The salesperson I worked with, Lance, was friendly, not too pushy and able to find a car that fit my criteria. However, we had problems when he told me 'no fair offer is turned down' and I asked for $500 off the price. As we parted ways and I headed for the door, the finance manager Reyes (whom I had no interaction with) took the opportunity to 'greet' me by blocking the exit, calling me a slew of names (cheapskate, mooch) and telling me I need to lower my standards. I'm sure this tactic works on people who don't take kindly to having their masculinity reduced by a bully in a pastel paisley tie, but I will not return here to pay for more verbal abuse. After reading other dissatisfied reviews, it seems that we all have one thing in common...Reyes. He is condescending, rude and disrespectful. It looks like this 'sales tactic' works for him and no one with clout at Dublin Mazda will approach him to address this issue or ask him to stop berating and intimidating customers. This is really disappointing and paints that negative 'slimy used car salesman' stereotype quite accurately. read more

here's the short and sweet version: this dealership is the epitome of what purchasing a new car should be: no tricks, no gimmicks, easy to understand paperwork, excellent customer service, and a completed transaction for a new car in under 2 hours. and if you want the longer version with more details: it was a very hot day in dublin when we came to purchase the car that we had requested, but the comfy, air conditioned office with guest lounge and clean bathrooms were a "cool" welcome for us. my husband had dealt with juan via email to request a standard mazda2 hatchback, and was told that they had exactly one such car on the premises. we came a few days later to test drive and complete the purchase of our new car. as far as salespersons go, juan was great, very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions (and believe me, we had a lot of questions). he never pushed us to purchase anything that we weren't comfortable with and we did not have to negotiate for hours and hours, which made this a very painless experience when it came time to complete the paperwork, we dealt with mike, who is definitely the finance guru here! he carefully went over the pros and cons for each of the options, including whether or not to put both of our names on the title and registration in the event we should separate (which is very important for legal and financial reasons going forward). mike was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and made this piece of the transaction very painless. since purchasing our new car, we have been back on one other occasion to have our oil changed and vehicle inspected (complimentary with our new car purchase). the process was seamless and we again had a comfortable place to wait while our car was being serviced. did i mention they have free wifi? i would highly recommend this mazda dealership as the staff are polite, helpful and they know their stuff! above all else, they aren't pushy, like some salespersons can be and they never make you feel uncomfortable. if you're looking to purchase a brand new mazda, i highly recommend coming here. you won't regret it! read more

Keith Morita makes you feel like you're buying a car from your best friend. Not only does he make sure you know everything about Mazda but also about your car. He took the time to discuss my list of qualifiers and find the cars for me that fit that list without compromising the things I prioritized. I wish he worked at the Safeway down the street from my house so I can see him every day. read more

I bought a car from Greg Gutierrez and he made the entire process seamless. He also remembered my name when coming back for my first service/oil change. If I decide to purchase another car, then I will be coming back to him to do so. I never felt once during the sales process that I was haggled or ripped off. If you are deciding to purchase a Mazda, then I highly recommend using him as your Rep! read more

I bought a used non-Mazda vehicle here awhile back and overall I am very displeased with this dealership. They will take advantage of you if you're not on your game, but that's any dealership and not solely the reason for my review. Steer clear of Reyes if you're looking at used cars. I was told the car I bought was owned by one owner, non-smoker. It was true about the one owner, but after a few weeks of ownership it reeked of smoke. My passengers would ask me if I've been smoking. I later discovered ash on the cigarette lighter heater coil and burn marks behind the driver's seat. I felt like they tried to cover this up because the ash tray was shiny and brand new; with its part sticker freshly applied. I later discovered that the car was in an accident and not disclosed. Vehicle came with a clean title, but later to my dissatisfaction I found problems with the front end. First, the front bumper was misaligned. Secondly, there were many missing pop-clips that hold in the wheel-well shroud and splash guards that were missing completely from underneath. Lastly, missing bolts that hold on the bumper and cheap paint. Probably should have inspected the vehicle better myself, but I really think they should have disclosed this. 2 star review for the dishonesty, buying experience that left a bad taste in my mouth, and strict unwillingness to negotiate on a 10 year old used car. Plus side, the buyer's remorse is a great learning experience for me. Don't let this dealership take advantage of you. They had the beer out ready to celebrate the sale before I even had my keys. read more

