I had dip powder on my nails and she used a machine to file them down and filed down too far and it HURT. See photo. After that she brought two warm bowls of acetone to "soak". She then left. After a while another male customer came in and asked her to trim his toenails. She attended to this customer and left me with my hands soaking in acetone for 30 minutes. When another employee came to check on me I finally said please just remove the polish so that I can go.
