She was very professional and explained to me what she was doing to my lashes whenever I felt a pinch (which was not her fault, it was because my lashes were so clumped together) and gave me warning ahead of time. I would highly recommend Nyema and Glam Life Beauty Bar for your lash needs, but just be aware that they're a little more pricey than others because they operate out of a shop and there's a shop owner, while the other lash techs work out of their homes.