I just bought a new Mazda CX-5 Touring trim in Deep Crystal Blue color and the experience was just WOW. I was in the area and I went even without an appointment and Keith Morita helped me a lot in the car buying process without a hassle. He was very friendly and patient in understanding my requirements and explaining each and every feature. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. I found the exact trim and exact color I wanted. The other team members were also very helpful. It has been a smooth experience. I highly recommend everyone visiting Dublin Mazda to ask for Keith Morita. read more

My trusty 2008 Nissan Rogue was totaled on Cinco de Mayo by a drunk driver. I came out okay with a few bumps and bruises but my car is gone. I have not shopped for a car in 10 years and the thought of going through the car buying process gave me chills. Now those that know me know that I will research online, as well as, ask friends and relatives for their input. My 3-year old grandson suggested that I get a blue car so I decided on the blue reflex mica CX-5. I looked around and saw that Dublin Mazda had a new 2016 model available. I figured since it was Memorial Day weekend, I probably would get a great deal. Yesterday, I talked myself into going to Dublin Mazda. As soon as I walked in I noticed how neat and nice the place was. I was warmly greeted at the front desk and I was assigned to a very lovely, young lady named Vinay. She was very personable, honest and transparent. She told me she had only been working there for a month. She did not have to tell me that but she did. She was knowledgeable and when she did not know the answer to my question, she would find the answer for me. She definitely is not your stereotypical car salesman and I truly appreciate that. After test driving the CX-5 I researched, we did our back and forth and before you know it I was in John's office signing a gazillion forms. He did not mess around :) I picked up my gorgeous blue car today - zoom...zoom!!! read more

If you're looking for a dealership with no pressure, genuine and honest from the phone call to driving off the car lot, then look no further. Summary of purchase, $2200 off MSRP, 3 full percent off the APR, on a beautiful, 40 mile to a gallon , brand new sky-activ technology 2012 Mazda 3. It will be 500 + miles till my son gasses up on a 14.1 galon tank! Two weeks worth! SCORE! Sean , Tony ( Mr. magic fingers) and Gregory truly made this first purchase for my son a painless and excellent experience. Nothing hidden, everything honest and simply genuine. What I appreciated the most was I didn't have to haggle. Sean and his team gave us a deal better than an online dealer would in the first hour that we were there. Just like with any major purchase, there should be no regret or "I've been had" thoughts - at the end of the day either with the people you dealt with or the item you're going to make monthly payments on. I have never purchased a car before, and I'm happy to say my first experience was a good one. If you go to Dublin Mazda, ask for GREGORY and you won't regret it. He gets straight to the point, doesn't ask too many questions, very patient and kind. The best thing for me personally, was that he wasn't forcing me to buy a car with constant talking and nonsense. Dublin Mazda - My new baby! :) Ford Focus SEL 2012 - Car Dealers Near Me - Dublin, California

