My swedish massage was with Jalisa, she did a great job, was very nice to chat with and had my body feeling relaxed after. She worked on my problem areas that needed attention. I was told no, I couldn't be seen, and the next appt with Any of their providers would be March 2027-AND that it was possible that I would be charged since I cancelled so late. No offer was made to be put on a cancellation list.
