Walking in it is very spa like on the inside and decorated nicely. The one thing I did notice, there is no check-in desk so I was kind of confused what to do at first. Just take a seat and someone will help you very quickly. My waxing experience was very good. Tammy, my waxer and owner of the spa, did an amazing job of waxing me and keeping a conversation going. Awkward silence during a wax is never good. She got everything done super quick and it was one of the least painful waxing experiences I've had. She even did my eyebrows, even though I didn't have it scheduled (at some places this is a no-no). This is a great place to get a brazilian done. It is in the Tri-Cities area so you don't have to travel far. With a price of only $50 it is only a smidge more than Bombshell or Glow Med Spa, but I would say the $5 extra dollars is worth it. The spa offers a lot of other treatments which I will be trying out in the near future!