I was looking for a very, very specific car: A 2013 Mazda3 Hatchback i Touring, with manual transmission. Towards the end of December I found only six left in the state, most of them in LA. Dublin Mazda had the closest two at a reasonable price, and had a pretty great internet deal. I contacted Greg and came in to take a look at the cars, but when I got there I think someone had tagged one of them incorrectly, as it didn't quite meet what I was looking for. However, one nice, sleek, black M3 hatchback was still there on the lot. Greg introduced me to Jason, who took me on a great test drive. He had an excellent course laid out that let me try out a good sample of driving conditions and maneuvers, and by the time we got back to the dealer, I knew I wanted this type of car, but there was a cheaper one in Roseville. I talked to Greg and we worked out a price that got me the car I wanted without driving another hour, and some pretty nice extras, too. Once we agreed, Jason came back and did an absolutely great job of explaining the documentation that was coming with my car, how the warranty worked, what was being done with the car while we waited, and anything else I needed to know. He's a very easy to deal with fellow who made buying my first new car much, much more relaxed. On to financing where lots of signatures and printouts went everywhere. I opted for no extended warranty or spray on whatever, but chose to get the total care package, which I don't regret (since you can cancel at any time.) After our time in the office, Jason came back with my keys, took me to where my car sat out front and walked around it with me, making sure everything was perfect. I found a tiny scratch and the body shop made it disappear completely in fifteen minutes. Jason taught me how to use the gizmos in the car, told me some other information, and told me to contact him or Greg with any questions I had, or anything else I discovered that needed work that couldn't be seen in the dark. TL;DR: Greg and Jason were great, friendly, and helpful. The dealership was a pleasant experience and the only reason I didn't give five stars is that the inventory we originally thought was there wasn't, and we did wait quite a while for the finance office. Both of these things seem to be things that are common in the car industry, so I don't really hold it against these guys. I love my new car, and buying it from these guys made it an experience I'm ultimately really happy with. Thanks guys! read more

Came in for my 2015 Mazda 3 first oil change on 8/15/15. Came in on a Saturday with an appointment. Dropped off the car and was told 90 minute wait. Sat down waited, after about the quoted time the car was done. So far so good. Here is where my issues comes up. I get in my car and notice my wheel is not even close to straight. Hey it happens, busy mechanics and all. Hop on the freeway to head back home (30 minute drive) and notice my car seems to veer off to one side. Gave the Service department a call in the following week. and the lady accused me of hitting something and claiming they just did an oil change and never touched anything else, however my receipt shows tire rotation. I am not a mechanic , but it does sound like someone touched my wheels. She then forwards me to the lady who helped me on Saturday. Left a message and am still awaiting a return call. Came to this dealership based on the good reviews, I will likely search for a new service center. read more

Gregory Gutierrez is the person to go to at this Mazda! Very attentive, let me test drive and look at various CX-5s. Very polite, professional and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The financing process had no hitches and there was nothing hidden about the process. I went all over the central valley (Stockton/Tracy/Sacramento dealers) looking for a specific CX-5 and only Dublin came close to what I was looking for. Gregory made sure he could meet my car needs and success! I'm a very happy car owner. John in Finance and Reyes GSM we're awesome to work with. Very nice and polite. Thanks Dublin Mazda! read more

After reading my review the General Manager, Dave Brown, gave me a call and seemed genuinely apologetic about the experience we had. We've bought 2 cars from Ken Harvey Honda before and have always had a good experience so I thought we'd give the Mazda dealership another chance. After negotiating by phone over the course of a day he was able to raise our trade-in value by $1500 and lower our interest by a full point, not to mention getting a ridiculous deal on the car itself. Dave did everything he could to get the monthly payment to the mark we wanted. He also provided me his cell phone number and to my astonishment he nearly always picked up instead of sending me to voicemail, a rarity these days. Upon arriving to pick up our new car Stephen was very pleasant and went over every detail of the car, even setting up my wife's bluetooth with the radio (saving me what would have been several minutes of head scratching). I noticed that several reviewers said they were slow with the paperwork but I actually found them to be quicker than average. Having bought about ten cars over the past 15 years, I know what slow is. Getting paperwork done in 30 minutes is not slow in car dealership time. We did get the usual push to buy the extended warranty and gap coverage. Although most people say the extended warranty is a waste I have known people who it really bailed out, but we're not buying a Ford so I'll take my chances that this car doesn't have a major breakdown after the bumper to bumper ends. Everyone really went out of their way to make-up for the bad experience we had. I think the moral here is to try to find a senior salesperson and certainly don't accept the first offer on your trade, if you're still not satisfied call Dave directly. read more

