I arrive and tell her what cut I want and she discourages me away from that and talks me into something different. She does the partial foil and haircut. After rinsing the the color she told me she was doing a "glaze" (I had no idea what that was) so I asked her and she explained what it was. I went to check out and the man at the front desk says it is $310!! I told him about the website and the misinformation and he tells me it's $310. It was $260 for the foil and haircut and $50 for a "color melt" Apparently, color melt is a "glaze" I never asked for a "glaze" and when I was asking about it she should have told me there was a charge. I spoke to the owner and explained everything. I wanted to know what about my hair constituted an additional $85 and I wanted the money back for the glaze. She assured me she would talk to Megan and call me back the next day. That was Friday, it is Wednesday now and I still have not heard back. Yes, I should have asked more questions before I even scheduled. I had no idea this could happen. I am stuck with a haircut I don't even like, didn't even ask for and I am out $310.
