I set up an appointment for a brazilian waxing using Yelp (how convenient btw). The spa is located in a very nice location in Chester Village. Walking in it is very spa like on the inside and decorated nicely. The one thing I did notice, there is no check-in desk so I was kind of confused what to do at first. Just take a seat and someone will help you very quickly. My waxing experience was very good. Tammy, my waxer and owner of the spa, did an amazing job of waxing me and keeping a conversation going. Awkward silence during a wax is never good. She got everything done super quick and it was one of the least painful waxing experiences I've had. She even did my eyebrows, even though I didn't have it scheduled (at some places this is a no-no). This is a great place to get a brazilian done. It is in the Tri-Cities area so you don't have to travel far. With a price of only $50 it is only a smidge more than Bombshell or Glow Med Spa, but I would say the $5 extra dollars is worth it. The spa offers a lot of other treatments which I will be trying out in the near future! read more

I've searched for a quality eyebrow waxing in the area for a while, and I'm so glad I found this place! Tammy is always so kind and truly takes her time shaping my brows and making sure they look great. The wax they use is also very light and doesn't cause as much pain as I've experienced at other places. You can't beat the quality for the price either! I have been getting a Brazilian Wax for YEARS. I've experienced the old school wax and strip method, and the hard wax. Typically, getting waxed is never a pleasant experience. I have one particular area that is usually ALWAYS painful for me, no matter what. I was expecting to have a similar experience with Miss Tammy at Deux Amis. I cannot stress to you all enough how I am still in disbelief. My time with Miss Tammy was nearly PAINLESS! I did not even think something like that was possible when it comes to getting a BW. I have no clue what type of wax Miss Tammy uses, but she has made me a firm believer in the quality of the wax making a huge difference, as well as, the technique of the aesthetician. I didn't feel a lingering throbbing after she was done with each section. The whole process was completely comfortable and relaxing. She is a very talented and sweet soul. It's obvious she loves what she does and I am happy for it. On top of my BW, I also received an amazing facial and got my eyebrows done. She takes her time with everything. I love it! I absolutely loved my experience there. The hospitality was one point but also the cleanliness was as well. I been to couple of different med spa's in my home state (Illinois), I have to say this one was the best! I like to think I know a pretty decent amount of information when is come to skin but I learn a lot more with just one session, The esthetician (Tammy) was very knowledgeable and very sincere. She was able to make my husband and I feel comfortable and confidence with her. As for the effectiveness of my service for me and husband, We are definitely pleased, the effects of our facial peels really show that it works!