Who buys two new cars from the same dealer within a month apart? My wife and I. And there's a good reason for it -- Dublin Mazda has taken cared of us the first time and I had no regrets going back to them for seconds. My wife traded in her SUV for a new CX-5 to lower her monthly payments. These guys worked with us and took our trade-in for a very fair price and the deal went hassle-free and the experience was one of the very few we have been in all the years we have bought vehicles. A few weeks after that my personal car broke down unexpectedly (old BMW, woohoo!) and decided it's time to replace it, unfortunately. I started poking around other dealerships and no one would come through so I've decided to contact Dublin Mazda again and take my chances with what they can do for me considering I am working on a tight budget. They pulled through. Enough said. They do the first 1000-mile inspection as well as a complimentary first oil change. Can't really complain about that. Big shout out to the guys who helped my family out with our two vehicles -- Gregory, Bruce, Sean and Big Mike. Despite how busy they were, they were able to work out everything for us with no pressure sales and all the effort is appreciated. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends! read more

Dublin Mazda - Helpful staff - Car Dealers Near Me - Dublin, California

**This review is for the service department** If I could grant higher than 5 stars I would. I bought my car in concord back in December 2013 and it was about to go out of warranty. Literally right on the edge of expiring. I had a cracked seam on my drivers side seat , both rear seat lowering pulls disconnected, and my transmission was messed up so I couldn't push button turn off my car without forcing the shifter into park. Lots of shoddy manufacturing IMO. I called and set up an appointment here because it was close to my home, came in and waited a few hours because I told them I didn't have a ride or another car (I think they put my car ahead due to that) and after the seat pulls worked and recall was fixed. The young lady who was very pleasant named Kristin had taken some photos of my seat which had to be submitted to Mazda USA (I never thought they would cover that) and order the transmission parts. About 3 Weeks later I got a call saying the parts were in, they set me up with a free loaner and I was on my way. They replaced the seat bottom no question and fixed the tranny within a week and I just picked it up today and was out in minutes. Love this place. Buying a car is half the battle and servicing it is usually a pain in the butt, however they made it not only pleasant but made me want to come back! Also look in the pics for their amazing coffee machine of which I had to use every time I went. read more

My Fiance took her Mazda in for service because it was making a ticking noise near the front axle. After the problem was identified, we were told that our extended warranty would not fix the problem, since it required a cleaning versus something being replaced. This was very disappointing, and not the dealerships fault. We decided not to do the work as we did not want to spend the money out of pocket. When we picked up the car they had performed a temporary fix and waived a fee we would have had to pay otherwise. I was very impressed by the service and would definitely recommend it to someone else. Thank you. read more

Their service department was unable to identify a very basic cause of a well known issue with a very simple and well documented fix. Brakes squealed in reverse each morning. Their solution, which did not add any measure of safety whatsoever, cost $1,000. I'm not totally illiterate with respect to automobiles, and found out the cause could be cured with a $5 tube of brake pad grease. So I did it myself, and it worked brilliantly! A mechanic friend of mine told me that what I did, he would have recommended. Look, you probably won't do what I did to fix my problem. You will trust the people that fix cars not to rip you off. These guys are either crooks or inept. Either way, you should try another shop first. read more

I've probably been to 50 car dealers in the last 3 years. However, this is the first dealer that I actually *liked*. "So, why do you go to car dealers if you don't like car dealers?" you ask. I love cars, and I'm always weighing the following question: How do I test drive a car without having to tolerate manipulative sales people? Cars are a hobby--possibly an obsession--for me, so I test drive far more cars than I actually buy. Don't get me wrong, I buy and sell more cars than most people do, but I don't buy 100% of the cars that I test drive. Today, I went to Dublin Mazda to test drive an MX-5 Miata. I'm 21 years old, and I don't exactly look like a serious customer. Nonetheless, the sales person let me take the Miata for a (relatively) long drive on the the highway. Between the hilariously fun car and the no-pressure sales person, this is the best dealer experience I've ever had. read more

