The last time i got my nails done here the service was Really GREAT! My second time here not so much. Sad to say. I came here on a Friday and it is now Sunday and about four of my nail gems have popped off. I did not have this problem in the past and hopefully they will correct the mistakes. I plan on going back on Monday to complain to the manager. I also got cut as well by one of the nail tools and i still paid full price. I don't want a refund, i just would like them to correct their mistakes at no additional cost. I like The shop for convenience purposes it's right down the street from my house. I would love to keep coming here, but i don't want to pay full price for sloppy services or jobs left undone. read more

I have been going here for a pedicure when in town for several years. My last visit was last week and they know that I have ingrown toenails and usually take care of everything to my satisfaction. I usually know within three days if they have done a good job. But this time I have been in agony since the work was done. My nail tech left nail material in there and it has been aggravating ever since. If someone knows of a good caring & compassionate nail salon where I could go, I would greatly appreciate it. New in town & didn't want to patronize the local nail shops so I ventured out a bit & decided on this shop based off the reviews. Compared to the other nail shops in the area, this place was just above average. The reception went very well. Jennifer greeted me immediately upon entering & she was warm & personable. After deciding what services I wanted & my preference to have one person perform all of them rather than jumping through different techs, she took me to the waxing room & did my wax services herself. Then she passed me on the Benny who did a great job on my pedicure & gel manicure. I wanted a design on my toes & Benny had to get a 3rd person to assist. Benny's paint skills on both my toes & fingers were exceptional. He listened when I told him I did not want him to use that cheese grater tool on my feet. Coming from Texas, all the nail salons there offer a beverage - both alcoholic & non-alcoholic - so it was kinda lame they did not offer any beverages. The pricing here in Virginia is a bit different also...pricier. I don't mind paying when the services are on point & Classy Nails was on point. I recommend them & will be returning soon. read more

Wish I could do 3.5 stars. My technician was Tina and she is by FAR the most personable and caring ever! The salon is clean and neat and they seemed to sterilize everything. She did everything for my manicure and pedicure. But I said my cuticles and rough heels were my main area of focus, and they really aren't much better than before I went! Please get the dead skin off because that's what I cannot do. There was almost no trimming of the cuticles, and she got polish sort of puddled up at the bottom of both big toes, so I'll likely have to remove the polish and repaint my toes within a week. I may go again and try to explain what I want, just because she was so very kind. I know they have a lot of different wants and expectations from their customers, so we'll see what happens next time! read more

Let me truthful, the only reason I stopped by this nail shop was because my regular nail shop is so busy, I could not get in and according to my husband my nails looked like they were rocking a high top fade. Since it was late afternoon and Classy Nails was close by I took a chance. Well let me tell you, there is nothing classy about this place. So I expected the run of the mill nail shop, but this place was well below what I had imagined. I came thru the door wanting a manicure w/ gel and a pedicure but after assessing the situation, I want for gel removal and a basic clear polish. So, the lady at the front desk yelled at me to go to table 5, but I was redirected to table six. Table six hasn't seen a good cleaning since it was installed. Nails dust, used files, and old broke down drill bits were laying everywhere. Okay- I am in a nail joint got it...but this when I started questioning my own choices. The nail tech comes around the corner looking like he just closed the hood on a Model T digging in his nose. Ewwwww! So now I got a bead on his nasty booger finger. He commences to file the polish; he wasn't happy b/c I told him no drills. They still old school, soaking my nails in a bowl of acetone, not good for my nails but hey that's what I get for not being on a regular schedule. So as I am looking around, dirty towels from today's work laying everywhere. I saw people get out the pedicure chair but never saw any clean a bowl. Keeping an eye on that booger nail, the technician's own nails looked like he ran in on them. Now became concerned about get a fungus from him instead of the files. Every red flag you can imagine was raised. To make a long story short, I dumbed down my service to just gel removal and clear polish and got the hell out of there. read more

My daughter and I went in hoping for a relaxing time together and it was horrible. We went for two deluxe spa pedicures and one gel polish manicure. The two male techs were both rough while cleaning and clipping and then went out for smoke breaks, came back in reeking, and then barely rubbed the lotion in at all. Definitely nothing relaxing. Then my daughters manicure was a worse disaster. The polish is streaky and chipping and flaking off in one day, NOT GEL as we paid for, and I paid $210 with tip. I do not recommend this place and I will never go back. read more

This place is the worst. My husband and I had an appointment for pedicures at 3:30. They had us soaking. The 4:00 appointments came and they took them first. Then at 4:35 someone came over for my husbands pedicure. At 4:50 I just left be cause my pedicure had even started. When I questioned the manager first she tried to avoid me then she was rude. What a waste of time. They don't value customers or their time. NEVER AGAIN. If you are in the area go to My Day Nails & Spa in the same parking lot. I stopped in last nite without an appointment and was taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and efficient. My nail tech was Hai. She kept apologizing because I had to wait. I didn't have an appointment so my waiting was not her fault I got a French manicure and I absolutely love it. I will definitely be back. She took her time and did a great job. read more

Fairly clean salon, but smells overwhelmingly of chemicals. They spray down AND scrub the pedicure tubs after each use. Employees do not speak fluent English, which only mattered when I asked the woman giving me a pedicure to not cut my cuticles, she kept trying to and I actually had to take my foot out of her hands to stop her. Not a lot of colors to choose from, mostly reds and neutrals. The woman doing my pedicure kept trying to get me to get manicure and my eyebrows waxed as well, awkward and unsolicited. They put some strange umarked lotions on your skin, and what I am pretty sure is men's aftershave, it burned my eyes. They were using the nail sander in on the woman next to me, in the pedicure bath. GROSS. I won't be back, $25 for a pedicure is cheap but you get what you pay for. At least she didn't try to use one of these cheese graters on my foot though. read more

The individual that serviced me is named Ti Ti and I was not impressed with the service. Several of my fingers still hurt. Some of the white on my finger are crooked even after asking for it to be fixed. The customer service needs drastic improvement. I will not be revisiting this particular nail salon. read more

I was in there yesterday getting a pedicure and witnessed the pedicure bowl cleaning protocol...which consisted of spraying the bowl with blue stuff and rinsing it out. No scrubbing or anything. They are supposed to leave the disinfectant on for 10 min according to gov guidelines. read more

We have been here for four years and I have searched and gone to all kinds of nail salons. It is hard to constantly have to find new everything when you move with the military. I must say, Kim and her staff are absolutely wonderful. The salon is clean, staff is wonderful, and service is personal. The customer comes first in this salon. I highly recommend this salon. Also one of the few salons that you can actually make an appointment and be seen on time. read more
