When I saw that she had a, "Love my BFF Couple's Facial" package, I knew I had to try it out with my sister! The waiting area had such a vintage and welcoming feel. It had Audrey Hepburn displayed around. Melissa handed out a clipboard for me to fill out. It's basically yes/no answer asking if I'm allergic to so and so, or if I'm on medical, you know the basics, so she can get to know our skins. After completing the form she let us keep the pen because her business card would end up being thrown away or lost. It was a nice idea that her pens was like a business card with her info on it. She reassure us that her facials products are safe for even sensitive skin like me! There's a two bed set-up and one by one my sister and I go into the bathroom to change into comfy robe and choose what bed we get to relax on. She ties our hair back with a band and plays soft piano music. Melissa told us that we can either chit chat or relax but once she start putting on the face mask. I was already falling asleep. I enjoyed the hot towels being applied to my face the most. To my surprised she was working on my sister and me at the same time! I thought there would be another staff but it was just her. She was constantly washing her hand after the clay mask and switching back and forth. I'm not sure if she washed her hand after applying lotions on my sister and then massaging my face; which is a sanitary issue. Overall: The atmosphere was relaxing! Melissa was nice and very knowledgeable about what she does. She gave amazing facials and booking with her is very easy online. What I didn't like was the, "BFF Package." I felt like I was waiting for a awhile until she got to me and then my sister. She didn't do any exfoliation or blackheads extractions with this package. If she got another staff the experience would be better. The facials lasted an hour for the both of us. Meaning I got 30 minutes worth and so did my sister and we paid $60 each which is pretty expensive if you ask me. I know we can get facials somewhere else for cheaper. I'm sure one on one sessions would be a lot better than her working on two people at the same time. She's worth checking out if you come alone!

I had a hair transplantation at the Virginia Surgical Center recently at Henrico. The team…read morecomprised Linda, Allya and Lameen. There was another nurse practitioner (missing her name) and she was involved in the initial care like the steroid injection and so on. Linda and Allya lead the show and alternately executed the procedure, including donor zone preparation and FUT transplant extraction. Lameen was their associate. This was a wonderful experience with everyone. They patiently implanted 2500 grafts in the areas where this was required. It took almost 12 hours to complete the job. Both were extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated professional expertise throughout. Following the proceedings, Linda explained everything in detail. It should be noted that after such a long day, they were supposed to drive back to Virginia Beach because they had another case scheduled the following day. Despite that- they patiently explained everything, nothing was rushed. Their patience and professional demeanor were greatly appreciated. Next day, they scheduled me for a guided and tailored head wash, which was done by Lameen. She came this far just to do it. I would say it was overall a great experience, and I look forward to the end result of the transplant, which can take 4 to 12 months. I can update my review to reflect this. According to my experience, I would strongly recommend them.