This review is for my recent visit to the Parts Department. Working as a CRM for a Toyota dealership for 5+ years I know how important ups are so I figured that as soon as I walked into the showroom floor that someone or anyone would approach me to see what I needed but that didn't happen here. I had to approach what looked like two sales people talking at their desk. But as soon as I asked for the parts department, another sales person kindly walked me over to the Parts Counter. I actually looked up his name on their "Meet our Staff" section of their website because I want to give credit where it's due :) Carlos Farias, the Part Manager is the one who helped me out. All I needed was a new battery for my keyfob remote. He was efficient, friendly & very professional. He out the new battery in & since the cashier was out on lunch he also acted as a cashier. I came here with my parents on a Saturday morning to handle some car business. Both of them were seeking new rides and having me take over payments on my Dad's 2012 Mazda 3 that he leased a few years back. We all drove off very satisfied as they both got new cars. We were very impressed by the crew here, especially Garth! He came out and remembered my parents and what models they were intrested in as they came by a couple days before. Horrible customer service from Bruce. We drove from San Diego to look at a car with the full intent to purchase. Needless to say the 10-year-old vehicle had a lot of wear and tear. I would not have purchased it but my husband insisted. My husband discovered that the fog lights weren't working while he was looking the car over. We were discussing privately what we were going to do, whether or not to purchase, renegotiate the price, etc. Bruce came up to us and said he didn't know what we wanted, if we were still interested because we weren't saying anything, at least not to him. Well, we wouldn't have said anything to him until we were done discussing the car. And then as a typical sleazy car salesman, he threw out that someone was going to look at the car in a couple of hours. We drove 500 miles to look at the car and he was questioning our intent. He was not friendly or professional at all. I do not recommend this place, at least based on my experience with this particular sales person. I read some of the great reviews and it does look like they have good staff here, so if you decide to come to this dealership, avoid this guy. About the car, it remains to be seen if we bought a lemon or not. read more

It took a few weeks and some persistence, but eventually all of my post-closing issues have been resolved courtesy of the Mazda Dublin manager, Dave. They reimbursed me the amount in question (that I shouldn't have had to pay) and after obtaining the bill of sale, I was able to persuade the State of Washington that I didn't own/ lease the car when the toll fees were incurred. My brand new Mazda 3 2013 is now making a weird noise every morning. The dealership told me to come in and have it checked. Went in on a Friday and showed them the video that showed the noise. They said that the car has to be left overnight. I said okay, but I need a loaner car, since I live in Sunnyvale. They said that I have to come back on Mon or Tuesday to get a loaner car. That is a long drive and I can't do that, so they said to contact the local Sunnyvale Mazda dealership to get it checked out there. Really bad experience with this Service Department. This was the second car I have purchased on my own. The first time I purchased a vehicle was through CarMax, which was a pleasant experience. I had made an inquiry at another dealership, closer to me (I live in Fremont) over a year ago, when I was thinking about trading in my prior vehicle but I found their sale tactics pushy and annoying. But due to an accident I was in the market for sure this time around and I just refused to do business with them because of the bad first impression I got. Thanks to TrueCar.com, I got in touch with Garth Wall at Dublin Mazda. Even though the initial emails I received were robo-emails when I made an inquiry about a specific car in their inventory. He followed up with a video message email. Initially I was creeped out. I'm just in the market for a new car, not online dating? I wasn't expecting it, but it did help put a face to name. Unlike a high volume of phone calls and voicemails from the sales guy from the other place, Garth seemed genuine and I thought, oh why not give this place a chance. Making an appointment was a breeze. And a confirmation reminder was very helpful. Initially I showed up checking out a used 2014 Mazda3. But being open minded, Garth also showed me some new 2015 Mazda3s that had been sitting for awhile. I test drove both vehicles. Garth answered all of the questions I had. Even the random ones about car seats and booster seats. And pointed out all of the features and differences between the vehicles. Surprisingly, the 2015 was a better deal than the 2014. Damnit, I got suckered. Just kidding. Big Mike in financing was great too. Not too pushy. Definitely a gentle giant, soft spoken, honest. Reminded me of a high school teacher, someone you could trust. I also made sure I was pre-approved to avoid wasting everyone's time. And he definitely looks out to find a good deal for you and presents all options in a clear easy manner. And he had no problem answering any questions I had. Again, felt very genuine and not the usual sales script I have gotten from other dealerships or have seen when my parents would purchase a vehicle in the past. I also appreciate how thorough he was with all of the financing paper work. Why can't I just stamp my signature? I guess that requires a signature stamp, but time would be saved if we were allowed to do that. Bottom line, if you are not an obnoxious asshole/bitch, just go in with a positive assertive attitude, open mind, your research done, and the folks at Dublin Mazda will definitely take care of you. Easy presentation of financing. No bs, it was straight to the point, when it came down to the numbers. Again, who wants their time wasted? Not me. Honestly, I wasn't even in a rush to get a car. I could have walked out and got another car somewhere else a few weeks later. But due to the high quality customer service I received, I went ahead and purchased my car with Dublin Mazda. I even got a discount on getting the ac recharged in my parents' 2004 Mazda Tribute done that same day. I would have preferred free, but I get it. They still need to make some money. read more

