I was informed of the cancellation policy as well and the staff was helpful and friendly over the phone. This put my mind at ease after being previously anxious to try waxing at a spa that I'd never visited. I had such a wonderful experience during my first appointment. My esthetician, Rory Exton, was kind, genuine, and welcoming and put my mind at ease, especially after I detailed my past not-so-great waxing experience at a different facility. Throughout my appointment, she led me through the process and gave me tips and tricks for lessening pain (which worked) and for aftercare. She made me feel right at home and truly safe and the entire staff was just as kind and welcoming as she was. I went ahead and booked my next appointment with Rory and I look forward to visiting Club West Med Spa next month knowing I am in good hands!

The next time, it worked fine. I tried this place, due to a social media post for Dysport. Which was the cheapest in RVA. I'm a Dysport girl, so I jumped. It was a 4:30 appt and when I finally got thru to a video Dr (my phone would not register their info and after 20 minutes I was finally handed the technicians iPad, who swore she was done with the service) the Dysport was injected incredibly fast. Like 2 minutes and gone, with no wipes and blood dripping. I'm a 16 yr veteran but even I was feeling a quick exit. Here's the clincher guys, the great prices came at a new expense.... For the first time in 16 yrs I was charged a $50 fee for a "good faith medical exam" good for 1 year. Seriously? This is/was my very first and last exam fee and was caught so off guard. Did I miss this in the multitude of small words on the contract? Perhaps. But with that factored in.... Am I saving money?Hmmmm. Choose for yourself. That said, the product I received was good and that's hard to find for good Dysport.

Beauty Awakened isn't just about products or procedures to make you look better--it's about helping you feel better and age stronger. They focus on the wellness aspects of aging that matter most, like strength and muscle loss after menopause. My idea of a wonderful retirement is being active, involved, and able to enjoy life fully. After dealing with a tiring back and noticeable muscle loss, Emsculpt Neo turned out to be exactly what I needed to support that journey. After just one treatment, I felt unbelievable improvement in my core strength. I can't wait to complete my sessions and continue to feel the results. I'm so grateful to have found a place that truly supports women as we age--inside and out.

My swedish massage was with Jalisa, she did a great job, was very nice to chat with and had my body feeling relaxed after. She worked on my problem areas that needed attention. (I really wanted a deep tissue, but with all the confusion of my appointment that got lost in translation) The highlight of this visit was the facial. This was my first time and Jane has made me want to come back more regularly to get one. It was awesome. Jane gave me great tips on facial care and how to maintain my skin.

She was more than happy to, which I really appreciated. NO SURGERY DONE, just looking for inflammation and tension relief I came in dealing with gallbladder issues and after finishing a heavy course of antibiotics, so my body definitely needed some extra care. I initially expected a basic back massage, but she introduced me to a full lymphatic drainage experience--and it exceeded my expectations. I left feeling noticeably lighter, less swollen, and more relieved in my shoulders and face. I even looked slimmer, which was a bonus! She also included facial cupping and gua sha, which I know are often add-ons, and that made the experience feel even more elevated. The eye mask and calming music were the perfect touch and made it feel like a full reset. She's incredibly knowledgeable and truly passionate about her work. You can tell she's continuously learning and studying different lymphatic techniques and traditions from various cultures, including Korean and Russian methods. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who is both professional and genuinely invested in helping you feel better.
