I made an appointment for nails and when I arrived they had canceled my appointment. Then put me with someone I didn't make an appointment with. That's bad business to start with when you are taking on a new possible customer. My nails were ok. I have had better at a lower cost. Will not be returning. The person did not push back cuticles or clip dead skin around nails. I do not like my nails looking flat. I like the to have some curve for natural look. I got French manicure and she used polish on tips that made it look like a bubble on the ends. Still looking for a decent mail salon. Price is not the problem. read more

This salon is amazing! I made a 6:30pm appointment for a pedicure and a full set. I didn't realize they closed at 8 and i offered to cut my appointment short to come back another day so i wouldn't hold them. They told me it wasn't a problem and they stayed until 9:45 to accommodate me. I felt so bad but they were so professional and they did a fantastic job! (A previous time they even came in early before they opened to assist me so i wouldn't be late for work.) I didn't feel rushed even though i kept them after hours and their shaping and attention to detail is so impressive! I love this salon, and i highly recommend it! Each time it was confirmed that I could not, due to taxes being worked on, according to the only nail tech working. I went to another salon early Sat morning that said walk ins welcome but was immediately told they were booked all day sooo I guess walk ins aren't welcome‍. Ok cool..so I thought I'd try my hand at the salon I passed down the road Healthy Spa and nails.. I walked in to a friendly greeting and a nice relaxing atmosphere. I just need to share My great dissatisfaction with HealthyNails and Spa on Hull Street Road near Verizon. I went to get a dip there 3 days ago And several of the nails have chipped or are peeling. I went by there today to see if she could fix it and she refused period was trying to blame it on something I did. First visit as I've been trying different salons in the area to find the right one for me. When I walked in I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for tips with French dip. The staff was very apologetic, checked on me multiple times, and offered refreshments while I waited, so I decided to wait. After an hour I was called back. Sadly, my nails aren't as I hoped they would be. I even commented to the technician as she was working and she made a minor attempt to correct the bump in my nails, to no avail. This was my first time coming here today!!! I am soooo glad I choose to come here! Everything about my experience was excellent! Despite it being in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic I felt very "safe" here regarding the cleanliness!. I was greeted at the door as soon as I came in, He was wearing all the proper gear of the face mask and face shield. I was asked to sign a waiver. The set up was really nice with the "clean" and "used" pens. All of my interaction with him was contactless. Mia did my nails and feet and she was a delight! Very personable, warm, and inviting!. They also had shields up including at the Pedicure station!adding to feeling "safe" however not taking away from the experience! I loved everything about my visit today including my nails looking sooooooooooooooooooo good! I will be back next month read more

Value Absolutely love this nail spa. So professional. It's a family business and every customer I see seems to get to know them and seems as happy as I am. I LOVE my gel nails and pedicures. I've been using their services every 2 weeks for the last year and a half. Their covid protocols were sooo good. I love their color selection, the care they take with broken nails, the foor and hand massages as part of the mani/pedi experience, and LOVE their bathroom. I've had to stop in at least 3 times over the 18 months for emergencies where I have messed up my paint or broken a nail and they always work me in for a quick fix. My daughter in law and 2 girlfriends use their services too and loves them. I always get asked where I got my nails done. Prices are SO reasonable! Today I came in to get my nails done and my eyebrows waxed and it will be my last time coming back. As the technician started to wax my eye brow she dropped the waxing stick into my hair and on my shirt after she had just dipped the stick in wax. She attempted to get the wax out and when she couldn't get it out she took a piece of cotton and put it in my hair and goes I am going to need to cut this piece out. Instead of continually trying to get the wax out with baby oil and yes it is a process she decided to cut it out of my hair. I was so upset and speechless I couldn't even say a word. All she said was "Oh I am sorry" and that is it. Best part is she still charged me for the entire service. I will not be back to this salon and I am not the type to complain but this isn't customer service. read more

She was very friendly and she took good care of me. Thanks to Sarah I'm dragging my family with me to this spot. I was going to Grand Nail 1 & 2 Spa where things are about the chandelier and not the customer. The technicians I had didn't clean the nails thoroughly. Poor Sarah had to clean up their mess. Waited almost an hour for a manicure, left because it was too long , they need to get their act together- never coming back.

Me, my mom and my 4 year old daughter came for pedicures. They did an amazing job! The place was clean and the service was great! We got there right at 12pm and they were able to seat us right away. During the pedicure they did a hot stone massage which was very soothing. The massage chairs were new and very relaxing. My mom is missing one of her big toe nails and the lady did a great job giving her a new acrylic toe nail. Made my day seeing my mom so happy. My mom was really worried they would talk about her, but we never experienced any of that. I will definitely be coming back here! read more
