Didn't even know what I had been diagnosed with or any information about the prescription. 2nd follow-up for blood work after being on prescription for 3 months.... Again, take off work to show up for bloodwork after fasting and "their system is down" but no one could pick up the phone to call and let anyone know. Worthless.

My wife, who rarely gets sick called today to see a Doctor regarding a rash and muscle ache and was told they could not see her until March (3 months from now)! The reason, she hasn't been seen by a practice doctor herself for 3 years. The office administrator claimed this was an insurance requirement, but when I checked with my provider and my insurance broker I was told this is done so the practice can use a different billing code that has a higher payout to the practice. It's a shame how this once "family" practice has evolved since Dr. Harrington's retirement, that they care more about being able to get a bit more money than actually caring for their patients.
