I started coming here about 2 years ago . I've seen Dr…read more Miller and a Nurse Practitioner , Dr. Haywood who sadly has left . (Moved to S.Carolina ) My Son has seen Dr. Turner . All have met my needs and are very thorough . When we do need to come , which thankfully isn't often (apple a day ...) it seems easy as 1,2,3 to get in with someone. Dr . Miller does seem to be extremely busy but I can always get in with one of the other Drs. They seem to care and take time to find out what's going on with you . Asking lots of questions. I've never felt like I was being rushed in and out. The staff up front in friendly and knowledgeable . They are quick to check you in and take your Co Payment . Waiting time before you are ask to come back is about 5-10 mins. They seem to run on time for the most part. Like today I had to bring my son in and there was no one in the waiting area . The front called him right after he signed in and we waited 5 mins before they called us back . The Nurse ( Sharon) checked the normal things ( weight , temp , height and blood pressure) She also came back in to let us know Dr. Turner wouldn't be much longer. ( it had been about 12 mins ) Dr. Turner came in and stayed about 35 - 40 mins . Asking my son how his hunting season went to asking him what brought him in today , and then into a thorough exam. He took his time with my son allowed me to share my thoughts and gave 2 reasons of what could be occurring . I am so glad this Family Practice was recommended to me . Our total time here at the office was an 1 1/2 It really depends on what your being seen for and I do not like to fill herded in and out. Which I nerve do. Dr. Turner is directing us to a path of healing and wellness .

I had a substantial amount of weight to lose after acquiring Hashimoto's, Autoimmune Uticaria and Angioedema, and my thyroid decided to take a dive. She is more than understanding, and baby steps we took. After one year I am down a total of 69 pounds. Through several different approaches this has been achieved. I am forever grateful, this gave me my life back. Losing weight definitely makes the autoimmune diseases a little more manageable. She assured me that I could still lose the weight, it just might be a little slower than others that don't have to battle a thyroid problem. She was 100% right. I called back on the 21st and left a voicemail. I called twice in the 22nd and left a message and a voicemail and didn't hear back. I called again today the 23rd and was asked to leave a message and they'd call me back. I entered the waitlist on Oct 13th 2022 and have been very eagerly waiting and waiting. I am recently engaged and ready to try one last thing before making the jump to weightloss surgery so I can be truly confident at my wedding since I have PCOS and nothing has worked. I don't want to miss my opportunity to get an appointment and get put BACK on the waitlist because no one would get in contact with me. When would I be able to get in touch with someone who could schedule that appointment?? I kept getting sent to voicemail or asked to leave messages for the coordinator or the scheduler or office administrator. When is the best time to reach whoever I need to reach? Thank you.
