Beware!! They do not sanitize tools between customers. Jenny and Hannah were very rude, condescending, and wholly unprofessional. After I asked for clean tools after observing Jenny shake the nail clippers to remove the toenail of the last client, they started talking about me in their language and Jenny refused to perform my requested service. Instead of wasting more of my time or spending a dime of my hard-earned money here, I left shocked, angry, and disgusted. They care more about getting people in chairs than sanitation. I got my natural nails done and a deluxe pedicure, my natural nails were painted in gel polish. I feel like service has declined or either the person who did my nails may have been new. The LED light burnt my nails and it hurt really bad. The end results turned out great but after I got my nails done, some of my nails were cracked in the middle and have been breaking off for the past few days now and I'm guessing it was from the LED burning certain areas. And now I feel like I wasted a ton of money because now my nails look awful from the breaking in the cracks. I think I'll be going elsewhere from now on. read more

Got a regular pedicure, no frills. My nail guy was quiet and focused, but friendly and smiley. The vibe was chill. Was not happy with the eyebrow wax. Not evenly done and way too much wax left behind. Will not do that again. read more

Poor Customer service and care is my experience on several occasions. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 , yet , after sitting and waiting for 15 mins , I inquired and was told the wait would be another 20 mins. Service went downhill last time I will ever spend a dollar @ this location. a FUNKY BREATH FEMALE WORKER ask me to come back to fix my nails because the night I originally got them done she said she didn't have time to fix. Today I come back she lied & said she have an appointment and if I can come back tomorrow. I refused and told her I will wait she calls me to the chair in less than 20 mins confused as if she don't know what she is doing I told them just take off the nails and provide a refund. My girlfriend went here to get a pedicure and they butchered her nails to the point that she now has to see a doctor because of to how awkwardly they trimmed her toenails. They cut the nail at an harsh angle deep in the quick, which has caused much pain and discomfort. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

It was nice that they took me as soon as i walked in but i guess I'm just used to a different level of customer service. She was aggressive, the nail polish does not look smooth, they were filed too much on the sides, and they were completely overpriced. An acrylic fill in with gel polish has never cost me over $28. It was $40 here. That's more than a few full set with gel polish. I came here because it was close to work and i needed something I could get done on a lunch break but i won't be back. They weren't that friendly and acted as if they were doing me a favor. This was no favor, it was a paid service. read more

She's quick but good, and yeah she's on her phone but so what? So am I lol! She's only on her phone when my nails are curing or feet are soaking. I have been coming here on and off for 2 years now only because it's close to home so it's convenient when I need a pedicure last minute...my last visit was it for me. It was extremely rushed to the point where I wanted to end the service early and I should've followed my gufeeling. The next day I started to develop redness, soreness, and puss coming out of my big toe! I have never experienced this before. It must have been from the tech digging her dirty finger nail deep into my nail bed while trying to paint my toe. I would rather drive 30+ minutes to get a pedicure than go here ever again. read more

My 1st experience with Lin was amazing during my 1st visit to this salon. I got gel nail, pedicure, eyebrows, & cluster lash extensions. I felt beautiful and refreshed when I left. It was so amazing that I referred my mother and insisted my husband come along with me. Lin truly made me feel the spa experience. She provided great customer service along with conversation. My 2nd experience with Tracy was mediocre. My dipped nails chipped after one day. I now know the coating was to light. My pedicure that was done by a different older nail technician was rushed (Sorry I don't know her name). Today after my experience with TT or GG (she would not give me her correct name) sadly made me come to the conclusion that this is not where I should be spending my hard earned money. Her customer service was hideous and insulting. She became passive aggressive when I politely informed her that I no longer wanted a ombré nails because she could not do them the way I wanted. Instead I just wanted regular dipped nails. In her language she spoke about me as if I was not there. (I know she was speaking about me because every other word that came out her mouth was ombré and full nail. She even started handling my hands roughly) I became furious when the older nail technician, a male nail technician, & even Lin engaged in the conversation. Lin said in English to her customer that it was to was to early to be difficult. My response was I merely requested ombré dipped nails & I don't understand how that's being difficult if TT/GG could not perform the service & I changed my service to something simple. This is the worst $90 I spent at a nail salon. Please don't let the decor blind you of the nasty customer service. I strongly do not recommend this establishment! read more

