The worse you can find is ones where they try to sell you a million products, take forever, and judgmentally ask you if you want something else waxed. I've been going to this location for about three years. I always go with the waxer who is available at the time I want to go. I've had mixed reviews on my experience here, but most of them are pretty good experiences. At this location you can usually be done 15-25 minutes. They've stopped the judgemental wax questions too. There is one waxer there who is so easy to talk to and makes the whole experience amazing, I'm blanking on her name, but know there are some great people here. If you come often, I highly recommend purchasing a wax pass, it makes things cheaper. This location is clean and has chairs when you're waiting to be called. If you're looking to get a Brazilian, this is a great place to get it done.

I'm new to the area and decided to give this place a try, as my skin hasn't been at its best recently. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Shia. From the very beginning of the session I could tell she was brilliant just from the questions she asked me. Her knowledge of cosmetic skin disorders and their treatment outweighs most, if not all, of the dermatologists I've seen. As a physician myself, I like to think I'm good at assessing this. Shia explained that although my skin type wasn't right for "granular exfoliation" (what I'd received in other facials in the past that I had bad reactions to), I was a great candidate for microdermabrasion. She used this treatment along with quite a few others, always being attentive to how my skin was responding. She gave me advice on what skincare regimen would work for my skin. I can tell my skin is already looking better (less than 24hrs later), and I'm excited to continue with Shia monthly for as long as I live in this area! Already referred a friend to her as well. Go. Customer service and management are worse than the service they provide. As a physician, I take hygiene and safety seriously, and this place completely missed the mark.
