Walked in for 2 pedicures. I attatched a photo of the menu since I saw there wasn't one here. Was $98 for two Spa Pedicure's. Not too bad. Didn't quite like the finished look. The pedicure itself was good. But the polish was missing in some spots. I would def go back to try them again. My partner was happy with their pedicure. read more

WOW! Just found this place on Yelp. I called and they were able to fit me in for a full set - an hour before closing! Bo did an amazing job on my nails. I showed him a picture and he gave me exactly what I wanted. The owner was there and was sooo sweet and personable. I felt so comfortable and cared for. I've been coming here for about a year now and I have never had a single bad experience. The vibe is always very friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. It can get busy at times but it's worth the wait. I recently went to a different salon that was closer to my house which was a HUGEEEE mistake. I am visiting in the area and needed a pedicure, soak off, and manicure and this place had good reviews so I decided to stop in. I did not make an appointment, but they were able to take me right away which was helpful. Everyone was very friendly and the place was very calming, and I was desperate for relaxation. I got a great pedicure and everything was great until the person that did my soak off left for a few min in between the soaking and the start of my manicure. When he came back he reeked of cigarette smoke which I'm sensitive to. Not only did I have to smell it the whole time, but my hands smelled like it as well. Once we were done, he applied lotion to my hands and then told me to wash them which was backwards from what I'm used to. Other than this issue, it was a 5 star visit for me and I would probably come back but politely request someone else. read more

I've been here a few times and I haven't had a terrible experience but I walked in today and got sat down immediately and the guy who was doing my nails was doing great until it got to the actual design and it was completely rushed through, lines crooked and just sloppy, not to happy with it. Scam to make the wait not look long. I was in there on 3/7/26. Arrived around 12:38 and was told there was a 30 minute wait. No problem. About 20-25 minutes later another lady and I were taken back to the pedicure area. I saw about 5 people come back to get their pedicure done. I thought maybe they had an appointment. Around 2:10 after not being seen, I asked a young man who was bringing someone back if they had an appointment. He said NO! He went to the front and said something to the man and came back to work with the new lady. I left at that time and when I said something to the owner about how long I was waiting he said "no you weren't!" I said are you calling me a liar??? I realized what they were doing. They bring people back to the service area so the front doesn't look busy and more people will come in thinking not a long wait. I've been a customer for I've 20 years when they had other owners. I will never be back. I went to the Bamboo Nail Bar and had a great experience! Customer service there was outstanding! read more

I've been to Top Nails multiple times, passing multiple nail salons in my immediate area due to the ambiance, pricing and the incentive to pay cash ( 10 pedicures) you'll receive a free pedicure. In the past have recommended TN to my friends. Last week, I arrived for a basic pedicure. Upon my arrival I was greeted pleasantly, asked if I wanted a drink ,( Coke zero), wait time was minimal. Ms. Tammy was my pedicurist ( multiple times). I have been getting pedicures for YEARS and I never been charged extra for getting the dead skin removed from my feet. ( Please note: nothing unusual about my feet). I found it appalling when I questioned it, the response was that we have already done that. Adding insult to injury. Staff was friendly, but I didn't notice proper cleaning techniques being utilized nor did they sanitize clipping instruments between customers. I've been to other salons where they place the equipment in sterilizing packets and use the UV sanitizers to clean, but it doesn't appear that this place does that. I actually wound up getting an infection along the nail bed of one of my big toes two days after getting a pedicure here. Also, they did not properly remove any calluses, just rubbed my feet with a pumice stone, even though I paid for the spa pedicure that includes the callus removal. My tech was amazing, the shop was clean and bright, and the autoclave to sterilize is in the main room so I know they use it. Can't review the manicure side, but my pedicure was awesome! read more
