went back the day after my test drive to pick up my new car, they had it sitting in front of the sales office with a giant green bow on it! I've not yet taken my car back for servicing (other than the 1,000-mile quickie checkup), so when I need to bring it back for its first regular service at 7,500 miles, I will update this review to provide feedback on the service department. read more

I had to buy a car for the first time in years after the transmission on my BMW gave out and would cost more than the car was worth to fix it. I looked around online at a lot of different options and decided on a 2016 Madza 3. Dublin Mazda had several certified pre owned ones with low miles and in good shape, and for very good prices compared to others in the area. The salesman I worked with, Nicholas, was helpful, friendly and honest. When I called about it before coming in I mentioned I would be taking BART in since I didn't have a working car, and he didn't hesitate to offer to pick me up from the station. The whole buying process was relatively quick and easy, and I left with the car the same day even though the only payment method I had at the time was a personal check. I would definitely recommend Nicholas and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. read more

Garth Wall an amazing fleet manager. He gave a pretty good deal for my friend. I will recommend others to come here.

After 6 dealerships and 10 hours of vehicle shopping, we stopped by the Mazda dealership. At our wits end, Kyle Field greeted us in a casual; not-so-salesman way. We talked about what we were looking for and he showed us exactly that. We took a long test drive and Kyle continued showing us feature after feature. The difference between Kyle and the several other car salespeople we talked to that day is that he really liked the product. he didn't just rattle off facts and stats; he actually understood what he was saying and could explain what the stats meant. He told us how well the car handled and encouraged us to test that. It was great. As we drove it, we could tell "this was THE car". Keeping our game faces on, we knew we needed to get to the price point we needed. Through the paperwork, loan approval, negotiating process, the entire team at Mazda worked respectfully and helped us get to a mutually agreed upon number. Never trying to pull the dicey numbers game that people hate so much. They were straightforward, showing us every number. At 9 am, we didn't think Mazda was in the running. By 9 pm, we were driving home in a new 2014 Mazda6. We could not be happier. The team was amazing and pleasant. Kyle was as great as you can get. We will be going back for future vehicles. read more

Dublin Mazda - About to drive off in the new 2014 Mazda6! - Car Dealers Near Me - Dublin, California

WE walked into this dealership looking to compare small SUV. Jack Luong greeted us and showed us what we asked about and wanted to drive. He was patient, attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, un-pushy, and generally a kind person. WE ended up leaving to go drive a car at Subaru, and drove back to Mazda that night to buy. I highly recommend Jack. Their finance person was not as excited to see me, as I told him I didn't want to buy their after market stuff: Mazda car and an extended warranty. Having been in the auto paper buying business years ago allowed me to know I didn't want this: he ignored my comments and explained it to me anyway... I was patient, allowing him to tell me/sell me, I ended up not buying- surprise. Ultimately, John redeemed himself by allowing me a few days to talk with my husband about the two options and let him know by Friday. SO he mellowed out and wasn't so grumpy:) (fairly sure we Won't buy)...but nice John allowed us the time. Generally, this dealership was easy to work with. Would recommend them for sure. read more

I echo most of Tiffany A.'s review from July 6. Had a car in mind (preselected on Internet), Michael Barrilleaux took care of me including a 30+ minute test drive (he asked if I had time first before assuming). The price I was quoted online - which was actually less than I originally thought, after dealer incentives - was the price I paid - no pressure to upgrade. Just went back for 1000K checkup on my Mazda 3. Service area is spotless and staff is wonderful. The most painless car buying experience ever. And I love my car. Thank you! read more

On July 7th 2015 I bought a Mazda 3 I Grand Touring from this dealership. I found my buying experience to be very good. The sale person I dealt with, Garth Wall, was excellent. He knows his product and was very low key and helpful no sales pressure what so ever. I feel I got a very good deal, price wise, at this dealership. Prior to visiting the dealership I had done my homework by costing the vehicle I wanted on various internet sites. Garth and Dublin Mazda surprised me by even improving on the best cost quotes I found on the internet. I utilized USAA and Costco car shopping to get an idea of what I might pay for the Mazda. Since I had a low mileage 2012 leased Mazda 3 the dealership even picked up the last two months payments on my lease. On the 25th of August I took my new Mazda in for the initial 1000 mile check and the service dept handling was excellent. Dublin Mazda has a very customer friendly atmosphere and I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Mazda. read more

