When I entered, I was very confused because nobody greeted me or said hello to me or asked me what service I wanted. I was almost walking out when another customer actually told me that I needed to check in on the computer, even if I did not have an appointment. For that, i only needed to enter my phone number and first name, then a menu of services populated, i didn'thave my glasses so the screen was a bit hard to read. After a few minutes, I was called and connected with one of their nail technicians. The young lady was very nice , very sweet , very quiet. There is not much to a regular manicure , so I will just state a few of my observations. This is an extremely busy nail salon on a Sunday morning. I was offered a beverage which I declined , but it looked as though many people were enjoying a variety of beverages, from canned diet pepsi to mimosas. It also appears as though they have some pretty fancy pedicure options.I saw some trays with flowers and a variety of other potions going by me on the way to the pedicure stations. It did not feel like a very relaxing environment, however. So if you are looking for that true "spa-like" environment, this might not be the place for you. Customers were talking on their cellphones and there was music playing and televisions on. Overall, the service was done quickly and efficiently and satisfactorily, so it suits the need. I just felt like it was a very impersonal experience, especially when arriving as a first-time customer. Payment: they take cards but offer a 5% discount when paying cash. I did not feel comfortable taking photos inside because it was very busy and I did not want to offend any other customers by taking pictures.
