Three times before my next appointment, the salon called to tell me that my stylist was "no longer with us" and they would need to reschedule me with a different stylist on a different day. After this 3rd time, I nicely told them how frustrating this was, and they accused me of having an attitude. Instead of saying, "I'm so sorry this has happened again, let me schedule you at our next available appointment." The person on the phone (owner?) became very rude to me. If this is how they treat their clients, I can only imagine how they treat their stylists. I guess this explains why so many are leaving. I will not be returning either.

When I arrived, the front desk was very friendly, and my stylist, Savannah, promptly came and got me. Something I was very pleased with is she knew what I had requested in my online booking and was able to speak directly to what I wanted. She asked great clarifying questions and got to work with no delay. I was going from a darker color to a blonde highlight with a shorter haircut/style and she did an amazing job. Definitely recommend the salon and Savannah. there are so many salons available but I haven't found one that was reasonably priced, made me feel welcomed, with a stylist who has a great personality until now. Shortly after my appointment, I noticed multiple serious issues with the installation. There were beads left loose in my hair that were not attached to anything, along with long pieces of string that were never properly secured or trimmed--I had to cut some of these out myself. On top of that, the middle row, which included three wefts, has been completely ruined. Because of this, I will now be forced to purchase entirely new hair if I ever decide to get extensions again. Even more concerning is the damage to my natural hair. I am currently three months postpartum and understand that some hair shedding is normal, but I am experiencing chunks of hair coming out, which I strongly believe is a direct result of improper installation--not postpartum changes. Blaming this entirely on postpartum hair loss is dismissive and ignores the clear errors in the work that was done. When I raised these concerns, they were brushed off. The owner even reached out to me, but offered no real resolution or compensation. After I responded, I never heard back again. The lack of accountability and follow-through is just as unacceptable as the poor quality of the service itself. I had this service done to feel more confident, and instead I am left dealing with damaged hair, ruined extensions, and a significant financial loss from purchasing the hair while i knew going into this it was a training appointment a master stylist should have checked over the work done making sure there was nothing to cause damage. This experience fell far below professional standards, both in workmanship and customer service. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking hair extensions.

Every time you enter, you are greeted by smiles from the Front Desk. Everyone is very kind and has a warm personality, the atmosphere is nice and the interior is beautifully decorated. The only services I have done is cut and color, such as a balayage. This salon and medspa seems to be the one-stop shop for all sorts of needs from hair, tanning, makeup, manicures/pedicures, etc. The massage chairs while you get your hair washed is top notch. Sara is phenomenal. She takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable, listens carefully to what you want, super accommodating and just always does a great job. Even the advice that she gives, she doesn't overstep and try to take anything over without your approval. The entire experience is a breeze with her. I look forward to booking with her again when she gets back from her maternity leave and I would definitely not mind exploring other services.

Hopefully the salon learned to be more cautious and perhaps do a strand test on hair they aren't sure of while also not leaving the bleach on too long.
