There were enough nail stations for all three of us to get our nails done at once. We got our manicures and then went over to the pedicure area. The massage chairs had a setting for short people, which I appreciated. We opted for the sugar foot scrub, which I recommend. Our nail techs were very professional and lovely to talk to. I've had two incidents with this place so won't bother returning. 1) I made an appointment and weeks later they called to say they made a mistake and should not have booked that time so had to re-schedule. Now I'm out weeks and was given no priority in replacing the appointment I'd needed. 2) to make matters worse, I scheduled way in advance to get my daughter's hair done for her keepsake Senior school pictures - yet they called just two hours before the appointment to cancel!! They'll say they can't help when a stylist gets sick - but they not only did nothing to reschedule her, they had a pissy dismissive attitude. They refused to put her with a new stylist, have one stay late, or double up even if we had to wait between appointments - ANYTHING to make up for them simply cancelling - they did nothing and worse could not care less. If you value your time, they won't. Don't bother going where you're not wanted.

Every time you enter, you are greeted by smiles from the Front Desk. Everyone is very kind and has a warm personality, the atmosphere is nice and the interior is beautifully decorated. The only services I have done is cut and color, such as a balayage. This salon and medspa seems to be the one-stop shop for all sorts of needs from hair, tanning, makeup, manicures/pedicures, etc. The massage chairs while you get your hair washed is top notch. Sara is phenomenal. She takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable, listens carefully to what you want, super accommodating and just always does a great job. Even the advice that she gives, she doesn't overstep and try to take anything over without your approval. The entire experience is a breeze with her. I look forward to booking with her again when she gets back from her maternity leave and I would definitely not mind exploring other services.

I also am not comfortable going back to the salon at this point. I am relieved I got my money back but the damage will take years to repair. I wear wigs daily to look professional for work. I'm not sure how I'll manage on vacation at the beach or for photos but given the circumstances I'll have to make do. Hopefully the salon learned to be more cautious and perhaps do a strand test on hair they aren't sure of while also not leaving the bleach on too long.

Lots of layers, however my thin, barely there hair got way too chunky (and not blended) in some areas rendering HOLES in my hair. It took me a minute to write this review and the cut thank goodness is growing out. Will I return, probably not. Finding a new hair cutter that works for your hair is one of the hardest things out there.
