I explained I never had it but was open to try it as long as I could get the square shape. He then began to say he can't do them because he can't shape them and no one else in the shop could either and I had to leave. I remained extremely calm the entire time although very sad because it was my only day off around 5pm after all the other shops were closed.. With much disappointment I was left with just my poorly shaped natural nails and no where to go. I was so confused as to why he was so quick to say I had to go somewhere else without even trying or asking any other employees if they were capable of achieving this very simple look. When another employee came to check on me I finally said please just remove the polish so that I can go.
