I went to their nail salon today the design that the girl was trying to give me did not match the picture. I asked for her to change two of the nails and everything became extremely hostile. She got up from the seat, refusing to fix them. Manager came over and told me I could leave. The manager ended up fixing them, but was rude to me the whole time I will never be going back to this establishment I'm not sure why do they feel like they could treat people this way they don't respect us as a culture. read more

they are my go-to nail spa in the area. They are always friendly and patient. They try to get you in as quickly as possible if you're a walk-in without sacrificing quality. Service is just top-notch. They give you a choice of drink and a cup of fresh cut fruit while providing the service, which is just so sweet. I never get anything other than basic mani and pedi just because my lifestyle is much too rough for anything else. I never have any complaints. They are also reasonably-priced, so that's nice. The salon is nicely set up and looks pleasing when you walk in. There are plenty of stations for services. We did not have an appointment but was quickly seated to have our pedicures. The menu goes from basic to elevated options with reasonable prices. Where the environment changed for me was the workers. While the guy doing my toes was very good (he didn't talk much) and get down to business, there were 3 others that were obvious with their disrespect as they talked, turned in the direction of their conversation and laughed. This happened several times and many of the patrons noticed. My person was not involved and I even asked what was going on but he did not say. While my feet did look good, I don't think I can go back there knowing how disrespectful they can be. read more

I will never return! My nail design was so bad I had to have them remove it. My nail shape on each nail was different. Some nails are glossy and some aren't. The floor had so much acrylic dust that it got into my nail polish on my feet and so when I asked to change it to gel they wanted to charge me $20! The nail tech was rushing so bad I had to make him clean the acrylic from under my nails multiple times and they still aren't clean. So disappointed in the service. The lady who scrubbed my feet did a great job with removing the dry skin and that was the only plus to my experience. read more

I drive an hour to come to this salon. My acrylic nails never peel or lift as they do other places. Anywhere else I'm needing a fill before 2 weeks, here I can go 4 weeks if I need to. I've had probably 4 or 5 different techs and they all have been great! Also you get complimentary fruit and water and you can pay for a glass of wine! Go you won't regret it! read more

Had to update my review. The nail salon is still clean and the work they do is decent. However, after a few times going I notice they don't consistently offer you drinks or the fruit cup. If it depends on how much money you spend then they should state that clearly somewhere in the salon. However, they appear to pick and choose who they offer a drink to or a fruit cup. Sometimes I am offered and sometimes I am not. I have adjusted tip accordingly when I am not offered! I can't tip fully when I wasn't provided with the full salon service/experience. read more

Booked my Deluxe Pedicure with Natasha using link on DT Nails' Yelp profile. Arrive 10 min early on this Sunday and was taken back to a corner massage chair with a view to get prepped. Was given a menu of pedicures options with an explanation of each and a drink/snack menu. Customer service was top notch through the door. Natasha arrived to confirm my upgrade to a Tropical Spa Pedicure. She took her time with everything phase of the service. Never felt rushed during the session. Second visit there. First time was good but second time i made an appointment online. When I got there I was told by the lady at front that it would be about 15 to 20 min and she could do it. I said but I booked an appointment with the other lady. She said she behind. I picked that particular lady based on the reviews I read. So I said ok because I didn't want to drive somewhere else and needed it done. She rushed through my gel fill in and 4 days later it already looks old. Only giving 3 stars cause she gave me a palm tree design on one finger on each hand and I liked it. But, please don't have people wasting their time booking appointmenus online when you dont have one available at that time. I left an hour later and she was still working on the other lady nails. Very disappointed, First the cost was out of this world, especially for a crappy job and for an average length nail... they are 3 quaters of an inch long.. so not even 1inch long from cuticle to the end of my nail. I got a pedicure that was 35 dollars, an acrylic fill in 25 dollars, and eye brows waxed 12 dollars. Nails cut down and toe nails cut down which is 10 dollars a piece unheard of- when your going in to get nails and pedicure that should be apart of the cost and the service. I could see if I was just going in to just get my nails and toes trimmed down, but that was not the case. Then Gel Polish on both my nails and toes, and 2 fingers one on each hand with an xo and one tip put on. (Which was put on crooked and when I told the nail tech that it was own crooked she proceeded to say, I know I am gonnaa fix). May I say she did not fix anything....its still damn crooked.....and the red that she put on my nails - she put one coat-so when I am in bright light they look pink and you charge me 10 dollars for that- you should be ashamed when a bottle of gel polish is no more than 25 dollars, and you get 100 or more sets of nails painted... this cost me 132 dollars which I was over charged according to their website. I am a business owner and over charging customers, because your tech feels like they need more money- is not good business. Prices are established and posted for a reason, and for the crappy job that was done on my nails I am completely in shock. I told the tech this was my first time in, which according to there website ad on google, first time service over 45 dollars gets 5 dollars off. Nothing was given. After the tech ask if it was my first time and I told her yes, she ask where I was coming from and I told her- as my old tech had went into a different profession, as soon as I told her she asked if it was ------ I said yes. First thing she says is you know he is gay! WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING AND WHY WOULD YOU DISCUSS SOMEONE PERSONAL INFO WITH SOMEONE IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW! That personally offended me as I have a trans child and felt as if she was trying to degrade this person do to his sexual preference. VERY VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL. This was a very bad experience, I am a very loyal customer to my nail techs, hair stylist, when I find my person I am with them for life! Lets say this will not be my forever salon. read more