This was my first visit to this place and most definitely my last . Upon arrival I was told there would be a 20 min wait ... I was fine with waiting. Finally my daughter and I were directed to come sit in the pedicures seats . The nail tech I had was an older lady started off friendly , but when I told her that I wanted the basic pedi her attitude totally changed. She was very aggressive while doing my pedicure (pushing my foot around like it wasn't connected to my leg. ) my paint job was awful. She threw that paint on my toes so fast .. it looked like a toddler did it . . Just a waste of my money. And this is why I only get the basic pedicure on my first visit. Tried this place twice. First time was okay... second time I came in and received a rushed pedicure and dip removal at the end of the day. The pedicure was fixed the next day, that's why I'm giving two stars. I always come here. I had a 1:00 appointment and honestly they were slammed when I got there so I didn't mind waiting. Mani/pedi with gel. $95 spent. I didnt get my nail tech's name but I wanted the spa pedicure. Last time with Tina was amazing. Today she painted my nails then did the paraffin. She also dropped the callus remover on the floor them picked it up and used it. My mani took 20 mins and my nails are uneven. Already left poor feedback via a link sent via text after the appointment. Sigh. Guess I will be looking for a new nail place. read more

My first time at this salon. Went in for a dip powder. My technician-Vivian was very quick yet sloppy. She had her headphones in the whole time and was talking and giggling with someone on the phone. She did not seem like she wanted to be there or do the job. For $50 no courtesy no hand massage like the other places offer. Definitely a lack in customer service. She just wanted me out of there that was the feeling created. Not very pleasant for a mom who got away from the kids to have some "me time" and feel a little pampered. I don't like how the pricing is. I only asked for a particular service yet they do what they want and u don't realize til after you pay. I only asked for 3 full sets of acrylic website says 35. We all got short basic color nails and 2 were 50$ and 1 was 60$. They run ur card without telling u total so then it becomes a pain. My fingers are horrible they hurt everyone of them bleeding and now they are starting to scab over. And only 3 of my nails are "fake" the rest are my nails. Bit if that is what made it more expensive I did not ask for that. read more

Have come here a few times. The plus is that they offer mimosas. Everyone is very nice and they never turn anyone away even though they come in right when they are closing. I think the only real complaint I have is that whatever nail polish they have does not stay, whether it's the gel or regular polish....it chips off and does not stay. I did pay for the reflexology pedicure and the one doing the pedicure didn't know what to do so she just did a little extra, but for the price it was a really bummer because I did get jipped and didn't get nearly what I should have for the price. read more

Just got a spa pedicure & it was LOVELY! Their selection of colors is seriously intense!!! (LOVE IT!) My feet and legs feel ahhh-maaa-zing!! The pedi chair has massage in it and my whole back appreciated the owner purchasing that chair! LOL!! Sweet staff & clients very friendly atmosphere! I will be back! The place seemed nice enough, prices are competitive for the area. They offer refreshments and electronic checkin. The site said they offer military discount but they didn't. My nails are a bit lopsided (even after pointing it out and correction), Andy ginger was cut during filing. I did mention it and he was careful after that. One nail isn't completely attached to my nail but we'll see how that changes (if it does) as time goes on. I've had worse and I've had better. After doing much research(on Yelp of course) with finding a nail salon I chose Kitty's to get a pedicure . The salon was decorated well and has a nice atmosphere. I was offered a choice of drink and choose Moscato. Once seated in my chair, I was given a booklet to look through to determine what type of pedicure I wanted. I got the Callus treatment pedicure because my feet were looking a little scary and I needed some super TLC. The service was awesome!!! My technician was attentive and did a great job on my feet/toes. I will be returning. read more

The service is getting worse and worse! My fill in was horrible. Nails started breaking the second I left the shop. The tech said she could do the design I requested and then couldn't do it. This was literally the worst experience I've ever had getting a pedicure. I paid $37 for her to rush through as fast as she could. My big toes are so sore, she cut them so short that it's embarrassing to wear open toed shoes. There was also polish all over my skin. It looks like a five year old did the paint job. I'm literally disgusted. Ive been getting pedicures for years and this is by far the worst I've ever gotten and the first time I've EVER left a negative review for any business. I'm constantly in search of a luxury pedicure that leaves me feeling truly relaxed and refreshed. I've never been happier with a spa experience than at Kitty's. Tan took his time and really did a quality job. I got the spa pedicure for $40 (massage, paraffin wax, and callous removal) and regular manicure ($15). My hands look absolutely perfect and even. My callouses on my feet are absolutely awful, and I think my last pedicure made them worse. When I say that are bad, they are BAD. Without causing me any tickling, pain, or discomfort, Tan magically (and quickly!) made all of my ugly peeling skin disappear. Also the massage was amazing! It was more than ten minutes I think. I wish I lived here so I could come regularly! When I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come back. Thank you! read more

Pretty nice. They offer champagne. Was kinda stared at the entire time getting my nails done so I felt a little u comfortable. She cut some of my cuticles and they were bleeding. My nails turned out nice but the gel started to peel after two days. read more
