I don't usually have issues with dip polish, but after 1.5/2 weeks, my nails have started to chip and come up off the nail bed. Other experiences have lasted over 4 weeks and I'm typically pretty hard on my nails. I did not receive any cuticle treatment or anything else of the likes even with the basic manicure package. I also felt like the price for what I paid was a bit steep (yes I'm aware of the inflated prices of service literally everywhere) for it to especially not last. I'd be willing to give them another shot, maybe I just a bad first time!

I also had to go under the UV light for every single nail, which made the process drag on forever compared to salons that cure them partially before placing the entire hand under the light. The nails looked beautiful at first (the red tip was perfect) but it was one of those moments where you have to gaslight yourself into loving them because they look nice, even though something feels off. I almost immediately regretted it. Later, my new nail salon confirmed what I suspected without me even saying anything... that the gel was applied way too thick. I've since tried Gel X, which looks far more natural. Customer Service - 3/5 The manager was doing my nails while also taking phone calls and tending to other tasks, which extended my appointment. It didn't bother me much at the time, but I do think the multitasking impacted the quality of the work. Pedicure - 5/5 The pedicure was great... smooth, relaxing, and perfectly done. Would I go back, possibly! It was very relaxing and quiet overall. I think it's a fantastic spot for dip or regular manicures.

I decided to get a pedicure, which they're doing a promo for $19.99, so don't miss out on that (normal price is $40). Or you can pick 10% of for your entire service if you're doing other services. They do serve beverages; soda, juice, and alcohol. It was nice that there was a selection. They have a head spa which my friend and I tried out. We chose the Classic option that was really relaxing. A scalp massage and blow dry. The manager kept checking up on my friend and I if we were doing okay, which was very nice of her. While we were there, they gave us a free keychain and gift for the grand opening. Not sure if you can expect the same post-grand opening. This is definitely going to be our new spot to get our nails done. Worth checking out for sure!

The amount of polish on the skin around my daughter's toes should have been used to paint her toe nails meaning half of most of her toe nails were completely painted following a pedicure. Additionally, my daughter left the salon with bloody cuticles after a botched job of trying to stop the bleeding. I've since disinfected three of her nails and wrapped them in band-aids. The service is listed on the menu as a 45 minute service -- I was on the chair for less than 30 minutes. It was like he couldn't wait to get me out of there fast enough, and I, in turn, couldn't wait to leave, either.