Unfortunately, due to a recent car accident that totaled my car - I was in the market for a replacement vehicle. After checking out a BUNCH of used cars at a BUNCH of different dealerships, I stumbled over to the mazda dealership. At first I was not even considering a mazda, let alone a new Mazda. Then Mason completely changed my mind. I was thinking a new car was out of my price range. It wasn't. I was thinking mazda was not a great brand, but Mason talked to me about all the new features of the car and even encouraged me to "let it out" during the test drive. I was pretty much sold at that point. After talking to a bunch of dealerships about the car, I decided to buy from Dublin because of Mason. He talked me through the whole process, cut out the b.s. of buying a car, gave me a great deal, and even lent me a charger when my phone was about to die while signing the paperwork. I forgot my jacket as well, and after a call to him, I know it'll be taken care of. Thank you Mason (and Dublin Mazda) for a wonderful car buying experience. read more

We bought a used vehicle and the listed price was ok until you are ready to talk about financing and sealing the deal. The salesman Troy then said that there is a LoJack that comes with the vehicle mandatory or they would not sell the vehicle. An additional of almost $1000. Come to find out it is an option. And the actual LoJack was not installed yet. Troy and finance and service then all came together to install the device behind our back. Saying that it had a problem with activation so service needed the vehicle for about an hour or so. But when service was done they gave me the paperwork of what the work was done on the vehicle and it was an installation of LoJack. This dealership is deceitful and cunning. Be careful, they don't care about you or the costumers. They just want their commissions. John at finance is very cunning watch out for this guy. We bought an extended warranty because he tricked us on the monthly payment telling us that it was going to be lower than the extended warranty not included. But in reality he extended the months to pay so the payment would be lower. And he gave us an estimate that which is higher at the beginning so when he included the warranty the monthly payment will be lower. This guys is cunning and deceptive. When we tried to cancel the extended warranty John the finance guy hang up on me 3 times, have given me a false email to send a cancellation request. He makes us out to be stupid and dumb. He even told us that we were not smart of thinking of canceling the extended warranty. All the while he would lose his commissions. This guy lives on this principle tricking people and giving them hard times. So be careful there are other dealerships that does not come with LoJack and finance people trying to get their commissions off you. Avoid this dealership because they try to make you want the car and at the end make you purchase a LoJack which is the-same as an apple AirTag. GPS device which you will never need. It's just for them to get extra commissions on poor hard working people like us. read more

What a GREAT experience my dad and I had at Dublin Mazda. The first time we went we were approached by Gregory G, who was an awesome sales person. He is very knowldgeable, patient, and friendly. We had gone to a few other dealerships around the bay area but Gregory and Dublin Mazda was by far the BEST expreince of them all. We came back to Dublin Mazda about 3 times before we actually bought the Mazda 3 and Gregory always greeted us with a smile and was extremely helpful. The manager was also very helpful as well as Big Mike, the finance guy! Thanks Dublin Mazda, I will definately be recommending you to any potential new car buyers! Jen & Mark read more