Went for my first car buying experience in 2017. I was looking forward to having a good time but boy was I wrong. I couldn't have been worse. After finding a car I wanted I was told (on a Sunday) that I couldn't drive off the lot without my name on the insurance card. Even though I was already on the policy. After making several phone calls and spending over two hours at the office I finally got it figured out without help from the Mazda staff. Time to drive my new car right? Wrong!!' After being promised a 0.9% rate I met with the other team member to sign paperwork after waiting an additional hour and a half in the office. She told me'"you're mistaken. We can't get you that rate." At this point I lost it and walked out. I returned the next morning (stupid on my part) to finish paperwork and get the car. I should have just walked and gone to another dealer. Fast forward to the present and I need the top of my engines air filter replaced. It has broken and I don't remember how. After driving straight from work at 8a and arriving in Dublin (I live in Oakley) I was told this fix wouldn't be covered under warranty even though a team member told me that over the phone while making the appointment. Also they didn't even have the part even though I told them a week ago what part I needed. The employee proceeds to give me attitude and tell me every reason I'm wrong. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time. The customer service at this dealership at both the sales level and service level is non existent. Dublin Mazda is the worst dealership I've ever been to and I've never been treated like this by anyone in customer service. What a joke. Save yourself, go somewhere else. read more

We went back today and sold the car back to them! Thanks for your help Troy! Much appreciated. read more

I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. I also travelled from the South Bay to Dublin after having a hard time finding the right inventory at other Mazda dealers. I am so happy I made the drive! Great selection of Mazda CX-9's, and fantastic service. Robin Rose was terrific-- not only did she help me secure a great price (thank you Dave Brown!), but she made sure I knew the in's and out's of the CX-9 before I drove it home. I loved the service at Dublin Mazda! I haven't bought a car in a long time and it was a stressful and unpleasant experience so I wasn't looking forward to going through the buying process again. But George Lodato made it easy and fun. He came out to greet me right away and didn't have that sleazy salesman vibe. It was like buying a car from my dad! He showed me the car I wanted and got me a great deal and I never felt pushed. He was really knowledgeable about the vehicle features and showed me everything the car had to offer. I'll recommend Dublin Mazda to all my friends and family. Even the manager came out to thank us for buying from them. I couldn't be happier read more

Good, better, BEST!!! Just had a thought to save some money and find a new vehicle with better gas mileage. I was viewing Dublin Mazdas online used cars. The website was very easy to use and they had a big selection that perked my curiosity.I just dropped in and wanted to look at a couple of the used cars. I was greeted by Dave Brown who was extremely friendly and easy to talk to you no pressure sales person. He told me some benefits and features with a new car versus some of the used cars. I then got the pleasure of meeting Garth Wall who showed me a several vehicles in several colors. They were also able to give me a good trade-in on my old truck. I thought I was in the market for an SUV with high MPG and was looking at the CX 5. I just wasn't sure and could not make 100% decision. Garth and Dave answered all my questions and concerns and did not pressure me into getting a vehicle I wasn't going to be 100% happy with. Now that's customer service if anything! I was actually able to leave the dealership and sleep on it! After talking it over with my wife, and figuring out what was most important in the new vehicle for us. I decided to go for the Mazda 6, they had one all tricked out on the show room and it caught My eye while I waiting and negotiating on the CX 5. I called Dave back and told him if him and Garth could put together a smoking deal on the car in the show room I was game. Dave responded will take care of you and I made arrangements to come see the car with my wife. I was able to negotiate a fair price for a brand new 2015 and also the additional accessories and tricked out parts that I liked on the showroom car. I got the car and all the bells and whistles's, I was stoked!!! I then get to meet John Sutfin, Who helps me to add a phenomenal service package of an unbelievable value. That makes it easy for me to maintenance and take care of my new car on my busy schedule. Unbelievable!!! Who knew it would be so easy to get a new car and the maintenance wrapped into it with such an affordable monthly fee. It even gets better, the day I go to pick up my new car with all the bells and whistles and I think! Dave John and Garth through and a pair of all weather mats that I had my eye on also!!! read more

I am a Service Consultant for Livermore Harley-Davidson and my wife I moved from the Tracy to Dublin 4 months ago. We use to take both of our Mazda's to Tracy Mazda, but now that we live in Dublin we decided to take our vehicles to Dublin Mazda for Oil Change and Tire rotation and came to find out that we got charge double for the service on both vehicles. Kristin at Dublin Mazda was nice but did made our visit personal or pleasant, it was more business transaction deal. As a Service Consultant my self, I always try to make my customer's visit a pleasant one and a personal. So yeah, I think we will keep taking our vehicles to Crystle at Tracy Mazda for all our services, it's worth the drive to get the same service I provide to my customers as Crystle has provided for us. read more

Bought a new MX-5 today from Dublin Mazda and had a good experience. I had requested quotes online and Dublin had the best price. They didn't pull any fast moves and I was in and out in a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon. Sales experience was great with the internet manager Roger. The finance manager was very persistent in trying to sell a bunch of overpriced warranties and maintenance plans, but it was easy enough to just keep saying "no". read more
