On my initial visit, I presented for a single service only. During check-in, I was instructed to download and use a mobile application. At no time was I clearly informed--verbally or in writing--that I was enrolling in a recurring membership program or authorizing ongoing charges. I did not knowingly consent to any such agreement. The individual assisting at the front desk (identified as the physician's spouse) failed to disclose any material terms, including the existence of a membership, recurring fees, or cancellation requirements. I visited the facility approximately six/eight times and did not return thereafter. Despite my discontinuation of services, the business continued to charge my Health Savings Account (HSA) card, resulting in unauthorized charges exceeding $2,000. These charges were made without my knowledge or express authorization. Additionally, I have serious concerns regarding whether these services were eligible for HSA billing, raising further questions about compliance with applicable financial and healthcare regulations. Upon discovering the charges, I contacted the business to dispute them and request a refund. The business has refused to accept responsibility, failed to provide adequate documentation of any alleged authorization, and declined to issue a refund. Further, during my visits, I experienced what I would characterize as undue pressure to undergo additional procedures that did not appear medically necessary, raising concerns about the business's ethical standards and professional conduct. I thought I was booking an appointment to have sugaring done, but when I got there they clarified that it was wax, which was no problem. The area was bright, nicely decorated and squeaky clean. There's a large open treatment area where the facials and other skin services are done and then a couple of treatment rooms for body waxing. My waxer happened to be able to do my brows in one of the treatment rooms which I was glad about. I walked in and was floored by the over the top (see what I did there?) decor. The wallpaper on the ceiling is such a nice touch since you're laying down on the table. I love when businesses really hone in on the little details in order to make the space shine. After talking through my options, we decided to go with hard wax, instead of soft, for my sensitive skin. The treatment was painless and afterward she covered the area with hydrocortisone cream. My eyebrows looked very natural and nicely shaped. I was very happy with the service and the best part is that I didn't break out! The hydrocortisone cream must have been the golden ticket. I made my next appointment before I left and am looking forward to it.

The injector was in a hurry- come to find out her small children were in the next room waiting for her. My forehead didn't react evenly so I went back 5 days later for an adjustment. This lady still messed up! After going back every week for 3 weeks, the injector called her trainer and suggested injecting filler at my temples to correct her mistakes! I got the run-around after I asked to speak to the doctor. They refused to refund any part of the treatment, even after speaking to the manager and the doctor. DWH Med Spa isn't interested in keeping customers. I had to see another doctor to correct the severe brow droop she caused. If you value your face, see an experienced plastic surgeon for Botox.

Then I tried another time as it was now getting close to my appointment time. No answer. I saw other people just walking in. I guess that sign was a suggestion? So I walked in and let the receptionist know that I had followed protocol and no one responded to me. She looked overwhelmed and didn't seem to have a grip on the her skills. (I also check in people at a front desk and it requires multitasking... sometimes I feel like an octopus handling several things at once.) Well, this poor woman was more like a sloth, sad to say. I waited another 15 minutes in the waiting room, now 45 minutes before I was called back. It was my first time here, and I didn't have a good first impression. Jessica took care of my procedure and that went fine. She walked me out and the receptionist who was supposed to take my payment was flustered and couldn't manage it so Jessica check me out and apologized.
