She was very personable and great and very skilled at doing lashes. She took her time and was able to get rid of the outgrown lash clumps that my last tech had missed (which was a lot!) She was very professional and explained to me what she was doing to my lashes whenever I felt a pinch (which was not her fault, it was because my lashes were so clumped together) and gave me warning ahead of time. It's basically yes/no answer asking if I'm allergic to so and so, or if I'm on medical, you know the basics, so she can get to know our skins. She reassure us that her facials products are safe for even sensitive skin like me! She ties our hair back with a band and plays soft piano music. Melissa told us that we can either chit chat or relax but once she start putting on the face mask. I was already falling asleep. I enjoyed the hot towels being applied to my face the most. To my surprised she was working on my sister and me at the same time! I thought there would be another staff but it was just her. She was constantly washing her hand after the clay mask and switching back and forth. I'm not sure if she washed her hand after applying lotions on my sister and then massaging my face; which is a sanitary issue. Overall: The atmosphere was relaxing! Melissa was nice and very knowledgeable about what she does. She gave amazing facials and booking with her is very easy online. What I didn't like was the, "BFF Package." I felt like I was waiting for a awhile until she got to me and then my sister. She didn't do any exfoliation or blackheads extractions with this package. If she got another staff the experience would be better. The facials lasted an hour for the both of us. Meaning I got 30 minutes worth and so did my sister and we paid $60 each which is pretty expensive if you ask me. I know we can get facials somewhere else for cheaper.
