I essentially walked in saying, "I want what you get." Elizabeth, the aesthetic magician, gave me a HydraFacial, and it was a sublime. A HydraFacial is a multi-step facial treatment that works wonders. Elizabeth meticulously explained each product, its purpose, and how it would benefit my skin. The results are mind-blowing--my skin is literally glowing. I never knew what "plumped up" meant until now, and my face feels rejuvenated in a way I didn't think possible without a time machine. I've had two incidents with this place so won't bother returning. 1) I made an appointment and weeks later they called to say they made a mistake and should not have booked that time so had to re-schedule. Now I'm out weeks and was given no priority in replacing the appointment I'd needed. 2) to make matters worse, I scheduled way in advance to get my daughter's hair done for her keepsake Senior school pictures - yet they called just two hours before the appointment to cancel!! They'll say they can't help when a stylist gets sick - but they not only did nothing to reschedule her, they had a pissy dismissive attitude. They refused to put her with a new stylist, have one stay late, or double up even if we had to wait between appointments - ANYTHING to make up for them simply cancelling - they did nothing and worse could not care less. If you value your time, they won't. Don't bother going where you're not wanted.

She was very personable and great and very skilled at doing lashes. She took her time and was able to get rid of the outgrown lash clumps that my last tech had missed (which was a lot!) She was very professional and explained to me what she was doing to my lashes whenever I felt a pinch (which was not her fault, it was because my lashes were so clumped together) and gave me warning ahead of time.
