I've had two incidents with this place so won't bother returning. 1) I made an appointment and weeks later they called to say they made a mistake and should not have booked that time so had to re-schedule. They'll say they can't help when a stylist gets sick - but they not only did nothing to reschedule her, they had a pissy dismissive attitude. They refused to put her with a new stylist, have one stay late, or double up even if we had to wait between appointments - ANYTHING to make up for them simply cancelling - they did nothing and worse could not care less.
