I've been to some incredible ones and some very bad ones, this one is pretty good. My favorite ones have had waxs under 15 minutes and great conversation. The worse you can find is ones where they try to sell you a million products, take forever, and judgmentally ask you if you want something else waxed. I've been going to this location for about three years. I always go with the waxer who is available at the time I want to go. I've had mixed reviews on my experience here, but most of them are pretty good experiences. At this location you can usually be done 15-25 minutes. They've stopped the judgemental wax questions too. There is one waxer there who is so easy to talk to and makes the whole experience amazing, I'm blanking on her name, but know there are some great people here. If you come often, I highly recommend purchasing a wax pass, it makes things cheaper. This location is clean and has chairs when you're waiting to be called. If you're looking to get a Brazilian, this is a great place to get it done.

I originally made my appointment for a brow wax and tint. I was super nervous because I like…read morethicker brows and the one time I had them waxed, they took so much of them. Taylor was amazing. She squeezed me and my sister in even though she didn't have an available appointment for us that evening. When she saw my brows she explained a tint probably wouldn't give me the desired results since my ends were sparse and patchy and the dye doesn't stay on skin and it had no hair to adhere to. I was surprised because most places I've been to will do anything just to sell a service but she was more concerned with making sure I understood what I could and could not expect from the tint and that I'd ultimately be happy which i appreciate. I decided not to tint and just do a wax. My brows haven't been touched in ages, and they looked rough. She was incredibly meticulous, listened to what I wanted, started working on one brow and would have me check and make sure it was turning out how I wanted. She took her time, and was so incredibly thorough. She's very honest and I really think that's important in someone who's working with the features on your face. When I was done, my sister had her brows tinted. She has lighter brows and the tint was perfect for her. Because the lights are bright at Wink, I didn't really get a complete idea of how my brows looked till I got home and then this morning in natural light. I was floored. She made them look flawless. I can't believe these are my brows. I didn't know they could look like this and I feel like they have to be fake they look so perfect. I will absolutely go to Taylor from here on out for my waxing and hopefully in the future for microblading. If you are at all apprehensive, trust her, she knows what she's doing.