Had a fantastic experience buying my new (certified pre-owned) car from the folks at Dublin Mazda, specifically Greg, Rosie, and Sam. Greg was super knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful, and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about all the gadgets and features in my car. He also made the car look really, really nice when I came to pick it up! Rosie is awesome and very down-to-earth, and she definitely has your best interest in mind. Sam is such a nice guy and really cares about his customers. The dealership is really clean and beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with my new car! Highly recommend this dealership for a good experience. read more

I'm someone who has always hated buying a car--so much so that I spent years (and more money than I care to admit) using Uber and Lyft instead of getting a car. When it finally came time to get my own car, I knew I wanted to lease a Mazda 3. I called several Bay Area Mazda dealers. The person on the phone at Dublin Mazda was by far the friendliest, so I went with them. Garth Wall, the dealer who worked with me, made me feel very comfortable. He was extremely patient as I test drove several different models. I picked the white Mazda 3 S Touring Hatchback, and he answered all my questions without BS. He did not try to "upsell" me to the Grand Touring, and even told me that the Touring would be fine for what I wanted. That is the mark of a true quality salesman--they help you get exactly what is best for you, not what is best for them. The financing/registration process was a breeze, and took about an hour after I had picked out my model. They didn't have the exact model I wanted on the lot, but they were able to get it within 3 days. I came back 3 days later, Garth picked my up at the BART (5min away) IN MY CAR! (Nice touch, Garth! :) I would definitely shop at Dublin Mazda again, and am glad that they will be my dealer and service center of record for the life on my car (and for when I trade in for a new model when the lease is up. They took all the fear out of buying/leasing a new car. read more

Put myself in the position of needing a new car about 3 years before I had planned. My last experience (with a different dealership) had left me with unpleasant memories. Test drove a mazda3 with Kevin on Saturday. He was knowledgable and respectful of the fact that my only intention was to test drive that day. Went back the following Monday after deciding to purchase the 3. The position I hold within my corporation requires an immense amount of driving so finding a safe, reliable and fuel efficient car was my priority. This car surpassed my needs and the value was wonderful! I worked directly with Mike Davis. I can't say enough good things about my experience but here's my attempt. Mike was exceptionally knowledgable in this model which was proven during my second test drive. He was extremely friendly and easy going. These personality traits caused the previous memories of pushiness and eagerness from my past experience far out of my mind. Mike was straight forward when it came to running numbers and worked over the phone with Dave to ensure that I received what I wanted, near the amount I was prepared to spend. Even the financial expert (Big Mike) was easy to work with and friendly as well. I kept both of these gentlemen well past their closing time yet I never felt rushed. Even after the purchase, Mike D took his time giving me a thorough overview of the features available in my new car. I do have to return for a couple of upgrades and will gladly post a follow up review on my experience. Thank you Kevin, Mike D. Big Mike and Dave for the excellent customer service! I will definitely refer everyone I know. read more

We literally just finished purchasing a car here a few hours ago. It was such a impressionable experience I couldn't wait to write my review about it. We owe the great experience to Keith Morita. He was so pleasant to work with. He has a genuine kindness and was so easy to talk to. He made the car buying experience so smooth. He was very honest and transparent throughout the whole process. He is really committed to helping you without feeling forced and I can give you an example of this commitment. 2 separate days we were there, we came an hour before closing, and Dublin Mazda closes at 6PM and that is the time Keith is off. The first day he assisted us well into 7PM. Then the 2nd day (today) when we purchased the car, he helped us until almost 9PM and we started at 4PM while he again was off at 6PM!! He gave us over 4 hours of his own personal time after he was officially off and thats priceless. Keith Morita is the bar of whom I will compare every car salesman--or even any salesman in general from this day forth. Honestly, Dublin Mazda should be thanking Keith for being their employee because without him, Dublin Mazda would just be like every other modern car dealership (not to say that's a bad thing). They do have a nice facility, and it looks like this is a volume dealer as my research shows Dublin Mazda had the most inventory of cars (at least CX5s) compared to several other dealerships I've checked. Clean facilities, easy to get to location, complimentary wifi, coffee, water, etc. Again, what you find in most modern dealerships, but those dealerships don't have Keith Morita! read more
